We had a great trip here! Positive: Great location. The game room was great for the kids. Negative: The hot tub wasn’t working.

I will never return to this property. Positive: What I liked about the property is that it was larger. The bedrooms are separated and it gives the people staying there more space. Negative: There are many dislikes. We booked the room on booking.com. I looked for a very long time for an affordable property bc I am a SAHM right now and our budget is tight. In very small print it says a pet fee may apply. It doesn’t say 98$ per pet will apply. Although the hold on the card for the security deposit is stated. I was not made aware of the 200$ extra charge for my dogs until the day before I checked in and needed the check in instructions. This is a bait and switch and if I didn’t have me,the dogs and the kids packed we would have canceled this particular place. When I asked about it i was told some bs story about who handles who’s fees. I don’t care who handles what I care about what I am paying.. It 100% needs to be included in the total price that a 98$ per pet fee will be applied. Period. Doing it the way you are doing it now is malicious and #1 reason I will never return to this property or use booking.com again. When we arrived the facilities are disgusting. Trash over flowing in the trash cans there are people living in an RV in the front parking lot. Spiders everywhere and I mean everywhere on every window and light throughout the whole place. HUGE ones. There was even spider webs and spiders in our room! The rooms were dusty and dirty and my feet were black from the floor it for sure could use some updating and a very very thorough cleaning. The bed sheets need to be replaced and find a fitted sheet that fits and doesn’t come off throughout the stay. Provide more than 2 towels for a 3 day stay. The dishwasher is broken it is missing the bottom sprayer and we had to hand wash dishes and wash towels on vacation. All dishes in cabinet were dirty. The room had a very strong smell of marajuana. The smell stayed throughout the entire stay and it appears that the neighbors may be smoking and it makes the whole place smell due to the closed rooms and enclosed hallway. It was so bad at one point I had a headache and was nauseated.

Awful Positive: Nothing Negative: CAUTION DO NOT BE FOOLED. The photos of this property are not consistent with what the property actually looks like. The condo is dirty, there were stains on the furniture, half of the light fixtures did not work, there are sharp metal pieces coming up off the floor to one of the bedroom entrances, the patio was dirty and also had a strange wall up outside from the master bedroom area, or what appeared to. We were unable to see out on the patio because there no working lights. Despite the dirty floors, walls etc. we left 90 minutes into our stay because we went to put our kids to bed and their room wreaked of marijuana. Our son has asthma which makes this an unsafe situation, but we would not allow any of our children to be in that situation. Tenants who live in the building have animals that you can hear barking through the walls. The elevator is falling a part and the hallways are dingy and overall not welcoming. We have tried to contact the property several times. We’re still trying to get our money back because we had to leave the property. The property manager told us that she had tried to contact us several times to discuss which is untrue. We asked to speak to someone in a different management position, to which we were told she will revisit the matter with her partners and staff. At this time they decided a refund will not be possible, but given the situation we’re continuing to pursue the issues that we had with this property.

Overall great stay and our host was informative and engaged. Positive: The condo was spacious and all amenities were up to date. The room was clean and the great getaway for families. Negative: The main road in front of the complex was a high traffic area and the travel in and out of the complex was a traffic jam.

The sheets on the bed smelled. The towels were dirty. There were baby roaches in the kitchen. Pet hair from previous renters. Floors were dirty.

Nice place. It was very large and private. I loved the screened in private porches, off both bedrooms and living room. Kitchen had what you needed. When I asked for something they did not have it was delivered with-in an hour or so. Pool and Jacuzzi were clean and accessible. The Gym was well equipped and the the activity room had a pool table and a few other amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall nice place. The only downside was the location of the room was as far from the elevator as it could be. All the way down to the end of the hall. A long walk for me and especially my 94 year old Mom. If that would be a problem, then ask for a closer room. I would have if I had known. ( I believe they have other units available. But, on a positive note it was on the 4th floor, great view and the sunsets were marvelous! Definitely have to have a car as there is no where to walk to. The pool and gym were great to have access to, keeping us busy. We spent 5 weeks here.

An AMAZING PLACE TO GET AWAY AND WILL DEF BE RETURNING Positive: The LUXURY APARTMENT WAS SO COMFORTING AND MADE ME FEEL AT HOME. THE BALCONY, and amenities that came with were MORE THEN EXCEPTIONAL. Negative: Nothing.

Gabriel and Ana was great host, I would definitely stay here again the place was really clean definitely so clean to have an infant in the environment. His response was quick, check in & check out was easy. And also the place was very peaceful peaceful you could hear a pen drop.

We came and stayed for work, it was close to our location. It was great and worked well for us. Some things that were not so great, hot tub was not working(very disappointed), there was no place to hang towels up after shower. It had a coffee maker but no filter. The sheets in the master bedroom looked not the cleanest, (I always bring an extra blanket). But it served its purposeand I would stay again. TY

Enjoyed our stay very clean and modern. Host was very responsive. We loved the location. The unit was verrrrryyyy spacious with a peaceful view. I would book again.

Very good and very easy. Picky here and I know but 1 very small negative is I could not get what I wanted to watch on the roku tv that was available and for some reason airplay would not work to view it from my phone.

