Positive: The apartment was big and comfortable for my family. The kitchen was perfect, giving us a chance to save and cook our own food. The balcony was perfect to sit and relax at Sun down to see the sun. Negative: The apartment was really dusty and the fans were dusty. One of the rooms was hard to get the tv working.

Clean light apartment for busy days out. Positive: We love the location, the tree outlook, the peace and quiet. The staff here are lovely and very helpful. The lounge was very comfy, and the outdoor furniture was very useful. Negative: We like to cook our own meals, and thus, we found the kitchen poorly equipped. There is a huge, beautiful oven, and no oven trays at all. The 1 lounge is very comfy, but inadequate as soon as you have more than 2 people in the room. We're here to visit and spend time with our family, not Disney.

Wow! What a great location! Just 5 mins from the parks, spacious accommodations, had everything we needed. Large pool view and hot tub, close to all your shopping needs. Quiet neighbors and easy to access. Great location for families, couples etc. We brought our little yorkie as itnwas pet friendly! Gabriel and Ana were so very nice and easy to communicate with. So very helpful!
The location was very close to Disney which was a plus. The condo was very clean and spacious for our family. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were awesome and very clean. The location was quiet and relaxing. The only recommendations would be to provide washcloths and to mention to the housekeepers there’s a strong odor in the hallways.
What a great place! This condo was surprisingly HUGE, definitely wasn’t expecting to have as much space as we did but it was a pleasant surprise! Location is prime, off of a main highway in a very quiet area. Only 15 mins to Disney world! We took the back way to the park instead of the main highway and it was such an easy drive. They also provide all of the basic necessities you would need in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Loved that there was a washer dryer in unit as well. We would 100% stay here again!!

We chose this property based on its proximity to Disney and the activities in nearby Winter Garden. The property itself was clean, but very basic in furnishings, and the older nature of the property was reflected in one of the bathroom showers. It could use a little TLC, but the patio/porch attached to the unit was lovely, and it was a good value for the money.

Awful Positive: It was such an uncomfortable stay. This was suppose to be a nice getaway for my daughter's 18th birthday. It was a disaster. Negative: It was SEVERAL ROACHES IN THE ROOM. The very first night we were there I had to call for assistance because roaches and different bugs were everywhere. The guy I spoke to couldn't do anything until the morning. We had to sleep there and woke up to ROACHES CRAWLING IN THE BEDS WHILE WE SLEPT. NOT JUST THE MAIN BEDROOM BUT ALSO THE ROOM WHERE MY DAUGHTER HAD TO SLEEP. I WAS ABLE TO CAPTURE A FEW PICTURES.
El trato fue muy educado y amable por chat. La torre es bonita y tiene gimnasio y facilidad para dejar paquetes de compras en linea, internet aceptable, buena cantidad de televisores; sin embargo tiene oportunidades de mejora. 1. Distancia de unos 40 minutos a Malls o atracciones. 2. Muy poco equipada. Solo 4 platos, 4 tazas, no freidora de aire muy pocos utensilios para cocina o guardar. 3. En nuestro segundo día hubo un lserio problema de seguridad y aparecieron 4 carros con las ventanas completamente quebradas dado que el edificio esta totalmente abierto. 4. No dejaron artículos para limpieza de baño. Pedí jabón para la maquina de lavado de platos finalmente tuve que comprar. 5. Toallas de baño super pequeñas 6. El baño del segundo cuarto se inunda al bañarse ya que es para personas con discapacidad pero no tiene la cortina apropiada toda el agua sale. 7. La piscina no es temperada o climatizada.

