Enjoyed every moment with peace and quiet. Everything was enjoyable and easy to excess .
Positives 1st- this is a GREAT location if you want to visit Disney or have a convention at Gaylord Palms. You are right next to Disney property but in a quiet location. The property has a wonderful pool space with lots of games. Our location was perfect for the number of guests we had (4a, 3c, dog) and we each had a space to retreat to. Nice host! The negatives- we were not sent a check in code. I got a gate code but no door code and didn’t realize it until I arrived late around 9pm. Nobody answered the phone number provided. The code that was sent after request was incorrect and the person responding was clearly not familiar with the lock. WiFi didn’t work- were told to use the neighboring units WiFi, inconsistent at best and we had people from overseas who needed WiFi. Walls were dirty from previous guest. Living room carpet smelled of urine. Gym locked & no code provided, broom but no dust pan, slow drain- all remedied. There were more small things but they added up quickly.
Everything was excellent, however we tried to communicate by phone and message because the WiFi name was wrong and we never received an answer. Consequently, if someone is spending some time and needs to work online while they are there it could present a problem.
Great apartment. Comfortable beds, large spaces and responsive care from the Enchanted Garden team.
