Family-Friendly Condo with Pool & Sauna — Guest Reviews

We experienced a few issues during our stay but Luiz and the upstay team was super responsive and fast on getting issues resolved. I love the layout of the unit the rooms are on totally different ends. I probably wouldn’t like it with small kids I would feel like they were two far but I came with my two adults kids and it was great. My bed was comfy and I enjoyed the nice sock in the tub. They have a decent size gym. I didn’t get to play ping pong but I did shoot pool which was fun but the pool table is a little unsteady. We cooked a few times in the unit. Overall stay was good.

What an amazing stay! The suite was so spacious and spotless and offered everything we needed and more. The amenities were great and our kids enjoyed the ping pong and pool table on the main floor. Location was perfect. It was close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Host was very responsive. Would recommend this property to all!

Pros: Clean, spacious, excellent price. If staying for Disney the location was amazing. The layout of the condo was great. We loved having the extra space for family. Condo had plates, cups, silverware, etc. Towels and some toiletries were provided. Cons: the king bed in the main bedroom was hard as a rock. We struggled to sleep. Felt like sleeping on the floor. If you cannot sleep on a firm mattress this isn’t the place for you. Couch was a little small but we weren’t there to hang out all day. There is no ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom so again, preference but not a deal breaker. We would stay again but would for sure bring padding for the bed.

What a wonderful stay! We absolutely loved the condo and will be booking again on our return to Orlando! The space was clean and had everything we needed. I booked the condo very last minute (about 3hrs prior to our arrival) and found the information provided very helpful and friendly. The instructions to gain access were accurate and detailed and the condo complex was easy to find. The host was friendly! Parking was accessible and was plentiful - we never had a problem finding space to park. The room looked exactly like the photos and the description was detailed and accurate. The pool area was fab and clean We had one issue whereby the lock on the door from the living room to the balcony broke and it was fixed promptly. There were 2 screws which stick out from the side of the door which I thought was slightly odd and could do with being covered but as we were travelling as 2 adults and a 12 year old this wasn’t an issue. If I had a toddler with me I’d have been more concerned.

Giving a bit of a tough review as a warning for people visiting this location. The airbnb provided by Upstay was nice, clean, and had everything they advertised - there was really no complaints with the location or place of stay. My problem and warning to people booking here is the following: My family and I stayed here Memorial Day Weekend (Late May) and as you know, Florida summers are extremely hot. The day temperature outside averaged from 92-98 degrees and they have a STRICT policy of not going under 72 degrees on the A/C unit due to potential damaging/freezing. For my family this was just way too hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. Also did not appreciate that this was only notified the day of arrival, and the only solution provided was to close the curtains - which were not even black outs and in the double bed room barely covered the window fully so the sun would get through. Overall, this unit was good and clean but this is a tough one to return to with the heat in FL.

The location was great to get to Disney parks. The unit was clean and roomy, with good WiFi .

We have positive & negative but we did really enjoy our stay & would stay again. Positive: Loved the price!!!! It was also close to the parks & the Disney Run we were in. We liked the door code method. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice having 2 packs of detergent for the washer to start off with. The place was very cozy & love the bed situation with one king & 2 queen/full. We loved there were plenty of pillows & extra blanket. Temp of the condo was comfortable & loved we got to set the temp instead of it being regulated. We liked the parking garage even though it was a tight fit it was nice to be able to load out of the direct sun or rain. The elevator was pretty quick to move from floor to floor. The security guards were always friendly. The price, location & pics on booking were the reason we chose this location. Negative: We didn’t like the master bedroom shower how open it was with no privacy. The front door would lock but it wouldn’t take much for anyone to push hard for it to break open. We jammed a chair under it each night for more security. There were no bath clothes at all & only bare minimum towels. The smoke alarm would beep for about 15 min when the dryer was going then it would stop. The area on our floor from the elevator to our room was always so dirty.

Pros: Large unit Nice pool and spa Very nice location Not crowded Comfortable beds Fairly inexpensive Cons: Coach roaches noisy neighbors road noise hallway smell around washer and dryer filty dirty garbage room slightly dirty in baseboards, some stains on walls, ripped curtains, etc.

Very clean & comfortable! Would come back 100% Positive: The property was very clean & comfortable! The host was so amazing & very helpful with check in and check out. We came for Disney and it was very close to it and didn’t have no problem with traffic. Stores & fast food restaurants were close as well so that’s a win! Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was the Wi-Fi connection was very slow but other than that not a big deal. Hopefully they can fix that soon.

Roach on the wall as soon as we walked in and were disgusted. Found two spiders in our bed. Brought this to the owners attention immediately. The owener responded that someone would come the next day and check out the room for bugs and would keep me informed. Lied and never came to check the bug situation nor keep me informed about anything. Not accommodating what so ever. The unit is right next to a garbage shoot which gave off the grossest smells. Signs everywhere saying you will be fined if you leave trash out. Clearly stating they have a roach problem. Seriously save your money and stay in a hotel or other air bnb. Hot-tub and pool at night had no lights around it. My boyfriend and I had an eerie feeling our entire stay.