Negative: Tive um grande problema pra entrar no apartamento onde o booking me pediu depósito caução quando eu já tava chegando, como já estava lá, tentava pagar pelo link que enviaram e não conseguia pagar, descobri depois que chegaram várias msgs no meu número pra confirmar a compra e como meu número estava no Brasil n chegava no tel pra aprovar, até tive meu cartão cancelado por tentativa de fraude. Então pararam de responder minhas msgs desde a hora q cheguei na porta 17:00 e me deixaram no vácuo, foi péssima experiencia pois eu estava com uma bebê no carro. Sorte encontrei a “síndica” do prédio que tentou ligar no número que passaram, sem sucesso, mas entrou na central pra tentar me ajudar e ela foi um anjo em nossas vidas que conversou com alguém, ela informou tudo sobre nossa hospedagem e passaram a ela as informações pra entrar no apartamento, e então consegui entrar mais ou menos 1h depois que estava lá tentando uma solução. Voltaram a me responder somente às 20:40 com as mesmas informações que passaram pra ela.
The condo was very well cleaned, comfortable, and quiet. The host answered questions promptly and ensured we were satisfied with our choice to use their property. Ana and Gabriel kept in touch with us for the duration of our stay and sent a few messages just to make sure everything was great and to check and see if we had any issues. I felt comfortable from the moment I stepped into the condo. We stayed there for TWO weeks and it honestly felt like a second home. I would stay there again in the future. Thank you so much. The building is a little older and shows a little bit. The outside lights for the pool area definitely need to be worked on for anyone who wants to use the pool after dark, but that's a building issue and not a host issue.
My husband and I stayed in this Airbnb for 3 days. It was spacious, located very close to Disney, and the hosts were quick to respond. The Airbnb is pretty bare bones so if you are staying longer, I would plan to bring/buy some things. You are located about 10 mins from any stores. The condo was surfaced cleaned. Could have used a deep cleaning. Overall, we have a decent stay.

The host was an amazing and responsive person. I appreciate the care they gave to us after some issues with the bathroom having a leak. The lock was a bit confusing to operate but overall we were safe and parking was very ample. I recommend this place for the location and the wonderful host!
We enjoyed our stay. The place was very spacious and comfortable. I was skeptical because of some of the reviews and had overlooked booking it twice but glad I did. The hosts were also very responsive host. I would definitely book again.

Maybe could use a luggage carrier for the distance.
Our stay was perfect. The condo was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We overlooked the pool but never heard anyone around us. The pool area was very nice. We would stay here again.
Good and convenient
The property was ok. It wasn’t as clean as I’d like. You can tell the couch was kind of old and the shower floor wasn’t the best. I will say the other people that stayed here at another room found a few roaches in room 311 and showed us pictures when we got on elevator. OUR unit didn’t see any bugs at all but be aware. They were very accommodating and responsive but just not one of the best Airbnb’s that we have been too as far as cleanliness. They did not have wash cloths to wash your body so we had to use hand towels. I’d give the stay 2 stars only because they were very accommodating… the best thing was the BED! That was very comfortable.

I stayed at Upstay’s location for 4 nights. Check-in was smooth. The condominium has plenty of amenities that you can utilize. There’s a washer/dryer. The unit is spacious and has an enclosed patio overlooking the pool. Our main issue was the cleanliness of the unit. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. The shower knob was broken. Standing showers and bedding were dirty. AC vent has dust and looks a little moldy… Additionally, the messaged instructions differ from the printed/framed instructions in the unit. One said to leave the trash outside in the AM and the other said to throw it away behind the brown door but didn’t specify. Overall, I think it was an okay stay.
Negative: No face towels and only one remote I could not contact anyone air conditioner filter was dirty and not connected properly kitchen sink leaks

Great place to stay for our weekend trip to Disney! Not far from the parks, food and shopping! The host was very responsive and answered any questions I had!
Cheer nationals, 2024 Condo was very clean and comfortable. Complex very quiet and pool view was very pretty. Enjoyed the screened balcony. the only negatives would be no washcloths and they could use some USB ports or phone charging. Great communication and overall would highly recommend and would stay again.

Comfortable apartment Property was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was stocked, although it didn't have any condiment or a tool to flip your eggs. The principal bathroom was great; the secondary not much as a weird smell was coming through the pipes. The apartment would be perfect if it wasn't for this issue.

