We LOVED our stay here! Incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. Our kids were thrilled to spend time in the home theatre, games room and private pool. The neighborhood was peaceful, and well situated for exploring the area and visiting theme parks. Highly recommend for families visiting the area. Hosts were accommodating, and made sure our stay was perfect.

Great place for a family gathering. Hot tub, game room and movie theater were big hits!

Positive: The property was nice and clean throughout most areas. No weird smells. The house looks just like the photos but better. Negative: The beds were not comfortable and the bedding and towels seemed really cheap. We also didn’t like the fact the air conditioning couldn’t go below 72 at night while our family was trying to sleep and no fans in the bedrooms. This was really a hard one and I wouldn’t have booked this place if I would have known. The one gaming system was also having issues and not fully working.

We rented this place last minute and we’re worried it was going to be too good to be true. It was just my family of four as we extended our stay in Florida. The home was exactly as pictured my teenage boys loved the game room. we enjoyed a family movie and the hot tub and pool often. We were grateful that we paid to have the pool and hot tub as we were here with extremely low temperatures. The hosts were great, very attentive and helpful. The home was clean and had all essentials needed to enjoy our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We came for a quick Disney trip with my parents and in laws! This house was in the perfect location to everything. Very clean and spacious, we especially enjoyed the pool safety fence made it where when the Littles wanted to be in the pool we could open it and when they didn’t we didn’t have the worry of them falling in!

The house was everything they said it would be and more! I absolutely had a great time with my family. my grand kids did not want to leave! The hist were amazing about responding to all of my questions. they were very accommodating and made me feel like more than a guest. I felt like family and I appreciated that. The house was so worth what inlaid. I was so happy! My grandson had an amazing 4th birthday there. Movie night was amazing. We had a poolside BBQ. What else can we ask for? Everything we needed was close by! I was so happy about that! lol. Will definitely stay there again. I 100% recommend! you won't be disappointed!

The mattresses weren't comfortable for us. Need better mattresses. Cleaning service should check linens for stains. Host very professional and responsive. House needs touch up with paint. The children loved the play room.

Fijn verblijf gehad! Het huis is ruim en schoon, ideaal voor een familievakantie. De gameroom en thuisbioscoop waren een hit bij de kinderen – die hadden de tijd van hun leven. Ook het zwembad is mooi, al vonden we de buitenverlichting wat ongezellig in de avond. Alle slaapkamers zijn lekker ruim en hebben een eigen badkamer, wat heel prettig is met meerdere mensen. De matrassen zijn wat aan de verende kant, maar we hebben er prima op geslapen. De ligging is top: je bent zo bij de grote attractieparken en malls. Tot slot, de host reageert snel en denkt mee. Zo was de ijsmachine defect en werd aangeboden om ijs te bezorgen. Al met al een aanrader!

The house was amazing. Everything was exactly like the pictures. The kids enjoyed the pool, the game room, and the movie theater. There's no need to go anywhere the house had Everything needed to keep the kids busy. I will definitely be booking again for our next family vacation!

Overall we had an excellent stay! Jose and Marianna were very responsive when we had questions and have a very fun place to stay. The kids loved the movie theatre, game room, and especially the heated pool and hot tub. The weather during our stay didn't get much warmer than 65 degrees. The pool was consistently about 90 degrees which was great! The neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint we have is that the two king beds upstairs were not comfortable. You could feel the springs. There also was not a complementary welcome basket as listed, which isn't super important but was advertised. I would recommend this place!

Not what we thought from advertisements. Host was fantastic on communication.Nice property but a high traffic/party/vacation rental areaRugs were stained and gross, floors not completely swept and requested broom or vacuum that worked and nothing ever brought. Had to walk through grit and dirt it for 5 days. Trash all against the outside the pool screen (spent 40 min one morning cleaning it up so kids wouldn’t swim staring at pizza boxes and Cheeto wrappers)Lighters and paraphernalia under outside couch.No welcome gift basket, limited toilet paper, utensils and trash bags. Might as well have been a hotel you stayed in.Air hockey table didn’t work - no one ever came to fix it after reporting day 1. Was told to try turning it on.“Gated community” but this house is right on a main road and people cutting through yard and in between houses all day and at night.

This is a great place to stay. The pool area is lovely and the house is gorgeous. Perfect distance if you’re doing the parks. Lots of great places to eat around you. This is a perfect house for a family getaway!

Perfect family villa Beautiful property ideal location. Theming of the rooms was great. Loved the cinema room. Only down side was We couldn’t see out the upper windows due to them needing cleaned badly & the pool wasn’t cleaned. This has not put us off We would absolutely stay here again. Communication was great.

