Great villa in a good location, worked well for our large group. Family friendly with lots of games and pool toys. Villa was stocked with the essentials we needed which was a nice touch. Hosts were on hand and responsive to all questions. Everyone really enjoyed their stay.

Kyle and Nicole were wonderful hosts and accommodated us at the last minute which we were so grateful for. Our kids absolutely loved the house and all the amenities. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you Kyle and Nicole!

We had a conjoint bachelor/bachelorette trip and everyone LOVED this place. The hosts were extremely communicative, the house was SPOTLESS/CLEAN and the game room, movie theater room and pool really added such a nice touch for entertaining our guests. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to Seminole. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN FOR AN AMAZING STAY!

Spacious home with potential, but significant cleanliness and maintenance concerns. Our group of six stayed for two nights. The home has comfortable beds, tasteful décor, ample bedrooms, convenient single-level living, and good parking. Unfortunately, the condition did not match the standard represented in the listing.We found dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets, soiled carpets, stained furniture, spider webs at the entrance, a roach in the kitchen, and bugs in the back bedroom.The most concerning issue was a strong, damp/musty, mold-like odor, especially in the front bedroom. One guest has asthma, and the odor triggered an asthma reaction shortly after entering the home. We cannot determine the cause of her symptoms, but the odor and reaction warrant serious attention. Another one of our guests has also been coughing since she left the property. Both are seeking care from medical providers. We strongly recommend professional inspection for moisture or mold-related issues before additional guests stay.The front bathroom shower also had no functioning water during our stay. Also, the listing should clearly state that the theater room is a converted garage.The property has potential, but the uncleanliness, pest, maintenance, and mold-like odor issues significantly affected our stay. At approximately 2,600 for two nights, the condition did not reflect the standard or value we expected. Future guests should confirm these issues have been addressed before booking.

Stayed here for a bachelor's party and was absolutely perfect for large groups! Hosts went above and beyond as well!

Our stay was great! The house was very spacious and it was exactly like the pictures! I would definitely book this property again!

This house was everything we could ask for! Our large family fit comfortably in the house and love the game are! Living rooms and theater rooms were so comfortable and relaxing. Pool area was amazing and we loved roasting marshmallows over the fire pit! We liked 10/10 recommend this property to anyone!

Family friendly

The house was perfect for our family get together…we had family from different states meet and spend a few nights together. Spacious and clean with lots of things to do together within the house. Close enough to drive to Tampa or just a short drive to beach. Stores are close as well. Great location and a great trip.

Kyle and Nicole were great hosts. Very responsive and worked with us on check in times since we arrived early. Their home had lots for the kids to do and it’s close to everything we wanted to do! My family and I had a wonderful time and we would definitely book with them again!

Awesome place, had a lot of fun

We had a family of nine adults that fit very comfortably for our visit. The house itself has great amenities with a pool table, games, darts, and a movie theater that we used for entertainment during the week. In fact, we left the house less often than I expected. There is room inside and out to feed the family. We loved the pool and sitting in the fenced backyard. \n\nThe house is near a giant park with a lake and walking trails. On the other side are beautiful Gulf beaches at Indian Rocks. Beyond that, St Pete has so much available for the family.

Great place for our traveling work crew. The neighborhood is very peaceful and secluded. Family oriented.

This home was hands down the best stay yet!! Kyle and Nicole were so friendly and communicative and made sure me and my team felt right at home. The Airbnb was spacious with lots of room and entertainment. I would recommend this location to anyone and I will definitely be booking the spot for our next business trip when we’re back. Awesome property!!! It definitely met the needs of our family- we felt right at home!!! The pool and movie room were perfect for the adults to enjoy some time after the little ones went to bed. The host went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. We definitely plan on returning!

Great place with great host.

We had a blast in Seminole at this house. We loved that it was nestled in a quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants and the beach. The house was very spacious for our group of 12. It felt spaced out and we had plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen was also a great size for our family. The game room and pool provided plenty of entertainment for the times when it was raining or we were in between activities. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The home was perfect for our family—our kids especially loved all the amenities and games. The pool was a huge hit; we used it every day! The movie theatre room added an extra level of fun for everyone and made our evenings special. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for being such a great host—we’d love to come back again!

No major issues! Beds are comfortable and amenities (pool, patio area and game room) were great! Our group loved the pool table and games. The house also has lots of space and rooms for a larger party, and is a short drive to the beach.

