Wonderful property inside and out! Great location and beautiful views from the yard. It was perfect for our girls weekend!

We had a great time, we were a large group of 9 family members and we were very happy with our stay. There was lots to do at the house and the kids really enjoyed the game room, bunk beds and playroom. The hot tub and fire pit were fun in the evenings for everyone. The home was very well thought out, clean and comfortable especially for a large group. The host was very friendly and quick to reply. Beautiful home, beautiful views and overall positive experience! We will stay there again and recommend to anyone.

We hosted my 10 person bachelorette weekend here and there was plenty of space for all the women, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms fully stocked and clean. We were able to fit 7 cars in the driveway strategically, decorate different areas for a family dinner, Bach party game night downstairs, etc. Hot tub was nice, never got to using fire pit but we plan to stay again. It was a quick 20min drive into downtown Asheville for our dinners and spa day, and same drive to Grove Park Inn for dinner and dueling pianos. Basement smelled a little musty at first, and there were large spider webs in the front door and window cracks that could be avoided better but it was expected in the mountains and some of the women just got a broom. Everything else was perfect and well stocked! Table was set up with dinnerware already, all the tools you need down to a pizza cutter! Will book again.

Beautiful setting. House was well stocked and clean and looked like the pictures on the inside. The outside could use a little cleaning/up keep other than that it was a good rental

Kelly and her team were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was valueable! The kitchen is well stocked, we especially liked the large griddle and kids dish sets. The home is impeccably decorated and the hot tub and firepit were a hit around the rainy days! There was also an extra half bath on top of the 3 full bathrooms which was a welcome surprise. :) The table was also large enough for our full group to eat together which we loved! And there was enough space in the living to play games together as a full 10 person group. Hint: for the night light scones in the bunks, the lightbulbs need to be finger turned to switch on and off. Otherwise, the location is private, quiet and peaceful. We had many local adventures, including an adults only night at the local wine bar but also a great kids day at the local tap and truck outfitted with a mini soccer field etc. Great location for a peaceful mountain getaway!

I came with a group of 3 families including 5 adults and 7 teens/children. The home was immaculate and thoughtfully furnished and designed. The bedrooms were a nice size and all bathrooms were sparkling clean. The kids loved the bunk room and the two swings at the entrance to the room. The home is great for a retreat, reunion, or just a good time. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and TV's. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked every meal while there. Each family also slept well as the beds were very comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is very peaceful and there is a nice view from the deck. My group is already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed here to celebrate my sister getting married and it was the PERFECT weekend getaway and one of the top 3 airbnbs I’ve stayed at, we wanted a “staycation” vibe so all the amenities in the home were absolutely amazing and perfect for what we needed!!! Not to mention it was soooo cute and very clean, great for accommodating a large group of friends!! 12/10 would reccomend to anyone wanting to stay in the Asheville area!!

Kelly’s place was really nice and perfect space for our group. We loved all the seating, sleeping accommodations, and outdoor seating/hot tub. It was private but still close to activities. There was confusion on which bathroom was out of order when we first arrived, there should have been a sign or something put on the out of order bathroom. We were left with two showers, one being in the basement with bugs crawling out of the drain. So that left us with 1 for all girls. The home was very clean, but the musty smell (possibly from the water pipe issues) was not ideal. The upstairs bedrooms were a little warm at night compared to down stairs. The weather was nice for us so it wasn’t too bad. The game room was nice but you can see the water damage and where they have tried and must have failed to fix the pipes causing one of the showers to be unusable. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We had such a great stay! The house is beautiful, and the kids absolutely loved the game room, hot tub, and fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook each night, which made things so easy. The location was perfect—close to all the activities we had planned. We’d definitely come back!

The house was gorgeous and pristinely clean. There was plenty of space for all of us who stayed and the amenities were ample. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we could possibly need. Her communication was spot on and always kind and responsive. I would love to stay here again.

This was a great place to enjoy our weekend. The house was larger than I expected and had everything you would want. We especially enjoyed all the different games located around the house. The kitchen had plenty of plates and cups for a large group and each person had at least 2 bath towels.

Beautiful location with great views! The home was very clean and thoughtfully designed for families. We especially loved the game room, my family and I spent many hours playing games and making wonderful memories. Home has everything you could need for an enjoyable getaway. Close proximity to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants.

We loved the amenities and design of the place. It was an amazing house to host our large group that also had 5 kids who loved the bunk beds and the large game room downstairs. We cooked and grilled almost every meal so the house definitely caters to entertaining and is fitted out with everything needed! The only problems we had were issues with constant power outages and some showers not having hot water but the host was responsive and was able to get an electrician to come investigate even on New Year's Eve.

This house was definitely one of our top favorites that we have stayed in. If you are traveling with a family, book this house!! 1. It was clean, but extra care was taken in the interior design, as well providing beautiful dishes to eat from. 2. The home was well organized which I appreciate, especially when it comes to the kitchen. 3. Every single bed was made with care and attention to detail, even the kids! 4. There are things to do at the house for everyone. If you are traveling and just want a day to stay in, you won’t get bored! The game room is loaded, the bunk room has plenty of toys for children, there are even indoor swings! 5. The home is close to Asheville and other popular cities so it was easy to navigate to places we wanted to visit. I could go on and on. But all in all, this was a wonderful home away from home.

We stayed in this mountain house with our family, and it truly felt like a dream getaway. The moment we walked in, everything was so clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The home had such a warm and welcoming feeling that we relaxed right away. The kitchen had everything we needed — all new appliances and every little detail thought through. It made cooking together so easy and enjoyable. Our kids were absolutely thrilled! They loved the playrooms, the toys, and all the fun games. Seeing them so excited and happy made the trip even more special for us. The views from the house were breathtaking — peaceful mountains, fresh air, and such a calm atmosphere. It was the perfect place for our family to unwind, reconnect, and make beautiful memories. We are so grateful for this stay. We loved every minute of it and would happily come back again. Highly, highly recommend this special place!
