Excelente lugar para poder quedarse en familia, nos quedamos con mis hijos y todo muy espacioso. En definitiva vale la pena quedarse en ese lugar. a unos 25 minutos de los parques.

My family and I loved our stay, it had a great location and the picture are accurate to the place. 100% recommend staying here.

Great location close to Disney and also Aldi, Walmart, Target, etc. The apartment is clean and well maintained with a nice view. We stayed there for a week and would definitely stay there again. The hosts were very helpful. My son left a watch, and they quickly found it and are storing it for us until we pick it up.

My family and I really enjoyed the two bedroom. It was like home away from home 10 out of 10. Positive: Everything, I think the most exciting part was making a video on my Snapchat and it’s like the places goes on forever, even though it’s only a two bedroom it’s huge! Negative: The only complaint that I have is having an issue with the remote control in the second bedroom, but there were two other TVs so it didn’t change much.

If you and your family are looking for a great place super close to Disney World THIS IS IT!! Seriously right outside the Disney gates it a perfect pace to stay. Everything was nice and clean we will definitely stay here again !

Catfished Positive: Large units, lots of space. Negative: Where do I start? I drove down to Florida only to get an email about an hour and a half before arriving saying that we weren’t allowed to lower the AC temp below 72. This was news to us so I reached out to customer service and they didn’t get a response until around 12:30 at night. Well after I had already had to purchase two box fans. Box fans weren’t exactly what I had in mind when I booked a stay at this price. They offered to send someone out, but I had already purchased the fans. The master bedroom door hits the tv. Literally. Slams right into it; it’s a massive hazard. The water in the bathtub is labeled backwards, the hot is cold and vice versa. There was broken glass and egg shells all over the trash Shute room they instruct you to go to. There was urine in front of the doors to exit the building while we were going to pack our car back up. There’s no one there to help with anything; you’re on your own. Accountability is not the strong suit of this customer service team. They’re still dodging and weaving all of my issues I had and trying to gaslight me into believing it’s my fault that no one emailed me back about the AC until the next day. Once reasonable business hours are over I went out and got the fans since no one else was in a rush to help us. No one else looks out for my kids, so I will. They would’ve rathered we just suffered and let them get back to me on their own time. Nope. Not in the Florida heat. The floor on the patio is painful to walk and sit on and there’s no furniture. The supports under the bed were broken and there was trash under the bedside table when I went to investigate why the lamp wasn’t working. Overall I’m incredibly disappointed. No one likes to leave vacation and immediately have fo talk to their lawyer; at least I don’t. If you’re like me, stay away. It wasn’t worth it. Very much catfish.

Gabriel e Ana sempre foram super disponíveis em todas as nossas dúvidas e solicitações, respondiam com agilidade e simpatia. O imóvel é bem amplo e confortável, as camas são confortáveis, climatização funciona muito bem, TV equipadas com FireTV. Os únicos pontos de melhoria que gostaria de comentar são: a limpeza dos banheiros, especialmente o box de banho, qualidade da roupa de cama e banho, chuveiros saem pouca água e sem muita pressão e os utensílios de cozinha são limitados. Voltaria a me hospedar com eles, pois criaram um ambiente bastante agradável e familiar. Obrigada ;)

Place was extremely dirty. Walls and cabinets had stains. The place does not look like the pictures. There’s no furniture on the patio. One of the rooms has a TV mounted but does not reach the outlet and we couldn’t get an extension for it during the 6 days we were there. There is a coffee machine but no filters. No salt, pepper or oil as most places with a kitchen come with. I also had to clean the bathroom upon arrival as it was really dirty. I was reimbursed for the cleaning fee but it was extremely inconvenient and not the experience I was looking for on my trip to Disney.

The room has BEDBUGS STAY AWEY!! Positive: Price Negative: BADBUGS- stay away!!! But first- just one day before arriving when we couldn’t cancel, they called me to say they have to change the unit we dident like. The worst part was we got bag bugs bites all over and they just dident even respond to us. Worst experience ever this UPSTAY are the worst hosts I ever had!!! Would never come back!!

Gabriel and Ana’s place was perfect! It was affordable, aesthetically appealing and the check in process was a breeze. Gabriel and Ana’s communication was always quick and consistent. Overall we had an amazing stay and having a great host took a lot out of the hassle of traveling! We will definitely be booking again our next time around in Orlando.

This was a last minute booking for me as I was down visiting my Mom when her A/C went out. I thought I’d have a hard time finding a place that was pet friendly and didn’t charge a small fortune for a pet fee. The directions and check in instructions couldn’t have been easier. The space is nicely decorated, centrally located, and the view was lovely. The patio was a nice addition and the complex amenities were great. The beds were so comfy we didn’t want to get up! I’d definitely stay here again!

