We checked out today, but didn’t want to leave. Alfredo was an excellent host & assisted us with everything we needed. The house is spacious with many rooms that fit my family of ten. The location is perfect to grocery stores, coffee, & has a water park which was perfect for my grand baby because we didn’t have to go far. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay in a private neighborhood! Close enough to Disney parks as well. Highly recommend using the pool heater during the winter months. It worked great for us!
My family had an amazing time during our stay. The home is just as described and location was perfect. The home is walking distance to the water park entrance. The staff at the facility was so kind and friendly. The views are beautiful and we had a ball in the game room and pool. The location is also close to many attractions 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay with Upstay! Our kids loved the pool and game room. The community pool was relaxing and we all loved the lazy river. They were very responsive with any questions I had. We would stay with them again.
This place was so beautiful and me and my family had a ball. We enjoyed having free usage of the community pool and lazy river and our very own private pool. I would recommend replacing better cooking equipment and a bigger coffee machine because most of the pans were worn out. Also the iron should be replaced right along with having wash clothes. Other than that I have no complaints. My host was friendly and he responded in a timely manner. I will be booking again next year 🥰
A few hiccups when we arrived with the gate and then there was a power outage for about 45 minutes so after 18hrs of traveling we were not expecting no power. Once the power came back on everything else was great! The only recommendation is to stock more supplies. One roll of tissue in each bathroom for a 4 night stay for 12 people and 2 trash bags just wasn’t enough! The response time was quick and the host did have housekeeping to bring the needed supplies. Also, the pool/hot tub temperature was very cold even after paying extra for the heating element to heat the pool. Our family loved the home overall, the game room was definitely an added bonus the kids absolutely loved! Despite the few hiccups we would definitely book again. Thanks for having us.
This is a 5 star place! Our stay at this Orlando home was perfect for our multi-family trip, including grandparents! The two master suites—one on each level—gave everyone their own space, and the other 2 king-sized bedrooms were roomy enough for our toddler to snuggle with us. Super clean! The kids adored the Disney-themed bedroom and the Mario game room with air hockey, skee ball, foosball, and 2 gaming consoles. The private pool was already warm, so no heating was needed, and the hot tub heating was free—a rare and much-appreciated perk! pool noodles, Blackout curtains, night lights, step stools, a stroller made things super convenient, especially for little ones. While we took the kids to Disney, the grandparents enjoyed the lazy river, the cocktail tiki bar and fitness center. I wanted toddler friendly dinner ware and the host delivered it! We didn’t use the BBQ, but it was nice to have the option. Thoughtful touches made this a true 5-star experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider booking again. Positive: We loved this location, the house, and all of the amenities. We had some issues on the first day with a toilet not working, but it was resolved after a few visits. We learned that the last guests flushed a hair clip that got stuck. Negative: The only problem that I had was the communication; trying to get the toilet fixed and the heating of the pool/hot tub, I was being messaged via text, via messaging inside the booking app, and also email. Evidently, these messages aren't connected, so the information was getting lost, so I had to keep explaining myself. The last message via the booking app was requesting photos of the torn screen and slit in the lanai screen door, which I had already sent per the request via email. I simply refused to respond and told them to check their emails. It pretty much took up my first day there dealing with it. So I'd say this is minor but I don't like repeating myself when I'm always thorough in my communication. The balls for the skee ball machine were missing and had to be reordered. Our grandkids really wanted to play so we ordered our own from Amazon. But also minor. The other thing that I didn't like and this is only an FYI: I know check-out is at 10:00, but I DID NOT appreciate the cleaning crew standing at the door while we're loading up and trying to get out. And let me also add: they are NOT the best cleaners. In fact, two of them appeared to be kids. While we ALWAYS clean before settling in anywhere we go, we did the cleaning for them. MOST of the dishes were dirty, we removed water bottles from behind the master bed that were between the wall and the bed, clearly visible to someone actually cleaning, there were water bottles under the bed in a room upstairs, and it appeared the game room had not been touched. And just so you know, we moved the rug in the game room to cover a nail on the floor near the high-top table, that someone simply nail down instead of removing, and one of my grandsons stepped on it and that's how we
We all very much enjoyed our stay ! The ONLY downfall was the jacuzzi not working the first two days but after being in contact about it our host was able to fix and accommodate me which made it better! Also, the grill is also available for a $70 fee which is not listed I was under the impression it was for use like the pool.. I would also buy trash bags as there were only 2 for our week stay of 7 people .. the house is absolutely beautiful! Spacious kitchen and rooms. Super comfy beds ! And such a cool game room !! We would deff recommend staying here and would love to return !