This condo was described as luxurious and stunning when it simply was not. the parking garage smells like hot dog crap. if you don't know how that smells you don't want to know. the hallway smelled of sweat dirty marijuana and smoke in general along with heavy cologne. the handle to the porch was broken upon arrival but that was fine we told them not to come fix it while we were there. however in the master bedroom the fan light was broken and there was a spoon with hair attached to it under the bed. the second bathroom flooded terribly when showering, leaking out of the wall surrounding the shower floor. the water did not get hot just Luke warm. there was mold and heavy grout in the shower heads along with hair on the wall. in the elevator leading up to the room there was a giant dead cock roach. the one good thing about this place is the prime location in adjacent to the disney theme parks

Es mi primera vez al usar estos servicios pero fue satisfactorio por que la facilidad de comunicación, atendieron mis requerimientos y solicitudes antes de mi llegada - resolvieron las dificultades con el wi-fi en forma diligente y rápido - las instalaciones estaban en muy buenas condiciones y completo - ademas dejaron suficientes implementos de aseo para la estadía - totalmente satisfecho y lo recomiendo sin dudar

The place was as described except for the door. It looked flimsy, like somebody could break in if they wanted to. Thankfully nobody did. Overall, it was an ok stay. I wish the hosts had been more responsive regarding wifi considering the poor cell service. Overpriced in my opinion, considering the quality of the building as a whole.

Would definitely recommend and return. Upstay were brilliant at every stage (refunding me when it transpired that Bookin Positive: Loved the location - just a back road drive into Disney and set away from the main roads. The pool was excellent, the gym was fabulous, free covered parking and the apartment was well equipped and so spacious too with huge screened balconies. Negative: Minor maintenance issues: our a/c shut down when it became blocked, curtains didn’t reach across the window; some broken sockets and light bulbs out. We also had a few occasions when the communal areas were locked until late morning so no access to the gym, pool restrooms etc. BUT as soon as I reported any issue to UpStay they were on it immediately with friendly and helpful service. The spa wasn’t operational but we wouldn’t have used it so weren’t bothered.
False advertisement, took our money but never resolved any issues. Positive: The unit was clean. Negative: Pool was freezing and filthy, pool deck was never cleaned up, pool chairs ripped and in disrepair, hot tub was non-functional, hallways in building reeked continuously of marijuana being smoked in rooms and particularly at our end of the hallway, trash room was overflowing, no personnel to speak with on-site, huge building with no carts to assist in transporting luggage to room, parking entrance/exit was difficult to navigate. NOT as advertised and NOT worth the money we paid. Feel scammed by this organization.
The biggest turnoff was the weed smell early in the mornings and in the evenings every day. Was it staff? I don't know but it was pungent in the hallways, gross to say the least.

Negative: Did not look like the pictures. The parking lot does not look nice and it felt unsafe. The place feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere and there is nobody checking the door, anybody can enter the building and nobody notices. The hallway to the apartments is very gloomy and smells like humidity. The lock on the front door was very weak and the balcony door did not lock. We felt very exposed and unsafe, it someone came in nobody would notice because there is no security. one room because we felt unsafe. I reported the door issues and nobody was sent to check. We rented a two bedroom apartment and all slept in
Très bel endroit avec beaucoup de commodité proche. Par contre, peu de vaisselle et aucun linge à vaisselle et produit de nettoyage pour table et comptoir. Côté nettoyage c’était très bien mais aurait besoin d’un époussetage au ventilateur, trappes d’aération et beaucoup de trace de main noir sur les portes. Mais n’a pas affecté notre séjour nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.!

A lovely relaxing and quiet holiday Positive: The condo is great, really spacious and clean. Location is okay, very near to Disney but you will need a car whilst there as it’s along a fairly busy road. The host is really responsive, replies really quickly and was very helpful. The pool area is quaint but very lovely to sit by. We went in a quieter period though so I can imagine this being overrun in peak season. Negative: Some more basic amenities would have been great - washing powder for instance, and basics like salt, pepper and oil for cooking. There were only 4 of a lot of the utensils so if your party is bigger than this, you will struggle to eat at the same time!

Security issues with the building. (The neighborhood felt pretty safe, but I wish I knew about doors around the building that never lock at night, and the door lock to the actual unit doesn't feel too secure Puddles of (dog?) urine in the stairwells of the building every day
A great place in a very good location! The hosts communicated very fast and everything was so easy. It did get a little warm at some points because the AC had a number it couldn’t go down past but nothing that was unbearable. Overall such a great stay, I’ll be choosing to stay here too next time I come back!

If you are looking forward to a memorable and relaxing vacation experience this is the place. Gabriel and Ana provided great communication and service for our stay. The place was beautiful and everything you need is provided to make your stay feel like home. The rooms was extremely spacious, tv in every room, large hot tub in the master bedroom that was phenomenal, and last but not least an amazing pool view with balcony access from every room.
