Location, location, location…10 minutes away from DisneyWorld(while bypassing the normal traffic. Can’t get much closer unless you are paying to stay on site.

Love my host Luis Cabral he responded to my messages immediately the place was grate to stay really closed to all restaurants and outlets only thing for my experience it was kind far for me to go universal Studios , International Drive 35 min to airport but overall we have fun love that place and pools area only thing missing is a park or side walk to go for a run the street don’t have side walk but I definitely would come back to stay my boys and baby dog love it . Thanks Luis Cabral for everything.

Pros: Convenient location 10 mins from Disney, 30 mins from Seaworld, lots of restaurants and nearby Walmart and Publix, nearby waterpark, has a big pool and medium-sized jacuzzi even though it wasn't the cleanest I've used, Convenient parking, the condo itself was very spacious was big enough for my family of 5. Cons: I found two roaches during my stay one in the king-size bedroom and another in one of the kitchen cabinets, the toilet flush lever in the king-size bedroom broke during my stay so I had to remove the tank cover to flush the toilet manually each time, overall the apartment seemed cleaned besides the bathrooms I feel like they could've done a better job I was not comfortable using the tub due to this, also in the rooms the walls should be deeply cleaned there were black scuff marks all around the room, in the hallway outside of the apartment there's a strong cigarette smell that seems to be masked by air fresheners but you can still smell it Overall my stay was 7/10.

our family was in Orlando for our son AAU tournament at wide world of sport. The location was awesome, and we felt right at home. Next time we're in the Orlando area, this will be the place I will lay my head.

It was a nice quiet and peaceful place to be and gave our family the space and separation that was needed after being together for 10+ hours a day. Very minimal but nice. Beds and pillows so comfortable and that bath tubs were amazing.

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything (parks food etc) very peaceful and quiet community. Check-in was smooth & pet friendly!

HORRIBLE STAY!!! PICTURES ARE DECEPTIVE!!! STAY AWAY!!! We were looking for a pet-friendly Air BnB to attend a memorial service. We chose the Palisades condominiums because of the reviews and because they stated they were pet friendly. Omgosh…we felt bamboozled. The pictures were a LIE. The dishes were dirty, the couch needed to be replaced, the pillows were flat, all the common areas needed a revamp, and there was MOLD thorough out. Motels are probably. We immediately notified the host, but they were uncaring and stated that though they were appreciative of our feedback, there was nothing they can do. They did offer us a $90 refund. Pfft. Dog owners, they will charge a $99 pet fee per pet. Our dogs are crate trained and due to state of the place, animals are the least of their worries. If you like dirty living accommodations, murky pool water, broken down treadmills, and broken window coverings, book away! The other residents provide a free step show at 12am!

The condo and the area is a great option for a theme park stay or, in our case, for work. It is a clean, well kept and safe location. There is a height restriction on parking that should be noted but average vehicles will not have an issue. To accommodate taller vehicles or ones with higher roof lines there are a few open parking spots available. The host was quick to respond and was super helpful. We would absolutely stay again.

Hace años que venimos a Orlando y esta fue mi mejor estadía! Estaba todo impecable muy cómodo y totalmente práctico me sentí como en casa incluso mejor! Sin dudas volvería y lo recomiendo! Ojalá pueda volver pronto! Es un 10 de 10!

Amazing resort. Will book again!

Hidden gem! Beautiful stay and great hosts. The apartment is clean and tidy, which is very much appreciated. The hosts were great with communication and directions are clear including the WiFi and amenities. We also enjoyed the restaurants near by. We are anticipating are next stay here already.

Luis was an outstanding host. Quick communication and clear instructions. The home looked exactly as pictured and felt very clean. I appreciate the smell as well, it smelt very clean and fresh.

We had a wonderful time; we felt at home. Its proximity to Flamingo Crossing and the Disney parks made it a great stay. We would stay here again!

Negative: Esse Lugar é uma fraude! Fiz minha reserva e quando cheguei no local o anfitrião nāo me passou o código de acesso para o apartamento pois alegou que não havia pago $100.00 de caução porém a estadia estava paga desde a reserva. Fizemos contato com o anfitrião e pedimos então para enviar o link de pagamento para liberar a nossa entrada, todos os emails que foram enviados tinha sido removido o link de acesso. Ficamos esperando horas e nada, até que decidimos ligar novamente para o booking e pedir o cancelamento e se hospedar em outro lugar.O anfitrião manteve a reserva ativa mesmo sabendo que não nos hospedamos, não mandou o link de acesso para pagar o caução e também não cancelou a reserva. Fiz contato com o booking e meu problema ainda não foi resolvido! Não fiquei hospedada nesse lugar mas parece ser uma fraude pois minha reserva estava paga e não consegui me hospedar. Não aluguem esse espaço pois terão o mesmo problema que eu tive.

There was a lot of noise in the building, noises upstairs, downstairs. It was terrible!

Highly recommended! Positive: Very clean and had all we needed to prepare meals. Negative: Liked everything except last couple of days, we did have very loud upstairs neighbors would definitely would love to complain but unable to.

This place was very homey .. it was comfortable and clean , the host we’re very responsive and understanding . I’ll recommend this a 8/10.

Positive: Sehr grosse Wohnung, alles sauber. Die Wifi Probleme konnten per Chat gelöst werden. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr Nahe an den Disney Parks. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Negative: Duschen und Badezimmer schon älter. Kommunikation läuft nur Online ab. Kein persönlicher Kontakt im Hotel.

Fix the AC Positive: It was clean and up to date. Rooms were large. Located near the elevator. Covered parking. Large nice pool and not crowded. Kitchen was useful and the unit had a coffee maker, silverware, cups, plates and even paper towels. Also liked the washer and dryer. Negative: On two of our four nights the air conditioning stopped working for about 8 hours and wouldn't come back on. During the summertime in Florida that's just unacceptable, they knew about this problem too because in one of upstay's many emails they mentioned to not put the air below 72 degrees to prevent it from failing ( we had it at 74). Also the wifi signal was weak and barely worked in the bedrooms.
