Overall this was a great stay. The space was really nice and clean very family friendly & the host was so easy to communicate and quick to respond. Besides my cellular service there was no issue at all & the WiFi was so strong the service did not matter. I will definitely be staying here again !
It was a wonderful Christmas home for our family of adults who spent Christmas at Disney World and away from home for years first time. We walked in to the tv playing g beautiful Christmas songs. Very welcoming. Most impressed by how responsive our hosts were. So fast. It was a special experiment we will never forget. Thank you Renata.
Fabulous 5BR/5Bath Updated, Clean Home Positive: Wow! This home is so beautiful, modern, updated, comfortable and relaxing. 5 BRs, 2 Master Suites, 3 BRs, each with its own bath! There's a game room, and a loft area for kids to watch TV. We didnt want to leave ti in y⁰ time leaving during the day to go to the parks. I would highly recommend this home! It even has a pool and hot tub! You won't find a better deal for such a lovely home with modern upgrades. Negative: We liked everything!!
This place was absolutely delightful. We were here for my daughter's birthday. Everything was very clean and the decor was so beautiful just like the pictures.. will definitely stay here again

Me and my family stayed at the residence 6/22. The house was easy to find in a great community. Close to stores and the theme parks we attended. I would stay again the host was also awesome with responding to all my questions.
We loved the pool & jacuzzi in the villa. Our family all had a wonderful stay in the 5 bedroom villa.
Our stay was absolutely amazing, we all loved everything about the house the pictures did it no justice ! The kids loved the house so much they didn’t even want to leave the house for amusement parks. Thalita and Rob were excellent hosts definitely the best I’ve had so far. They were very nice, polite, and informative, and Communication was on point with clear instructions and guides for the house. The pool and hot tub was amazing and very fun. This location is right in the middle of everything there was so much so to do and so many shopping centers around.
Our family trip was great. The house was nice and clean. Had a fully equipped kitchen. Ample amount of towels per guests. And the hosts were always responsive.
Great place to stay if ur in the area and have a big family it’s a very spacious house with 2 amazing resort included. it’s very near to all entertainments and attractions Orlando has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again.
Very spacious for big families to share. Price was very affordable, but keep in mind there’s extra charges for a few things like pool heating, grill use, etc. Host was very helpful and always there to answer any questions we had!
Honestly, this was such a great accommodation and the house was clean, fully stocked and spacious. I would recommend this place to anyone with a family or even adult vacation. I like to feel like I’m at home when I go on vacation and this place felt comfortable. Don’t hesitate, just book it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Thalita and Rob’s home. It truly felt like a home away from home. We were in town for Disney. The location was easily accessible and convenient. The pool was the perfect place to cool off and relax after our long days. Our boys loved the game room and having separate bathrooms. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. Everything was amazing! We will definitely be back again.
The house was as beautiful as pictured. We had a group of 8 (2 families) and we did not feel crowded at all. The kids had a blast in the pool and at the clubhouse. Everything was clean and functional and the hosts responded in a timely and friendly manner. No problems with check in. They could not offer early check in due to previous guest, but we were able to use the clubhouse pools and amenities while we waited, so that was great. We would highly recommend and return!
Great location near shops, restaurants and only 15-20 mins to Disney. Very spacious property. Our family enjoyed the hot tub. Great communication with host. Just FYI, the houses are very close. There is no privacy in pool/ hottub area. You can hear neighbors inside the house. The beds did not have box springs. There was just a nonsupportive, thin mattress on frame. It did not bother our kids but the adults backs did not enjoy. Not deal breakers, just info. Overall great stay.
Sadly this host Thalia was completely slow to answer she have a phone number with an assistant or assistants that don’t speak a clear English she never never answer the phone always the assistant she offered a hot tub that is not hot and with jets that don’t work either, I have to pay 25$ por heated the hot tub that for me is crazy a hot tub have to be hot if not it’s not hot tub and alsooooo after I pay for that this one don’t work correctly my family and I never used it because was cold!!!! The ac filter was expired so no clean and fresh water from the fridge, AC it’s not cold at all it’s impossible to put lower that the 72 Grades Fahrenheit and the house is big so we sleep without the blankets because we where sweating so this a poor service from the host she want to send a technician if not she don’t refund me the money….. who wants to have a two days vacation waiting for a Pool tech or doing that kind of stuff we don’t enjoyed the house. Don’t enjoyed the hot tub or pool !!! Bad

Located close to most of the major attractions in Orlando, plus shopping and groceries. The place fit our group of 7 very comfortably, with a few of the rooms unused. The pool and hot tub were great after long days of walking around Universal. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a rental with a larger group!
Thalita and Rob's place was exactly as pictured. The home was a perfect space for our group. We cooked several meals, used the grill and pool and did several loads of laundry and everything worked great. We enjoyed both water parks in the Storey Lake resort (the home had plenty of beach towels to use). Thalita checked in throughout our stay so while we didn't need anything I felt confident in her responsiveness should anything arise. I thoroughly recommend this property.