Todo muy bueno, lo único malo es el olor a perro en los pasillos, se que las mascotas son aceptadas pero a veces el olor era mucho. A parte de eso todo fue perfecto

Decepcionante Negative: O apartamento tem carpetes e tapete sujos, paredes e portas sujas, nossa estadia foi de 14 dias e havia apenas 1 vassoura para a manutenção da limpeza, tivemos que comprar panos e produtos de limpeza para poder higienizar….os travesseiros são péssimos e os lençóis e edredons sao de poliéster…a pia de uma das suítes estava descolada da parede, o chuveiro sai pouca água e o apartamento é mal iluminado, não se parece como na foto…. A varanda é minúscula e suja e as duas poltronas da varanda não se consegue nem sentar de sujas e velhas. Durante minha estadia os vizinhos do andar de cima faziam tanto barulho e pisavam forte no chão que parecia que o teto ia cair sobre as nossas cabeças na cama e isso durava até 2:00 a.m. Reclamei com o proprietário e não fui atendida na minha solicitação. Eu não recomendo o lugar de forma alguma.

Its a great place. Its close from all Disney and Universal Parks. Place is really nice. Excellent for a big group. Small but nice gym. The only downside is that you cant walk anywhere since there are no sidewalks but thats NOT the host's fault.. Thanks for hosting us.

Positive: Tudo.muito bom, em ótimo funcionamento, muito bem equipado, roupa de cama muito boa, máquinas em perfeito funcionamento, apartamento com tamanho ideal para te 6 pessoas excelente, super recomendo, nos sentimos em casa. Excelente hospedagem!! Negative: A localização é muito longe de tudo, o lugar mais próximo é a Disney a 15 minutos sem transito, para os outlets e centro de orlando de 30 a 40 minutos bem.longe, uma viagem.

Upstay and Luiz were amazing from the moment I booked. I absolutely loved the unit, everything matched the description perfectly. Check-in was very smooth, and communication was top-tier throughout the stay. They were both incredibly sweet and kind. There are so many restaurants in the area, which gave us plenty of great options. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. I will definitely be booking again and truly appreciate how attentive they were in making sure I had everything I needed during our stay. 😌

I had a fantastic stay at Upstay place! The apartment is spacious with two large rooms and a lovely balcony. Despite being in a building, it was incredibly peaceful and calm - I never heard noise from neighbors.\n\nLuiz was an amazing host, providing great communication and support when small issues arose. Check-in was a breeze; I just followed a link, entered the passcode, and I was in. Even arriving at 1:00 AM, parking was easy to find.\n\nThe kitchen was fully equipped, and I really appreciated the thoughtful extras like laundry/dish soap, paper towels, and bathroom amenities. While the building isn't brand new, it is very cozy and comfortable. For remote workers, the internet is reliable; I measured 100Mbps and used my VoIP phone without any issues. The complex also features a great gym. Highly recommended for a stress-free stay! Fairly close to parks and attractions 20-25 minutes average.

The unit was nice and clean, the condo was dated and in need of repairs, the hallways smelled like “pot” the elevator was beat up and the room with the pool tables was not clean, the outdoor area by the pool is in need of pressure washing and maintenance and the parking garage was not clean there was trash left here and there. I would not stay there if the unit was in a different condo it would be great, as soon as you walk out of the unit it’s disappointing.

Great place to stay! The apartment is very well located, with supermarkets and essential stores nearby. The condominium is calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and has a beautiful view of nature. I highly recommend it!

Was not the same place as pictured ! All parts of this place was dirty .. from the bathroom to the sofa ! I checked in and checked out the same day … only good thing I can say is the host had no problem giving me back a full refund

Nice appartment This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us. Clean and well kept. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. I would recommend this place.

I enjoyed my stay but would have preferred to be closer to restaurants and shopping. Positive: I liked the size and layout of the condo. The gym and the pool were excellent. Negative: The neighbours above me were very noisy. It sounded like they were playing football every evening well into the night. The location was too far from restaurants and shopping. The gym wasn't opened on Sunday.

It had a few issues but it was okay in general but Positive: The space Negative: The bed sheets smelled and were dirty as if someone hadn’t changed them out for clean ones.

Excellent and comfortable stay, made us feel like home. Positive: Excellent amenities and excellent service by the owners. Negative: The elevator floor were a little bit dirty when we arrived but were cleaned of the day after.

The condo unit was great, but the pool area needs some investment in the way of furniture. Positive: The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The gardens were well kept around the the property. Negative: The condo had no balcony furniture whatsoever. The pool was lovely but there was very little poolside furniture and what was there was extremely old and needs to be replaced.

I loved my stay at this place and I would love to come back and recommend it to everyone I know. Positive: They allowed me to check in earlier and I loved it!! Negative: Only thing I did not like is that there no place at walking distance. But the rest was amazing. 10/10

Sorry but this place did not live up to what it was advertised as. Scary parking under building, there was actually a guy dressed all in black with a mask hanging around one night. I did not feel safe here. No locked entrance, no doorman. Place was sketchy.

The condo was sparkling clean and light and airy. The bedrooms had blackout curtains so that was great! The patio overlooked the woods which provided a calming and pleasant view in the morning We found this rental to be quite nice

And to actually think I’m paying for something I didn’t even do. The property owes me my security deposit back

The place was very clean and spacious! Check in was easy. The only thing is that it was a little drive to Universal but it was right by Disney. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

Great location and parking available. The unit is spacious and well decorated. You will need to do some walking from the elevator to the unit. There are some woods on the back and you will be able to enjoy the sunset. Everything is well maintained on the building.
