We hope to host you again in the future! We were 3 families that stayed for a week over Thanksgiving. Plenty of activities within walking distance to keep everyone entertained. Good kitchen, grill and common areas for communal meals. Ride the free trolley up to Skinny’s. Who needs a car here?!

Pam was a pleasure ! The Florida Fling was exactly as described! We took our extended family—four families total, including two infants and a toddler—and it was perfect for all of us. There were even gates for the stairs, which gave us great peace of mind. Each family had a beautiful bedroom and bathroom, and the pool, hot tub, and backyard entertaining area were just as pictured on the website—absolutely wonderful. The grill was a nice touch for family dinners. The kitchen was fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly need, and the refrigerator and freezer were huge! The washer and dryer were a huge bonus, especially with little ones. There were plenty of bathroom and beach towels provided, and lots of beach chairs stored in the garage. The beach itself is less than a block away, with gorgeous white sand. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home—we made so many great family memories and can’t wait to return!

Meg was a pleasure to host! Great place for family. It has sufficient bedrooms and the living space adequately accommodates a large group without feeling over crowded. The proximity to the beach is excellent and the jacuzzi and pool exceed expectations. The communication, however, could be better. As a guest, I prefer to communicate through the app as the primary source of communication. Also, the check in was stringent. We requested an small early check in accommodation, and the response to a 1 hour early check in was to pay $1200 to book the unit one day in advance, which is unreasonable. The cleaners also did not finish by the 4pm check in time so we had to wait, which was frustrating after a long drive. While the place was nice, it could use a paint refresh and better attention to the dishes, many of which were quite dirty in the pantry. At this price point, you expect it to be spotless. Also, there was a pungent smell either from a cleaning agent or dampness, which made the home feel a bit unclean.

Our Anna Maria Island family vacation stay at this fantastic home was a blast! Everything is new and clean, and the decor design and atmosphere feels like it's out of a magazine. Being just a few minutes walk away from the beach meant daily sandcastle-building sessions and family days by the waves. We loved the private pool – it was the highlight of our trip! The bedrooms were comfy cocoons for post-beach naps, and the ensuite bathrooms made getting ready so easy (a lifesaver with kids in tow). We appreciated the top-notch service from the management company, the cleanliness of the home, and the beautiful luxury space provided by the homeowner. Thank you to all. We had a vacation to remember, and we're already counting down the days until next year when we're coming back.

Excellent place to stay with easy access to the beach! Beach wagon and chairs available. Nice pool and spa area. Roof top deck to view the beach, sunsets and views of the bay. Close to restaurants. No elevator (3 floors 4 counting rooftop deck; so you’ll definitely get your exercise. If you like to sleep with temps below 72° they lock the controls. That would be my only complaint. The decor is amazing and the beds are comfortable!
