Everything was amazing! This place was very roomy and clean! Very close to restaurants and literally a 15 min drive from the Disney parks! Smart tvs are up to date and beds are very comfy! I would definitely stay here again with my family! Host was amazing and gave clear instructions on how to check in and out! It had its own parking garage and was very easy to find and very private! Quiet area, no issues with noise either! Definitely worth the value for our budget!

This was a great place. Luiz was very responsive and helpful. Very close to Disney which is why we stayed here (about 15 minutes). Even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Also plenty of stuff nearby. Lots of restaurants, got Wawa and Target nearby.

I feel so sad we had to leave and couldn’t enjoy our dinner. Positive: I loved the location and the atmosphere, Negative: The apartment I stayed in had roaches so me and my family had to check out at 2am in the morning cause I had dinner on the stove and they came out so bad.

Positive: I am very appreciated to stay in that condo with my family. Everything was very good, condo is very large. Location is good just 20 minutes to disneyland. I travell with my 2 dogs, rooms were very clean. Definetly recomended!

Family vacation in Orlando Positive: Location, support from team

Had a great stay with a couple of minor issues. Check in could have gone better. The code for the door I recieved did not work and no one would answer the phone not knowing how long it would take to get the issue resolved so we could get into the appartment. After a long drive, that final hold up was painful. Once we were in, the master toilet was clogged and I tried contacting the owner several times as there was no plunger on site before giving up and buying a plunger to fix it myself. Otherwise, the property was clean and plenty of room for my family. The only other complaint is the community pool closes at 5pm, so we could never use it and after a hot day at the parks my girls really wanted nothing more then to go to the pool, so that wasnt great. Just some honest feedback, but overall, for the price and location, this is an excellent property and we would stay again if/when we come back.

Very happy with our choice. Positive: We came to this condo to get away from hurricane Milton. It was the perfect size for us. There were 4 adults and a dog all seeking shelter. We felt safe and secure. Plus we had power to cook and A/C. Negative: We didn’t come for amenities. We came for safety. And we felt safe.

Positive: Loved the location and the space it had. Loved the balcony Negative: There were a couple cockroaches and we were told that the pesticide would be harmful to our pets and that it would be better if they addressed the issue after left. We rented a 4th floor condo and was told there was an elevator for my elderly mother in law. There was one but it was down for a couple days and it was very hard for her to use the stairs as she has COPD. The trash chute on the 4th floor had the whole floor stinking so that was a major turn off. Also, someone let their dog pee in the elevator and it wasn't cleaned up for hours. When I told the place I wanted a refund or compensation for all the trouble...I was basically brushed off. Would I rent this place again? Proably not.

Home away from home Positive: Spacious, nicely appointed, the layout provided privacy and it was so quiet. I love that I could bring my dog. He had fun too. Negative: The room smelled a little musty, like it hadn't been dusted for a while, but other than that it was perfect.

No what we were expecting. Building seems kinda old and not taken care of. Water was dirty and with a rusty smell, would not recommend for cooking or drinking. There were trailer size dumpsters overflowing with trash with a very unpleasant smell. Grass areas full of dog poop, it’s like walking on a minefield, pretty dangerous if you are coming with a healthy dog could get sick from the poop around the place. We we’re also witnesses of animal abuse. What seems like a permanent tenant of the building was kicking her innocent pit bull multiple times. Only concerns about the room, were that the master bedroom shower and toilet were full of pubic hair.

Not worth the money spent but ok. Positive: Very spacious. Negative: We noticed a bedbug infestation during our stay, one of the people in my group got bit multiple times so she had to sleep on the couch. Also after we left and arrived home we noticed bedbugs in our luggage and clothes.

Very responsive communication. However, if sleeping 6 folks, then keep in mind the beds in the 2nd bedroom are fulls and not queens. The host was made aware of the ad discrepancy and was reaching out to their team. Again, they were very responsive in our communication with them.

First, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at just how accurate the photos matched the unit! Second, it is a very sizable unit that includes very “thoughtful “ amenities. We were accompanied by our two exchange students who also absolutely loved both the unit & the building amenities. It’s very close to the highway, restaurants, Etc. But just as important as how wonderful the property was - I was just as impressed at how responsive Gabriela & Ana were with any questions that I had. I appreciated their attentiveness, as it made us feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this property, as you won’t be disappointed!

