Property management was very attentive. Any time we called or messaged her with an issue, she was on it.

Loved the layout of this home especially the bathrooms! Short walk to beach or pool!

The house was exactly as presented. Clean, great location. The property mgmt was very professional and very proactive. We had 3 couples and 5 kids. Couldn't be better. A meal at Jessie's on the Bay just mede it even better!

The house name is Fitz us fine and boy did it! We had fun the house was perfect as were the care takers that help us in so many ways. The beach access was great 4 minutes away. We will be back. IF your looking for a spot for your family this is the place.

This place was incredible! Close to the beach, the pool was in the back yard basically, and the management team was amazing g to work with. This place had everything we needed then some. Even stuff for the beach!!!! We will be back for sure.

This was a two family vacation with 4 adults and 6 children (ages 10-16). The house was perfectly sized to accommodate us. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and well stocked. The beach access is why we stayed there and did not disappoint! The boardwalk to the beach is so close to the house. We went every day to play and relax in the sand. Despite it being early April, the boys played in the ocean. The house is about 20 minutes from Gulf Shores, so the round trip travel time had to be considered when planning outings, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. We will cherish our memories from Fitz Us Fine!

Fitz Us Fine was the perfect stay for our three families (13 people total). We loved the location, house, and amenities. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The pools were well maintained and enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. The house was full of plenty of pots and pans, utensils, etc. The balcony views were peaceful, and you can catch a view of the Gulf from the west side of the house balconies. A member of Coastal View Vacations (Dee Dee) came by to chat with us about our stay. She was helpful and kind. She and her husband also took our trash cans to the curb (first time that has ever happened). We felt a real sense of community from this stay. We will definitely be back to the Morgantown neighborhood and Coastal View Vacations. If Fitz Us Fine is available, we will book it again!

We had a great week. Weather was great, seen a shark one day and seen dolphins every day. House had more than enough room. Cheri was great to work with.

The house was perfect for our extended family’s stay at the beach. The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked with pots, pan, cooking utensils, plates, bowls and eating utensils. Our management POC, Cheri, welcomed us to the house when we arrived and responded quickly to questions. The beach is a short walk from the house and we enjoyed the warm gulf waters and great weather. I would recommend this property to families and would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

What a great house! It is very close to the beach access, has tons of space, and everything was exactly as advertised. The local host was wonderful. Both her communication and responsiveness were spot on. The kitchen was stocked wonderfully...we had access to every utensil/pot/pan/dish we needed. We love Morgantown, and would definitely stay at this house again.

We had a great stay at Fitz Us Just Fine for our 9 person group! Lots of space, kitchen was stocked well and everything was clean and nice! Location was amazing, being able to just get on the board walk and be at the beach. Owner was super helpful would rent again!

The house was very comfortable for our family of 9. It was just a couple of minute walk to the beach...Loved the beach...not crowded, clean and very tranquil.

The house is perfect for larger groups. We had 13 people staying I. The house: 4 adults and 9 16-18 year olds. The house was right next to the boardwalk to the beach. Easy to get to the beach and back to the house. We would rent this house again without question.