The perfect house for a group of friends or a large family. Plenty of activities to do at the house and just a short car ride from several amazing beaches. I could not recommend this house enough!

It was a lovely and clean property. The home is very spacious and looks as described. I like that the rooms have distance in between them. Perfect for a group trip. The bunk beds are sturdy/quality - so don't worry too much. My 16 year old 150lb athletic son slept in there. The pool was awesome and the kitchen is stocked with essentials. The beds are comfy. PLENTY of towels. We did have a microwave not heating food issue - they were on it and replaced it the next day. The wifi was out for quite a bit of time for a trip with teenagers but it made good use of time for a game of Uno. They were very responsive and on top of everything. I truly appreciated the spa recommendation.

Great House! So much space and has everything you need. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice bedding and linens. The pool is amazing a there is plenty of outdoor seating. We had 4 Adults and 4 13 year olds and there were still 3 queen beds not used. The hosts were responsive and very kind. We had a great stay!

Nicole and Kyle were quick to respond anytime we needed anything before and during our stay. Our favorite part of the home was the theater and being able to gather comfortably in there as a large group!

Wow! What an absolutely gorgeous home! Not only was the theater room jaw dropping, but all the details in the decor and extra amenities were so well thought out. This is a one stop shop from relaxation to play.

Brought some customers down from Indiana to play golf around the area. The house has plenty of entertainment options after a day out. Plenty of space for large groups. If looking to stay in the area I highly recommend this house for all it offers.

We had a great family stay here while visiting my son in St. Pete. The place was great, just as described, and we will be back again next year if the same group wants to run the Gasparilla race again!

House was great for our group of 9, plenty of room to spread out. The amenities were as listed, lots of things to do in/outside the house! Communication was great up until early check-in request. Waited to hear from host but didn't get approval until 1pm for 1pm check-in but by then it was too late for us to check-in early as we had already changed plans since we didn't get confirmation. A bit frustrating since we had communicated this to the host when we booked, and they seemed like it wouldn't be an issue to check-in early if house was vacant prior to our stay, which it was. There were also some maintenance issues we let the host know about, hopefully they were addressed for future guests. Other than the few minor issuess, the house was wonderful for a large group, neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

The house has plenty of room for large groups. My family of 5 had so much space! The movie room was nice at night and the pool was great. We paid extra to have it heated and it was well worth it. Very fun family home!

The house was very nice. It is very spacious and has great options in it. Abigail was very nice, welcoming and responsive. I enjoyed having the extras throughout the house for use. The backyard area was nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk beds and movie room with the big couches. The only downside is the cleaning fee with cleaning up half of it yourself before leaving.

We had the most fabulous weekend! 10 people fit comfortable, everyone had their own bed & we were all able to enjoy the common areas like the 2 living rooms, backyard & pool together. The area is extremely safe - our group of all women felt very safe traveling back & forth. And finally Abigail & team were so friendly, accommodating & responsive. While I had absolutely no issues or complaints during my stay, Abigail answered every question I had quickly & made me felt completely at ease. Will definitely be back!!!!

Host very helpful and responsive. House was great, with a lot of rooms and space. Family traveled in from Portugal and had a blast. Pool was the top choice for everyone from the morning till the night. Very peaceful neighborhood and the hosts helped when needed right away (in our case on kitchen cooking ware). House is close to the beach and supermarket too. Overall, we were very happy with the house.

Abigail’s place was perfect for our family reunion. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Every one had their own room and more than enough bathrooms so we never had to wait to use it. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the location was very convenient to every place we needed to go. It was a less than 10 min drive to Indian shore beach and maderia beach to watch the sunset, 4min drive to get groceries and gas. Although we had no reason to reach out to our host but she still reach out to us to see if we needed anything and was very quick to respond when we had a question. Thank you for hosting our family we really had a god time. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Florida

Our large family loves to get together once a year to relax, reset, and enjoy each other's company! This house made it such a fantastic experience and there was something for everyone along with a convenient location to so many beach locations! The movie theater room was a hit with the teenagers. The pool table and arcade games were a hit with everyone, and we had no idea we were so good at playing pool! LOL! The pool was a fabulous way to end the day and cool off! The kitchen size was glorious and allowed us to get many things made at the same time without constantly running into each other. Thank you for such a beautiful and fun stay!