The house was beautiful and exactly how it was listed but unfortunately the roof leaked through out our entire stay. And to our disbelief this has been an ongoing problem since June of 2024 from the previous review. So the owners were aware of the leaky roof and continued to rent and take peoples money. We reached out Thursday night about the leak and they did not send maintenance until 2 days later on Saturday afternoon. We had to put 2 bowls just to catch the water in the living room and we had to empty them multiple times throughout the day. My kids kept falling from the wet floor and the carpet was also soaked upstairs from the leak. When maintenance finally came we had no ac because in order to stop the leaks they had to shut the ac off but did not inform us of this. We were concerned the roof was going to collapse as the ceiling was getting soft from how much water was coming through. The owners did not seem very concerned with any of this.

The place was amazing. The kids loved it. We felt right at home. I have no complaints about the place.Jose and Marianna were very hospitable. Would definitely recommend staying here.

House was as described. House had plenty of room for all guest to have their own private spaces and also have a great time with family and friends. Owners were very responsive and helpful when questions arose. 10-15 miles aways from most theme park attractions and surrounding activities. Great location to local stores and grocery stores as well. Plenty of fast food and restaurants to choose from and well as food choices. Would definitely consider renting from in the future.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this listing. Everything was just as it said and then some. We came here for my sons 17th birthday and he and his friends really enjoyed themselves. Everyone had their own room with their own private bathroom! The house has enough space so my husband and I were able to enjoy this just as much as the boys did! The hosts were very informative and responded to every question within 10 minutes! Every inch of this house was utilized! They particularly enjoyed the gameroom and pool! I Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

Fabulous This house was everything that we needed for our trip to the parks. Everyone had their own space and their own bathroom. The kids especially enjoyed the game room and the movie room as well as the pool and hot tub. The owners have definitely put in a lot of work with the theming of the home. Everything was clean and updated. The communication with property Management was very fast and responsive. Would love to return.

Very wonderful and well located place in a really beautiful community. Everything around the house was perfect, the bedrooms, bathrooms and extras. We went with my girlfriend and a couple of friends and we’ve really enjoyed. Thanks also to Jose, Marianna and Oriana for helped us with the house aswell

It was the most amazing Airbnb experience I have ever had, everything felt like cozy amazing, very clean home. From little treat bowl to a handwritten welcome letter, I got extremely positive that same moment. This house is the best I rented, and to be honest we even didn't want to leave that place at all, you have your own private cinema, comfortable pool, great jacuzzi, grill, everything you want is out there, and also of course the game room. So we were 8 people over there and we definitely didn't wanna leave that house, we wanted to be there for another week! Definitely recommended and proven to be the best one out there!

Me and my friends stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great experience. The house itself is so beautiful, clean, and breathtaking. The neighborhood is secured and safe. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious gateway.

Beautiful place and in a gated community which made my stay very comfortable, peaceful and safe. The home was extremely clean and beautiful. Hosts made sure to check on us and make sure everything went well. I would definitely stay there again. I can’t say how beautiful the place was. Pool was very nice as well.

House is beautiful! Just as pictured. Beds are on the firmer side, but pretty comfortable. Couple issues with the hot tub heating, which was beyond the control of the owners, but they were very responsive and worked to fix the issues. Minor things for us: not enough towels and blankets. Pool & bathroom towels were one per person. There's a washer and dryer, so it was fine, but we had to do laundry pretty often. Only one thin blanket on each bed. It was colder when we stayed so a couple extra in the closet would be nice, but obviously not a common problem in FL. In fairness we didn't ask about extras, so they might provide them. Kitchen was so pretty! Fully stocked with plenty of dishes, etc. Bathrooms were great. Really good water pressure. Even with multiple people showering at one time we never lost pressure, or ran out of hot water. About 30 min from most attractions, and there's a Walmart literally about 2 minutes away, and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Not many times do you check in to a place and have it be like it shows in the photos, but this home matched it spot on. We are clean freaks, and this home was spotless and kept pristine. We will definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed at this property twice now, and each time the hosts were extremely communicative. Their expectations for guests are fair, and we were SHOWN that our comfort was a priority. This villa is so beautiful and has absolutely everything that you could need for a perfect stay. The check in process was easy and a welcome basket and card left with all essentials provided for our stay. The host is extremely responsive to any queries and even checked in with us half way through our stay to ensure that everything was OK. Our wifi cut out on a day that we had decided to stay in the villa and within 20 minutes a technician had arrived to fix it. The location is within a very private, quiet complex and perfect for exploring universal and disney. There are plenty of amenities closeby and you can easily spend some days in the villa relaxing its so lovely. I wouldn t hesitate to book again based on how stunning the villa is and how excellent the host is.