Positive: I enjoyed the location, and it was affordable within my price range. I especially like having a private area where I can cook and do other things. Having two separate bedrooms with their bathrooms made it very easy, especially when dealing with multiple people. It wasn’t too far away from the Kia Center, which was where I was going for a concert (Ateez), so the distance was great as well. Negative: What I didn’t like was trying to communicate with the property, especially when I asked about early check-in. They told me to ask when it’s closer to the day. I asked around at about 10 AM, and they said they would get back to me, depending on the availability of the cleaning team, to see if it’s available. And I never heard back from them at all, and we ended up checking in at four. That was kind of annoying because I landed at 6 AM, and sitting there until 4 o’clock was not my ideal purpose. Communication was better than I would’ve planned out my day. Additionally, the kitchen had roaches, and the bedroom drawer contained a few bugs. The vent looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while, and while we’re there, one of the pictures in the bathroom fell off the wall.

Además, el departamento estaba completamente equipado, tenía todas las cosas básicas que uno necesita y también varios extras que hicieron la estadía aún más cómoda. We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything super easy from start to finish. The location was very convenient and made getting around a breeze. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Easy parking, easy check in. Easy to follow instructions. Luiz was very responsive. Place was clean. Great balcony, quiet space. Pool and hot tub were not busy and very clean. Gym and sauna were great too. Also good location away from the craziness of Orlando. Would stay again!

Was a different condo than I rented. Whole resort was a mess. Pulled into parking garage and the first thing you see is a pile of mattresses, old furniture. Stay away from anything upstay!

This is my second time booking this Airbnb and it was just as good as the first time. Very spacious looks better in person. There weren't any issues, perfect stay.

The fact that it was convenient was a plus… the lack of wash cloths and only hand towels was an inconvenience. Positive: The location was very convenient. Negative: There were no wash cloths at all, there were bugs in the kitchen area, the master shower had hair in it.

É comum em alguns banheiros dos estados Unidos o chuveiro ser junto a banheira, e, para utilizar o chuveiro se faz necessário abrir a torneira da banheira e puxar um pino desviando a agua da banheira para o chuveiro, porém quando esse pino não veda bem o chuveiro fica com a ducha fraca, pois parte da agua sai na torneira e parte na banheira, falta manutenção nesse pino de vedação dessa torneira da banheira. Staff was responsive to needs-questions. Unit was spacious. Location was nice and quiet. Positive: Very roomie. Decor wad good. Nice pool and hot tub. Negative: The kitchen could use some additional utensils. The skillet was flaking and there was not a spatula or ice cube tray in the unit. The dishwasher did not clean very well. Would be helpful if the entrance was lit a little better.

Spacious condo perfect for our week near Orlando. Close to all the places we wanted to go. Clean building overall but the hallways of the condo smelled funny. Our room however did not smell funny. Bring extra blankets if you come in the winter because the room gets cold and there aren’t extra blankets. Otherwise loved our stay!

Een parkeergarage als ingang, en het leek wat verlaten. Dat gaf niet een heel fijn gevoel. In een dergelijke locatie is een receptie toch wel fijn, maar die is er niet. Alles gaat digitaal. Overigens was de host prima te bereiken.

The property was nice, but the location was closer to Kissimmee and Disney than anticipated… when noted as Winter Garden. Traffic was horrible during peak times. The place was clean but a bit more dated than expected. The hosts were kind but had some difficulty in communicating when challenged with the door lock. There were no wash cloths available. The beds were very comfortable on a positive note.

Not sure what went wrong, but we booked their winter garden location, arrived around 6pm (told we could do a 1pm check) and the place looked like someone was actively living there. Beds all messed up with no linings, dirty diapers in the trash, dishes and food in the sink and fridge. Contacted Gabriel and was sent to his receptionist I guess you can call her. She advised us to look for another hotel for the night and she would have it clean the following day. We asked for sheets and we would do the cleaning ourselves, and make the beds. Her idea of looking for another hotel, after spending $1400 for this location was tough. Most places were completely booked. We were called back by Gabriel and apologized and told we would receive the $100+ cleaning fee back. We were called back once more by the receptionist to be told there was no sheets available for us to use. Gabriel agreed to refund is the $1400 back and we had to sleep in the car for night until another Airbnb was as ready.

It was a nice and peaceful stay, 10/10 recommend and most definitely a place I’d come back to!

Very large flat, two bathrooms, nice & clean Positive: Nice and spacious flat, very well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, dryer…). Large balcony and two large bathrooms. Rooms were clean, internet connection was fast and I can recommend this accommodation for all, who came by own car. Negative: Location (without car) should be quite uncomfortable. There is no-one at the reception desk (you only receive security code and door number from the owner). But in total I can highly recommend this accomodation.

Great communication, easy check in and check out, accurate listing. I accidentally reserved the space shy one day and thankfully the extra day I missed was available. When I reached out to the hosts, they immediately reserved it for me and allowed the additional day, seamlessly. Close to everything you need to be near, quiet community, Door Dash delivers quickly to this location & the rooms are well separated & very private from one another. 5 stars. Will return!
