Unfortunately, our stay was not a great experience overall. We encountered several issues throughout our stay that made it difficult to feel comfortable and enjoy our time there. The dryer was broken, there was what appeared to be black mold around the bathroom window, and a live bug fell out of the air vent. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, consisting mostly of box springs with only a thin foam topper. One of our biggest frustrations was the security system and difficulty accessing the Airbnb. We had ongoing issues getting in for three days, and at one point, we were unable to enter the property despite already having been there for three days. This was especially stressful because we were traveling with a baby. On top of everything else, the door handle on the master bedroom broke while we were there. We appreciate the $200 refund out of the $1,100 we paid, but overall, the experience fell well below our expectations, and we would not stay here again.
