This place is great for big families. Fun things to do in the house and a great place to stay.

Perfect home for our family vacation! Clean, spacious, fun themed rooms, and the pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. Great location with easy travel time to Disney. Thank you again — we loved our stay!

Overall, our 3 night stay was generally good with a few unexpected hiccups. The house itself was perfect for our family gathering with more than enough rooms, bathrooms, game room, pool, large kitchen. The themed rooms were very cute and creatively designed. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels which was very appreciated. The hiccups: The day of check in, we were notified that the grill was broken as well as the pool heater. These were 2 very big selling points for us in choosing the house. Upstay did provide great customer service and sent someone to fix the pool heater on our second day. The most frustrating was the security at Windsor Island and the communication channels between them with Upstay. We had a bit of frustration with the number of cars allowed on property including day guests as both had two different answers. My local family visiting for the day was denied entry and we had to do shuttle runs to a public parking lot. All in all Upstay was a very good host. 👍

Luciana was a gracious host and worked with our large group with many cars to accommodate with the gate entrance and ensuring we had everything we needed for 26 people. Amazing house and host!

The home was beautiful and accomodated all guests. Cons: Broken door handle, Limited parking—some guests had to park 10 minutes away. Also, I contacted the host prior to booking to inquire if the pool/spa heat was working, based on past reviews. She confirmed it was. I explained that the heating was a determinant of booking. The heating worked intermittently for 1day. I contacted the host and maintence fixed it. It briefly worked, then stopped. I contacted the host again; she said maintenance claimed it was working, give it time. But the lights and fan were off, so it clearly wasn’t. She contacted them again and no one ever came back out. I felt maintenence had an attitude about coming back out, so they disregarded the issue. I explained this to the host. Upon leaving,I had to request a refund for heating although I felt it should’ve been offered. This issue impacted our experience, especially for the adults & I was really anticipating my baby experiencing the pool for the first time.☹

We stayed here with a group and the home comfortably accommodated us. It was spacious and fit everyone perfectly. The kitchen was phenomenal and made cooking large meals very easy. There were a few issues upon arrival worth noting. The pool and hot tub were not working, the cinema chairs upstairs were initially not functioning, and the pool table was broken (appeared to be from a previous guest). We also noticed some peeling wallpaper, dusty areas, a stain on a dining room chair (which we cleaned for the Host), and clothing left in the dryer that wasn’t ours. The host was responsive and quickly fixed the pool table and cinema chairs, which we appreciated. We were also fully refunded for the pool and hot tub, though these amenities should be addressed before future guests pay extra for them. Additionally, no dishwasher pods, detergent, or cleaning supplies were provided, so plan to bring your own. Overall, a great space with lots of potential. The host was very polite and accommodating.

We were a multi generational family, ages 8-88 years old and everyone LOVED the house. It was perfect for our needs. We were only there for two nights. We typically stay on WDW property, but this time we all stayed together and it was perfect- we would definitely stay there again. It was very convenient to WDW property, easy to find and close to Publix and etc. There were a few minor issues we had in the property, but the Host addressed them immediately. Communication was immediate and responsive. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

Luciana was so kind and very accommodating! The house looked way better in person. The kids called it a dream home! I would definitely book this place again. Everything was smooth from checking in to checking out! Thank you for a great vacation!

The home was beautiful and as described. The issue came at the security gate. Be prepared to be in line 45 mins to 1 hour. Also, we had a home with 10 bedrooms. However, only 5 vehicles are allowed to be checked in and an additional fee on $35 is charged per each vehicle after. Also, it has to be preapproved by HOA. None of this was communicated. Also, make sure you send them all the names of everyone entering the property in advance of you will have to reach out to your host and they will ask you to go to the back of the line after typically waiting an hour in the same line. The home was nice and served its purpose. Communication was delayed with the host and a little hard to get in contact with when needed.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The house and the clubhouse was really nice. The themed rooms and decor had a really nice touch. Don't hesitate to book your stay at this lovely home!!!

The house was as illustrated on the pictures. It was very comfy for the big group we were. Illumination was very nice but with the downside that you could not control it as you would expect. In other words incorrectly wired to the switches that did not facilitate appropriate illumination at your choice. It was either all on or off. Hence missing reading lights adjacent to the beds. Communication with host was excellent and responsive. Location excellent and easy to commute to were you want to go.Club house and pool there was nice. However no drinks are allowed to be brought on the premises not even water. Yes they search every bag that is little overboard in my view.

This house is absolutely amazing and gorgeous it’s 10x bigger in person than in the pictures so many activities for children and adults !

Overall Great Stay! Positive: I liked the way everything looked like how it looked in the pictures. It was clean with no bugs or insects.Everything was functioning the way it was supposed to, and the staff was very nice and responsive. Negative: The only thing that I can say i didn't really like is the way the backyard is exposed, but most vacation homes are built like that, so not much of a bad review. More of me just being picky.
