I wish I could rate half stars because I would have rated this 4.5 stars. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was just due to the fact that some of the house was a bit more run-down than the photos made it seem. Otherwise, the bed and couch were comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The hot tub was a very nice thing to come back to at the end of our day hiking or mountain biking. It was conveniently located to the main town and good restaurants.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament with a couple other families and it was absolutely an amazing place to share! The location is perfect. The house had plenty enough space for kids and adults with ping pong and obstacle course, fire pit and hot tub. We would absolutely stay again! Highly recommend for families.

We stayed at the property for a two-night staff retreat. The seven of us were easily accommodated in terms of beds, meals, meetings, and games. We loved island in the kitchen, the table out back for long dinner conversations, and we played some great games in the dining room. The host was responsive when we found the hot tub cloudy and it was fixed for our second night. The large couch and chairs fit seven of us nicely and this was the easiest check out of any AirBnB we had used in a long time. Very quiet neighborhood - beautiful for morning walks - and easy access to all of the activities we had in and around Flagstaff. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was easy. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others!

One star. We had to contact the hosts multiple times throughout our stay, and none of the issues were ever resolved. The coffee maker was missing its carafe, making it unusable. They said they’d contact their team, but no one came. They also asked if their team could replace the empty propane tank, but they never showed up, so we ordered pizza instead. The next day they told us there was a full tank somewhere on the property for us to find ourselves. The kitchen sink beeped every time we used it because the water filter needed replacing. Again, they said they’d notify the team, but nothing happened. The worst part was after checkout. I accidentally left an expensive Purple pillow on the master bed. I returned the same day but wasn’t allowed back inside. They promised to ship it to me, then two weeks later claimed their team couldn’t find it. A pillow doesn’t just disappear. Responsive by message, but completely ineffective.

Awesome experience with our stay. Took our cross country team to get some altitude training and all trails/downtown was within a 10-15 minute drive.

We loved this house. It was clean, roomy, close to everything we wanted to visit, and so comfy for the family to hang out at. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was set up very comfortably, with lots of games to play. The patio was great to spend time on after being out all day and dip in the hot tub. We are definitely coming back. The hosts were so friendly and attentive. Great stay!!

It was truly wonderful stay. Beautiful home has everything. Gorgeous backyard in pines . We are definitely looking forward to be back!
