During my stay here was very welcoming me and family stayed during spring break and the host were very responsive during our stay. We didn’t have any issues and the grill use was a plus. Will stay here again. Note: HOA is strict but if you follow the rules you wont have any problems.
We really enjoyed staying here! Loved that the pool overlooked the lake, it was so peaceful! Also plenty of space to spread our group out, which was so nice!!!
We had an amazing time at this place! And the host were very friendly and helpful the whole time. The sunsets at the pool with lake view were so beautiful and the neighborhood is sooo close to everything.

Excelente casa!! La ubicación privilegiada.. Tal cual lo Publicado.. las habitaciones y camas muy confortables.. la casa y baños muy limpios… la cocina cuenta con todo lo que necesitas.. sus anfitriones muy pendientes que de todo marchara bien en la casa… sin dudarlo volveríamos a hospedarnos

BEWARE OF THE HOA!!! They patrol daily and you will get towed! $150 plus the UBER. We saw multiple cars being towed during our multi-day stay. The condo has very dirty and stained carpet. The back of the couch has been taped up. The beds were poor. The photos have been greatly altered, so the property appears clean, new and bright in the pictures. The “full-size professional table” was not true as it was perhaps 4+ feet in length, the pool balls were smaller than normal, and of the two cue sticks, one was broken. There was a ping-pong topper on top of the pool table. There were several torn screens surrounding the pool so there were some and bugs and debris in the pool area. Missing necessary tools in kitchen. The dining room was set very beautifully! The pool was very nice and very comfortable since it was heated. The barbecue grill was ready to go and very clean. Only a couple minutes from a Walmart Supercenter. The management team was great and we very much appreciated the help!
This was a well kept house. Very clean and the pool was the warmest we’ve had even after a cold week in February. Our hosts, especially co host Oriana made our stay that much better! Responds very fast, makes sure you have every thing you need and does anything she can to help out! We will be booking with these hosts again in the future!

The home was was very nice and peaceful. If I was to visit Kissimmee again, I would love to have that home again.