Great place. Very spacious. Lots of entertainment. Only con was that you have to pay extra for the hot tub to be hot. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

This house does match the photos and has all amenities listed. With that said we had some trouble here. You had to fill out a form to get a QR code to get in the neighborhood. I did this multiple times and days before we arrived. We never got it. We got to the neighborhood and had to wait over an hour until we got help. Next our car got towed out of the street right in front of the house while we were unpacking. After being there we saw this happening all over the neighborhood. The host sends out check in instructions and didn’t mention this at all. Later I found you can click in one of the links they sent then if you go into more you can see another link to see information about the parking and towing. I would recommend adding that information to the guest before arrival and make it very clear. We spent 3 hours and $350 to get our car back. Overall the house was accurate to the description. Beds are pretty bad and some hair and dirt around.

Nice home. Very detailed. Enjoyed my time

The lockbox code was wrong. Waited an hour to get inside. The AC was broken upstairs for the entire trip. We all slept on the couch, floor, and had to get sleeping bags. Really disappointing and uncomfortable.

Great stay Beautiful home with plenty of space, bathrooms, and entertainment for all ages in the house. The house backs up to a busy street facing a mobile home park, Three out of the five bathrooms had horrible water pressure so we all used two of the showers. The freezer did not get very cold so we lost some of the frozen food we had in the freezer. Those were probably the only issues i had with the house which I was able to deal with. The property manager was efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home and return next time we come to Florida for vacation.

This place was amazing, we had such a fun stay for 8 nights! The place was extremely spacious. We loved the pool and the movie room so much! The game room was also amazing. Jose responded quickly to anything we messaged him about! We did come across a few things that I feel I should share. The beds were very uncomfortable. We also had to buy garbage bags and toilet paper as we only had a small amount given to us. And I was pretty bummed out we didn’t receive a welcome basket (I know this isn’t a big deal but it was advertised in the photos). Otherwise this place was amazing, location was great as well. we had a wonderful week!

What an amazing time we had! Hurricane Milton and all for our Disney vacation. The property team checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. They responded at a drop of a hat. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The movie theater room and game room were so cool! We will be returning and booking this place again! We are so happy!! Highly recommend.

Unsafe and Unresponsive Host Our stay at this property was very disappointing and concerning. Upon arrival, we were provided with the wrong code to access the property, which left us stranded outside. When we tried to contact the host to resolve this issue, they were completely unresponsive. To make matters worse, we discovered that the back door would not lock, which is how we eventually gained entry. This presented a significant safety risk and made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Given these serious issues and the lack of communication from the host, I cannot recommend this property.

Great house , lots of space. Rooms were well thought out with themes. Paid to heat the pool and hot tub and it was perfect. Very comfortable beds. Just make sure to bring extras with you like coffee, filters, salt and pepper, etc, there are no extras here.

It was definitely above my expectations. Definitely in a great location with plenty to do!

The house was amazing and so much to do in the house. We had an awesome time at the house, but definitely make sure you don’t park in the street. One of our cars was towed and was only parked there for an hour to unload and eat dinner. The host were amazing but the towing service was very rude.

One word wow

I would have liked to give them 5 stars, as everything about the place was as advertised and we had a very nice stay, however, if you’re planning to use the pool or hot tub, I would not recommend this home. The screech from the neighbors pool pump was so obnoxious that we couldn’t even hang out on the back patio or in the pool or hot tub. Prior to arriving, I had paid $35 per day to heat the hot tub. After arriving, and realizing we wouldn’t use the hot tub because of the noise, I requested a refund for that hot tub fee. I was very disappointed in their response that the noise didn’t warrant a refund based on their policy. How about just doing what’s reasonable? Especially since we didn’t use the hot tub. If I had known ahead of time that noise was that obnoxious, I wouldn’t have paid to heat the hot tub. Hopefully the neighbors get the pump fixed as it is a nice place, but it was definitely a disappointment not to be able to use the outdoor area, and to have paid extra for it

Great house to stay at! Games room and movie theatre room a huge bonus. Clean house, well furnished. Hot tub $35/day to heat so factor that into your budget. Hosts easy to work with, responsive. Good time had by all!

We have used many different vacation rentals all around the world over the last 10+ years and this was the best one! The description did not do the home justice and we were very surprised at some big unlisted amenities in the home.

This home is beautiful and clean with new appliances and furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything one would need. The rooms are spacious. There was a full private bathroom for each bedroom. Everything was in pristine condition. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of a day that entailed a lot of walking. The home is in a gated community which provides an added sense of security. The home is near the parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host was very responsive. She called in advance to answer any questions that I had prior to checkin. The instructions for checkin were thorough. The host checked in periodically to see if there was anything that we needed. You could not ask for more from this host. I would highly recommend this home, as well as this host.

Owners don’t allow for you to use charcoal grills, even the small ones from the dollar store. You must rent their propane grill $65. $125 Fee to have pool and hot tub heated. Coffee pot was broken, was told it would be replaced next day but never happened. Aside from hidden fees, everything was amazing.
