The house is well maintained and has such fun design elements! It worked great having three bedrooms with king beds for our group. The bunk room is very spacious too.The pool was clean and outdoor activities were a big hit with my 4 year old.

The house is great, comfortable and clean. Perfect distribution and enought of space. The pool is amaizing, as the mini-golf, and other amenities. The house has all you need during your vacation. The house looks the same or better than the pictures. Nice and walkable neighborhood. Easy to find and to go inside the house. Kelly responds faster. I highly recommended this house.

Overall an amazing stay. 15 minutes from Anna Maria’s island. Local to a lot of restaurants. The air bnb itself was beautiful and spacious. Pricey paying $1600 for 2 nights but other than that an amazing stay and experience. Very photogenic BNB!
We had the best time here! 10 mins to the beach & in a great neighborhood! The house was exactly as described, fully stocked with supplies & our kiddos loved the pool and other amenities! Host was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend booking a stay here!
My family and I loved this place! Centrally located to all The things we wanted to do, and peaceful. My sons and nephews loved the queen bunk bed, pool, putt putt and swing set. We had a blast and loved the house.
We had a great time! Lots of space, pool was beautiful, great location! The kitchen was perfect for a big family! Kelly was also so nice and very responsive, we got to check out a little later which when you have 4 babies under 3 that’s super helpful and honestly in all the vacations I’ve had I’ve almost never had anyone accept a late checkout request, so that really made her stand out as a host, who is hospitable and really tries to make her guests comfortable!
Close to everything! 10-15 minutes tops from all the beaches. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe!
The house was not up to par or standards and personally too much for the location and how the house was presented to us upon arrival. The house has GREAT potential. Beds were comfortable and spacious. The hot tub does not work. (The pool fella states there is not even a heater) The house was disgusting. Dog pee stains everywhere. (Over 15 just on the carpet under the pool table). The cleaners showed up at 5pm to pick up 5 huge bags of laundry that was left at the front door, when arrived. They were walking around taking pictures of the beds that have not been sat in or messed up. Remember, we had already checked in at 4. The vents are full of dust and need new filters and a cleaning. The floors was sticky and had buildup. AC froze the first night. They state to keep the AC unit within a 15 degree range from outside, we did. Still froze. Outside temp was not over 85 degrees. I’m not sure what happens in true summer. Needless to say, we will not be back to this house.
Such a charming place, the pictures are exact. The neighborhood is nice, very walkable area and not loud at all, seems very family friendly. Very short drive to everything-grocery, convenience stores, shopping, resturants ect. The home has pool toys and beach supplies. The kitchen is well stocked even down to a coffee frother/mixer. The best part of the stay was the communication from the host, she was great about checking in to see if we needed anything. This was a wonderful stay, good location, family friendly, pet friendly and people friendly.

My family and I were VERY happy with our Stay at Elliott & Kylie’s. Their home matched the listings pictures, and was clean upon arrival. Their home is a 15-20 minute drive away from the beaches on Anna Maria Island. Lots of activities to do in the area, as well as many options for dining out. Our hosts were very responsive to any concerns that came up, and were always available when we reached out. I will absolutely consider staying here for our next trip to Bradenton.
This has been the best Airbnb that we have ever stayed at! From booking, to check-in, to check-out, the host was quick to respond to any questions and provide information. The house is just amazing - the theme throughout the house is so fun you can tell they put a lot of thought into everything to make it just right, the appliances are brand new and top-notch, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen is big and fully stocked with a coffee maker, griddle, and other appliances, and lots of counter space! We loved all the different activities to do at the house- the huge pool, the fire pit, the playset for kids and even a putt putt course on one side! There is also a mango tree that provided us with some fresh fruit one morning as a nice surprise. If you happened to need a break from all the fun at the house, you could take a stroll down the street and be at the quiet and serene Palma Sola Bay within minutes. Our favorite beach, Bradenton Beach, was also only *maybe* 10 minutes away.
Booked for my dad’s birthday weekend expecting to enjoy the great backyard shown in the pictures. Arrived Friday night and noticed the pool filter was off and pool was extremely dirty - reported it, hosts said they would send someone out ASAP. Next morning noticed the pool water green and low - no maintenance had been done to the water/pool, host stopped responding and the issue was never resolved. House looked worn down, had a large hole in the wall by the entrance (which was also reported upon arrival) and the rugs throughout had visible dirt and stains. All kitchen items had to be thoroughly washed before used. We left a day early since we were extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Hosts have you sign a contract external to Airbnb, provide photo IDs, and pay a non-refundable $50 deposit for possible damages. Expected more from them after being so stringent on rules and booking procedures.
