Positive: The apartment was great. Check in couldn't be any easier, the apartment was clean throughouy and is located in a quiet building with privacy which is exactly what we were looking for. Good cooking facilities and basic amenities were also provided. I would recommend this place to any family who want a quiet and relaxing place to return to after visiting the parks.

Positive: close to disney, parking underneath, HUGE SPACE!!! Modern with all amenties Negative: chairs were limited and some broken, but perfect place otherwise.

The unit’s location is great if you’re going to disney, the equipment and appliances are all equipped as advertised as well. Great unit at a fair price. The only issue we had was cleanliness of the unit but Gabriel and Ana were quick to offer help and send a team to correct the issue even with how short our stay was. Would stay here again!

It’s literally a steal and more than worth the price so if you find this gem you should take advantage :)

The place is really luxurious, bathrooms, beds, living room, all is nicely done. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are worth going to. It's in a quiet neighborhood, check in was easy, hosts reply momentarily to all questions asked. It's best to have a car there, as there are no shops or restaurants nearby.

It looks just like the photos and the views were even better! They were very responsive and they allowed me to do a late checkout when we were running late for our wedding. Overall, it was a great experience and I appreciate having the opportunity to stay at this location. If I come back to Orlando anytime soon, they’ll be the first people I look for

Awesome place to vacation in Positive: This was the first time in Florida we needed a place for 14 days. I came across the 2BR and 2 bath condo. I'm so glad I found this place it was just what we needed beautiful rooms and wonderful open concept. I loved it. The pool was great. We loved how calming it was. This place was really nice close to everything. When we had a problem, we called the host, and his name is Luiz, a wonderful great host he was right on it. He was awesome he sent Welsey for the problem, and he took care of it. I really appreciate everything that Luiz has done for us. I would advise everyone to book here. When we come next year. We will be booking with Upstay/ Palisades. Thank you so much for everything. Luiz, great customer service. Lord's willing, I'll be calling you every time we need a place here in Florida. Very disappointing, worst holiday experience of my life ! Positive: Location was the best thing about the property Negative: This was the worst experience we have had for these reasons: 1. The leisure facilities advertised like the gym is tiny compared to the size of the property and can only accommodate 2 - 3 people at a time. 2. We were told there was a cinema room and when we asked for the code to get in, initially we were told we could and later told ‘oh sorry it’s not available!’ > conflicting messages 3. There was no one available to speak to and you had to send messages via booking.com App and wait for a response which could be hours. 4. Beddings and towels were of poor quality 5. Our hire car was among several that were broken into one night in the car park and the accommodation didn’t seem even bothered. We asked for CCTV footage and was told they had none! No one even bothered to contact us, it was a nightmare and threatened to spoil our Christmas break. I will NEVER stay in this accommodation again. 6. Despite the event above, one our last day I asked for a delayed check out till 12noon rather than 10am and was refused. I then asked for an hour till 11am and was still refused. The cleaners came knocking at 9.30am to remind us we had to leave for 10am! This was shocking. It felt like they couldn’t wait to get rid of us and put someone else in the apartment. 7. We were also asked to clear our rubbish but when we asked for extra garbage bags, we received none!. 8. There were days that the lift smelt of weed. Apart from location, I am struggling to find something good to write. VERY SAD!

We enjoyed the layout, the unit was great for what we needed. However, for some reason we were not able to locate any pans, we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work, and it felt like everything came with an extra charge. Early check in, late check out, if you needed anything like a high chair, additional pet fees. We enjoyed parking in the garage, the car was not as hot but the elevator is located in the middle of the parking structure. Definitely make sure to bring a cart with you since it can be a bit of a walk to get to your unit.

My experience staying here was amazing. The space itself was way bigger than what I was expecting each room and bathroom had plenty of space. Although the front road is one where vehicles frequently pass through there isn’t much of noise walls aren’t thin or anything. I loved how everything was very close stores, restaurants, etc. Everything was provided to us more than we expected as well and if I’d ever had to book with them again I would.

The unit is very spacious and clean - perfect for 2 night stay - visiting a relative and one day at Disney. Two full bathrooms and washer dryer were great.

The apartment itself was comfortable and had a lot of potential, however I was very disappointed with the level of cleanliness upon arrival. I had to clean the bathroom, hot tub, and stand-up shower myself due to multiple pieces of hair and visible stains throughout the space. It was very clear that these areas had not been properly cleaned prior to check-in. The bathtub in particular was extremely dirty after wiping it with a disinfecting wipe, the wipe turned from white to a very dark grey, which confirmed it had not been cleaned. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable using the beds and ended up disinfecting a large portion of the apartment. I am not a picky person and I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but cleanliness is a basic expectation when paying for accommodations. While the apartment was otherwise nice, the lack of proper cleaning significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience.