We enjoyed our stay, it was everything we needed. For those traveling with pets, they only allow one at at time. Right off the elevator so great location. Please note that the parking is under the building so make sure to bring a rolling cart or something similar to help bring items up and down.

Very Well Kept Place With A Friendly And Responsive Host.

Estuve alojada 2 noches, el apartamento es tal cual el anuncio, todo muy limpio, lo único que podrían mejorar es las camas ya que la king era demasiado dura, de ahí todo ok, el lugar era tranquilo, el edificio tenía un olor en los pasillos como a viejo o a que habían fumado, la piscina estaba sucia, y algunas áreas comunes como la mesa de billar , ping pong , las puertas de vidrio necesitan actualización, mantenimiento o remodelación

Great place was very clean they communicated very well would and was easy to get to the room definitely will come back and stay again!

Nice place very convenient location

This was a great place to stay! Very Clean, close to restaurants and stores. The only problem we had was the internet and one of the TV's in the bedroom would not work. The host was very responsive and send someone to try and fix it. Overall a great place to stay.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, super amplo e estava extremamente limpo! Quartos grandes, camas muito boas, sala e cozinha grande e ainda possui uma sacada enorme! O apartamento é muito melhor do que as fotos. Condomínio também muito bonito com piscina, sala de jogos e academia , um ótimo lugar para descansar. Só temos que agradecer ao Luiz pelo cuidado conosco sempre muito atencioso. Indico 100% com certeza voltaremos!

O Upstay foi um ótimo lugar, o apartamento era muito bom, bem de acordo com o anuncio, numa localização muito boa, com centros comerciais próximos. O apartamento oferecia uma bela piscina, uma vista bonita e uma academia boa. A cozinha era bem equipada e a casa em si tinha todos os suprimentos necessários. Recomendo o Upstay para quem quer um lugar tranquilo e com ótima localização.

The Perfect Condo Positive: The Condo was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and condo was very pretty in the inside. The outside surrounding were very clean and nice. Negative: Everything was perfect, nothing bad to say.

I enjoyed my stay at Upstay; the space was super comfortable and roomy, and I really enjoyed the screened in porches. Super convenient location too! My host was super courteous and responsive as well. Thank you Upstay; I will look forward to staying again!

Absolutely loved staying at this place 🥰the apartment was super nice and clean,they provide plenty of towels,the kitchen is fully equipped and they even provide little dish soap,and laundry detergent and extra trash bags.totally recommend it

Winter Gardens vacation at 60 Positive: I like the overall size of the condo, and that it had towels, silverware, etc. Everything you needed away from home. Negative: Well the tenants above was very noisey. You could hear the footsteps and very late hours of the night, and the roaches in the one bedroom.

Very comfortable. Positive: The spaciousness and the facilities of the kitchen and comfy beds Negative: We did not get a roomnumber. So we did not know which appartment we needed to go to. Or perhaps I missed something. And we did not get a response to our email that we would be arriving later then expected. So when we got there and found out there was no appartment number or a front desk and we had no data or wifi, it was pretty upsetting. The rooms are too warm. And the room the farthest of the living room was really warm at night.

Stank en kakkerlakken Positive: De ligging vlakbij de parken Negative: Stank! Ook was het appartement naast de vuilniskamer waar de kakkerlakken onder de deur door naar binnen liepen. Op de gang stonden blowers om de stank naar buiten te blazen, ook stonk het buiten op het balkon omdat de vuilnisbakken precies onder het balkon stonden. Het matras in de master bedroom was erg hard en ook vonden we nog wat nepwimpers op de grond.

We had fun and very great place.

Poderia ser melhor Positive: Do tamanho do apartamento Negative: Da limpeza, pois nosso apartamento estava próximo a lixeira e apareciam baratas o tempo todo. O cheiro da área comum do andar era péssimo, mistura de cheiro de desinfetante ruim com carpetes velhos. Entrada e saída da garagem desproporcionais aos tamanhos dos carros, difícil de entrar e sair.

Clean and convenient

Positive: The space of the condo was perfect. Negative: The laundry did't work and the blankets smells clean but some have stains marks also the air conditioner didn't work well on the nights was hotter , we reported but they don't fixed until my last day.

The condo was very clean. Felt the couch needed updated and perhaps more seating in living area. Had to search for extra towels. Also having some sort of directory or information notebook on condo would be helpful. Like, how to operate tv, wifi info, where to find extra towel storage, what is around, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Negative: You can’t not get in contact with nobody on the property you always got to email nobody was at the front desk or to bring us towels
