Went with family, super nice and exactly what I was looking for.

Great fenced in yard for our dog. Nice living room furniture. Good tv's. Excellent A/C. Plenty of dishes, could use a little more silverware and a new frying pan. The beds need to be updated not very comfortable. Need more towels and a few more dish towels. Good location to the beach and pool. Nice deck.

Everything was perfect from the house to the property manage. We will definitely book again.

If a relaxing, uncongested, beach trip is what you are looking for, Fleming-O is an ideal place to provide that and more. Our stay started with a welcoming text from the management company. The most important thing to our family was convenience to the beach, at an affordable cost. The 2 minute walk to the beach was perfect! You have partial views of the water from the two front porches. You can see and smell the beach at all times. Getting to the beach multiple times a day, was quick and easy. If you are traveling with a dog, the gated porch and fenced in yard is a huge bonus. Dogs are allowed on the beach, too! We loved being in this exact spot on the peninsula. We were incredibly close to the fort, ferry and Tacky Jack’s. Fleming-O was the perfect amount of space for our family. The main area is spacious and open, and the home was clean and cozy. We love the quieter beaches and how there’s no congestion in the area. We would love to return! Highly recommend Flemingo-O as your home base if you are looking for a place to stay in Ft. Morgan.

We have stayed at this home several times over the years. The home has been updated since our last stay. The rental company is attentive and professional. The AC works great and the fenced backyard is so nice for the dogs. It is just a short walk to the beach.

The fenced backyard is the primary reason that we rent the property, as well as the cleanliness and top shelf care from the management. The bedroom furniture, mattresses, etc., are well used. The decor is nice.

Felt like home and convenient to many activities.

Property was very clean. The property manager was always helpful and quick to answer. Best of both worlds two pools and multiple beach accesses

The house was perfect for our family.The location was close to the beach.There was a wagon and extra chairs available for use. We enjoyed sitting on the porch at night-Would recommend more outdoor seating.

Our family visited the area for almost two weeks. The house is comfortable and within easy walking distance to the beach and pool. Gated porches and yard were great for our pets. The two bedrooms downstairs are right off the kitchen and living area so a little noisy for those staying in these bedrooms if you have early risers. The master is upstairs by itself with a small sitting area at the top of the stairs and small balcony. The management company was very responsive when needed.