Clean and quiet place to stay. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. My only issue was that one of the toilets wasn’t flushing correctly, and overflowed later in our stay. Upstay was quick to respond to the issue and communicate!

Nosso hospedagem foi ótima! Ficaria hospedada novamente nesse apartamento. Positive: Ótima localização, perto da Disney, supermercados e lojas. Cama confortável, apartamento estava limpo, cozinha bem equipada. Estacionamento ok. Foi ótimo. Negative: Gostamos de tudo , apenas sugeriria uma cortina que bloqueie o sol no quarto, pra nós não foi problema pois acordávamos bem cedo , mas pra quem quer dormir um pouco mais pode atrapalhar.

Property not as pictured on the wetland Dogs were allowed in the building which wasn’t expected.

Will Book Again Positive: This complex was easy to access, clean, efficient with everything we needed and spacious. I absolutely loved staying at this property. The hallways, lobby (entry from parking) and apartment smelled amazing. Negative: Listed at Orlando location, although located in Wintergreen. It was by a lot of restaurants and stores that were very useful on 192 so it was okay, just a distance from the airport (30 minimum)

A nossa estadia foi boa. Já havíamos nos hospedado no condomínio outras vezes. O apartamento é amplo e bem equipado. O prédio possui academia, piscina e outras comodidades. Tivemos um problema com a fechadura eletrônica que foi resolvido. Voltaríamos outras vezes!

Positive: Departamento cómodo, limpio, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos agradables días.

It was a great stay. Everything was clean and worked as it should. The communication was really good the entire time. We used it to drive back and forth to Disney and the drive was super easy and quick, about 15 min to Hollywood studios and 25 min to magic kingdom. Highly recommend if you need a lot of space and want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Disney properties. Big plus was all the food and target nearby at the flamingo crossing area, 5 min drive!

Comfortable and peaceful. I will be back! Positive: Quiet and well kept for its size. Negative: Some lighting didn’t work, stove cover at base was off, main door latch was loose, the bathroom with 2 bedrooms has the shower pole with plenty of rust, some air vents were also rusted but these are minor wear and tear issues.

Gabriel was super kind enough to let us extend one more day as travel plans had suddenly changed, loved the super comfy home!

Cute place. Can’t really walk to much but the area is nice and tucked away so there isn’t a crazy amount of noise or traffic! Would definitely stay here again.

I really wish I can post pics but I can't please stay clear of this place. Everything looked so modern and beautiful on the pics and in person but that's ALL! Their flaws are hidden. Sort of like someone cleaning their house but stuffing away the mess so that nobody can see. Walking into the building felt dirty including the neighbors doors. They looked very kicked in with lots of chipped paint n dirty carpet. The building was huge with lots of tenants and the walk to the room was long. The moment I opened the door there was a rush of funk! Like the smell was so horrible. I felt sick to my stomach. The bed sheets has several strands of hair and LOTS of HUGE piss stains. It smelled bad which is y I checked them. It's sort of like the sheets were flipped around because the stains were more at the middle and foot of the bed. We slept towels. There were no face towels. The balcony view was a construction site and very loud. We checked out early with a refund from Airbnb after sending pics

Palisades was a Pleasure we had a wonderful stay at Palisades resort on 4th floor (top floor) . Condo was very spacious/clean and close to Disney amd rte 192. 2 very large bedrooms (with own bathrooms ) kitchen/living room/dining area in between, great for privacy. huge screened in patio, with views of nightly disney fireworks exterior of bldg could have been kept up better. trash/garbage visible as you pull into parking garage, and very messy/scattered around. other than that, property was great and would stay there again.

This airbnb was beautiful, very clean, and just as described. This place has amazing amenities. The host was very helpful and responsive. Beautiful city with lots to do!

I completely enjoyed my stay here! The room was just as shown in the listing and Gabriel and Ana were terrific hosts! Always were so helpful with questions, and excellent throughout the check-in and check-out process. The room was clean and neat and the building was in a good area. Wonderful stay and would do it again!

Bring your own towels, bring your own coffee and coffee filters, and Drive a small vehicle the parking garage is way too tight for a full-size truck.

The place was great!15-20 min drive to Disney. And some of the Disney fireworks can be heard and seen from the living room/balcony. The kitchen had basic necessities for the small breakfast meals I made. The washer/dryer is always useful to have. The glass shower door was a little flimsy, almost scared of using it. The parking spaces are narrow. Spent most of our days at Disney so overall, for the basic needs of showering, eating and sleeping it was great.