Casa Excelente! Segura e muito bem cuidada! Positive: Casa excelente! Equipada! Aproveitamos tudo: piscina, churrasqueira, tudo funcionou conforme o combinado com a administradora. Renata foi muito prestativa quando precisamos. Escolhemos essa casa especificamente porque tinha vizinhos de todos os lados e estávamos preocupados com segurança. Nos sentimos muito seguros. Tínhamos vizinhos o tempo todo o que ajudou nessa sensação! Negative: Nada a reclamar! Deixo apenas algumas dicas simples: poderiam ter mais cabides, travessas maiores (afinal a casa é pra muita gente - acabamos comprando algumas descartáveis) e alguns utensílios de cozinha que faltaram para servir refeições (pegador de salada, por exemplo) . Em outras casas que já aluguei na região tinha máquina de café, dessas de cápsulas, e nós adoramos. Nesta não tinha, então acabei comprando uma por 25 dólares pela Internet. Mas a casa tem cafeteira comum! Poderia ter um cofre também, afinal, os assaltos a casas de turistas são comuns, então dá medo de deixar documentos e dinheiro quando a gente sai.
Solamente tuvimos problemas para que un segundo vehiculo pudiera entrar a las facilidades. Obviente en un vehiculo no caben 11 huespedes, y tenian q entrar dos vahiculos para dejar el equipaje
Great house. Very nice for large groups. Thalia and Rob worked with us when we were unable to leave at their stated check in time. Would recommend!
Great place and great bang for your buck. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Only critique was A/C temp fixed at 73 which is fine downstairs but that makes it 4 deg warner upstairs. We let them know and they set the temp to 70 deg remotely which worked great for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious and beautiful home! Just like the pictures and descriptions. Only issue I had was getting inside the house (we were not given the code for door to the house in advance) and with the air conditioning which seemed to be malfunctioning the first night but second night it was good(:

Dirty property Pictures on site need to be updated. House was not clean. As soon as we walked in there was a strong odor of smoke in this smoke free property, numerous stains on walls and doors, kitchen counter tops were sticky, cob webs on various corners of the home, bugs along walls in living room, carpet in living room was dirty and smelly, floors were dirty. Contacted Upstay which is the property management company for this rental, was told they would contact the cleaning company to go out the next day instead one of the Upstay employees showed up the next day with a near empty bottle of febreeze for the smell and a bottle of lysol disinfectant spray and a sponge to "clean the walls". She removed the carpet from the living room as per my request and later dropped off all purpose cleaner for us to mop the area where the dirty carpet was. Air hockey table in game room did not work. Batteries from front door keypad went dead, contacted Upstay regarding this issue and until this day I have not heard back from them instead we had to put our day plans on hold, go buy a new pack of batteries and replace them ourselves. Very disappointed with this rental and will not be renting any properties managed by Upstay. Although I do understand that they hire a cleaning company, I think it is still their responsibility to go out and check that the properties are actually getting cleaned.
Hot tub was a disappointment a little bit but overall the stay was amazing the host was so sweet and very responsive!!! House was so clean and beautiful!!

Everything was very nice.
It was decent overall. A few things made it less than great like broken trash can and air hockey table. Hot tub heater wasn’t turned on until close to the evening when we wanted it all day. Refrigerator filter needed replacement. Advice- bring your own towels. The few that are provided are small and rough :-/
Stay The house was clean and fit all of us very well. It did not feel “homey” had the very bare minimum. Did not love how everything extra was charged for.

Everything was perfect
Short vacation, ruined by roaches. Although the house does appear to be very clean Positive: Nice location and spacious house Negative: The property has a bad Roach problem in the kitchen and made it very uncomfortable to eat here. Had trouble with the door not opening due to wrong code. Had to sit outside for about 30 minutes after a long drive to Orlando Other than that it is a nice house to rent.
Los servicios adicionales como el grill y la calecfaccion de la piscina no estuve conforme. El grill esta viejo y no sirve al 100 % y la piscina siempre estuvo frio no tenia calecfaccion.
Wonderful home with access to a ton of amenities! Extremely clean and comfortable, will 100% stay here again when traveling to the Orlando/Kissimmee.
We had such a great time at this house. Everything was exactly as pictured. Thalita and Rob were super responsive with any questions we had. Our code did not work upon arrival but they were very quick to get us a new one right away. Everything was absolutely wonderful!! We are already talking about a return visit!

The pictures are beautiful but the place when you arrive is soooo much more beautiful. I literally have no complaints. Everything was perfect. We added the heated pool and jacuzzi on our stay and it was amazing. The place was clean. Towels were provided. If you’re thinking about booking I highly recommend