Everything was as pictured, host was very responsive. Condo was beautiful, had all the things for cooking, like the fact the both rooms has there own bathroom, I felt safe and the area was close to grocery store. 10/10

10/10 recommend one of the best places I have stayed . Host was amazing very responsive. The place was very cozy and I’d definitely stay here again totally worth it .

Our place was ok. It was darker inside than the pictures. The pictures showed a bright dinner place and ours was dark and gloomy honestly. I wish we had washcloths and more towels. The place was nice but did not feel real secure as anyone off the street can walk in the building and go to any location on the property. It was quiet once the dogs across the hall were attended to. The host was responsive. The king bed was very comfortable.

PARA REPETIR! Positive: El enclave nos encantó. Nuestra habitación tenía un balcón grande y las vistas eran hermosas, árboles y un lago daban una sensación de tranquilidad y armonía. La piscina genial, el host genial, la distancia a Disney muy corta. Estuvimos MUY a gusto y esto en gran parte hay que agradecerle a Luiz que se encargó de solucionar cada pequeño problema que pudimos tener. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

This was my first time checking in online at first I was uncomfortable but the message app was great and any questions I Positive: The property was in a good location and the parking area was a plus. I enjoyed the space and privacy and the condo was very equipped. Negative: The shower curtain in the bathroom with the two beds was a little rusty and old fashioned, the kitchen did have a few roaches but everything else was on point.

I loved it, I would go back again if my feet wasn’t so tired from all that driving 😂. I loved it otherwise though, everything was clean when we walked in, air was working, tvs was amazing, the. Kitchen don’t let me start with that kitchen! Look if u like a place that’s lowkey and out of the way to chill and vibe then go to upstay where u would wanna stayup just to enjoy every minute of your stay.

Less lighting but very spacious rooms. More amenities. Clean kitchen utensils, bed sheets & towels.

Positive: The access code was provided in advance, which meant I didn't have to wait for a response. It was incredibly convenient to use and I particularly enjoyed the freedom of not having to carry a physical key with me. Negative: During my stay, I found that we were running low on toilet paper, so I had to go out and purchase more. Additionally, we were also short on dishwasher soap, which was a bit inconvenient since we only had one package for the entire duration of the trip. only had 1 package for the whole trip.

Positive: La struttura è un po datata ma con spazi molto ampi, gli appartamenti sono un po scuri ma non manca niente. Il complesso in generale sarebbe molto accogliente se ci fosse qualcuno che se ne occupa. Negative: Il posto è bello ma trascuratissimo, nessuna cura e completamente abbandonato... nessuna manutenzione ne alla palestra, ne alla piscina, ne alla struttura in generale.. Se hai qualche problema ti devi arrangiare.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! bathroom had hairs on wall. Master bedroom door was BROKEN. Other bedrooms shower head was BROKEN! we had stains/ hair on the couch, our bed as well. Very loud noise you can hear everything and everyone. paid $119 for cleaning fee and we didn't even want to sit on the couch or put our feet on the shower floor. WOULDNT give me refund for the cleaning fee and it was disgusting. Host take a while to respond and completely ignore my messages about the place. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Very hooooot Positive: I liked the decoration, the cleanliness and it has all the needs. Negative: The master bedroom is very hot and the air conditioner does not work. When I asked to solve the problem, they left me a whole night without air conditioning, and the fan made very annoying noises. On the second day, the technician came to solve the problem, but it was not resolved. Customer service is very bad, and when I asked to return the amount because I could not sleep because it was very hot, When I asked them to return my money they said that you were talking, and after talking with their team , they decided to return 100 of the $850 to me. I only spent one night, and it was one of the worst experiences. I could not sleep. I will never back again and I never recommend it.

Positive: toda ,la verdad muy comodo y amplio ,la ubicacion ,muy lindo departamento. Negative: la sabana de la cama tenia algunos detalles ,que informe ,me hubiese gustado q la cambien.

This place is a great central location. Minutes to Disney (West side of the resort), local stores and restaurants of hwy 192. This unit backed up to a small lake and wildlife area. We had ample covered parking. Pool was nice. We'd definitely would book again.

The host was wonderful in responding and communicating. The toilet seat in the guest bath was cracked, the towels we stained with makeup but all in all the place was okay. We had stayed there last year and enjoyed it so we stayed again this year. If we end up back in Orlando we will stay here again.

Really nice place, short drive to all the parks in Orlando. Apartment was clean and with enough supplies for our stay.

The condo is spacious and nicely laid out, and only about 15 minutes from Disney. Worked wonderfully for us. The location is a little out of the way of the main road though, and the slightly cramped garage may be a little difficult to find and navigate in the dark. Once you've gotten there once, though, it's not a problem at all. There were a few small problems that we noticed (no washcloths were included for guests, though towels were, and we saw a roach in the kitchen) but none were important enough for us to contact Gabriel and Ana. However, they were very responsive when we did need to speak to them and were very flexible when we needed to extend the rental for a day. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place and very attentive hosts. Minutes from the major theme parks, and very nicely furnished. The screened in porch is fantastic, and has an awesome view of the woods behind the property.

Gabriel and Ana were great at communicating! This location is a great location if you plan on going to Disney and Universal, which is exactly what I needed. Condo as described and plenty of parking!
