Nestled in a gated, family-friendly resort, the neighborhood features lush landscaping, scenic walking trails, and top-tier amenities—including a large resort-style pool, lazy river, splash park, fitness center, and more. Whether you're here for the parks or to unwind, The Retreat provides the perfect home base.

You’ll be just:

🚗 15–20 minutes from Walt Disney World

🛍️ 10 minutes to shopping, dining, and grocery options at ChampionsGate Village

⛳ A short drive to several premier golf courses

🛫 35–40 minutes from Orlando International Airport

Tucked away enough to relax, yet close to everything you need—this neighborhood strikes the perfect balance for a magical Florida getaway.

For visits to the theme parks and nearby attractions, the home is perfectly situated just a short drive away — typically 15–20 minutes to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. 🎢🎡

If you prefer not to drive, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area and can quickly get you wherever you need to go. 🚕📱

Public transportation options are limited in this part of Central Florida, so renting a car or using rideshares is generally recommended for maximum flexibility. 🚍❌

For golf enthusiasts, several premier courses are just a short drive away, and if you want to explore local shopping and dining, ChampionsGate Village is only 10 minutes away by car. ⛳🛍️🍽️