This condo is just like Spirit Airlines. The price might be reasonable but they charge you for everything. They told me they had to charge $80 for a baby bed and highchair because they had to bring it from outside. We found the closet that held the boxes for it so they were not truthful. The biggest selling point was the pool because we had two days at the house to use it. We got in touch with the management and told them we wanted to use it on Saturday and Sunday. The instructions say the hot tub only takes about an hour to heat up , but it doesn’t go on until you pay $120. Come to find out the hot tub and the pool cannot be used at the same time even though they charge you for both. Neither the hot tub or the pool heat it up for our Saturday or Sunday. The pool only started to feel warm on Monday. We were not at the condo on Monday and they still have not refunded the $120. I would look for other options.
Everything was perfect. we had a slight issue with the pool heating but he got someone out right away to take care of it! He was very quick at responding when I messaged. We will definitely be staying in their properties when we visit!

This Host was great!!! We made a same day reservation because another Airbnb was terrible. He let us check in early to help us get started on our vacation. There were a few issues and he got them corrected immediately. He was a fast responding proactive host. Absolutely loved his home and the experience. 5stars across the board💫💫💫💫💫
Our host was absolutely amazing. Our flight got in early and they allowed us to check in early and our flight was delayed and they let us stay late! I would defiantly recommend this host to to other guest. We also enjoyed the pool and the water park
We had a great experience here. The only issue we had was they’re being tiny ants in the upstairs bathroom. We did take that up with the host and they said they would look into it and other than that everything was wonderful.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here. They will steal your money. Positive: I had made a reservation for the dates of Oct 18th to 21st. To my disappointment, on Oct 18th at 2:00 pm, I received a call from them informing me that my reservation had been cancelled due to maintenance reasons. This notification was received two hours prior to my scheduled check-in time. From the outset, the handling of this situation appeared highly suspect. I was offered an alternative property that was far to be similar to the one I had originally booked. Upon viewing the photos of the substitute house, it was evident that the property was considerably old. Furthermore, I was advised that my check-in time had been pushed back from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Additionally, I was informed that as complementary, I could extend my stay until 12:30 pm on Monday instead of the initial 10:00 am check-out time. Regrettably, it was emphasized that my party had planned to depart early on Monday morning. Subsequently, I inquired if it would be possible to have complimentary access to the BBQ grill. They approved it. Upon our arrival at the house, we were so disappointed with the house condition. The issues we encountered included a clogged bathroom in the master bedroom on the first floor with fecal splatters on the seat, a broken chair, a frozen pool with a temperature below 65 degrees, no propane tank for the BBQ grill that was supposed to be provided, some type of glitter on the floor of the game room that stuck to our clothing, and a non-functional jacuzzi. All these problems were promptly reported. Even though we never received the promised propane gas, on Sunday, I had to purchase one myself to do a BBQ. We did not used the kitchen and kitchen sink Friday or Saturday, only on Sunday we use the kitchen, and we encountered a slight blockage in the sink. We left the premises early Monday morning. To our surprise, the following day, we received an email stating that $250 from our security deposit would be withheld due to an alleged damage to the garbage disposal under the sink Negative: The circumstances surrounding the sudden change in property and the subsequent charge of the security deposit for a damage we did not cause, raise significant suspicion. I have been diligently following up on the refund of the security deposit. However, the responses received so far only indicate that an investigation is underway, and the maintenance team is being consulted to reach a conclusion. I still waiting......................
