The house was very spacious and fit our group comfortably, Edwyn was extremely respectful and helped out whenever we needed it. The golf simulator wasn’t working at first but he sent his technician Nick out to fix it and everything was perfect afterwards!
Everything during our trip was great! It looks just like the pictures and the communication was great! We were kept up to date and any questions we had were answered. It was clean and well prepared and there was no problem getting in or out of the house. It’s a beautiful property that is great for get together with friends and family!
Had a great stay with friends over a long weekend. Inside of the house was clean and as advertised. We loved the golf simulator. Pool was clean and outside area was great for hanging out.
We really enjoyed our stay. House was exactly as posted. Minor issues were immediately addressed when I reached out. Pool was used all weekend. Only thing I would add is extra sheets and blankets as there wasn't a set for the pull-out couch on the 2nd floor. Will definitely be back in the future.

We were a large group occupying this home. 5 different families with all toddlers under 3 that had the best time! This house had everything imaginable from a pool, hot tub, games for adults and a whole play room for the children. Made it so much more relaxing where the kids had there space and the adults had theirs. Plenty of beds and space where no one was in each other’s way. The backyard!!!! A play ground, more games and the fire pit perfect for making s’mores for everyone of all ages! I can say more about how much a great time we had but Edwyn, the host, was just as amazing! Any question or hiccups we had we was quick to respond and provided any resolutions or anything that was needed. We didn’t have propane for the fire pit and he had it to the door in less than an hour! Kudos to him and his team. We will definitely be making another friendscation trip back here next year!
The place was amazing. The pool, game rooms everything was exactly as expected. My daughter shouted its the best day ever as she did a cannon ball! That was the highlight of the trip for us. Thank you Edwyn and company for giving us a great time! Worth visiting again!

We had such an amazing weekend away here! Went with a group of adult friends some of our kids and we all had such a blast. Tons to do both outside and inside and a great location for excursions as well! Highly recommend!!
Wow, this house is incredible! We’ve stayed at Airbnbs all over, and everyone in our group agreed this was by far the best home we’ve ever stayed in. The kids were in absolute heaven — between the game room, arcade, golf simulator, and theater room, they didn’t want to leave the house. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit for the whole family. Host communication was excellent, the place was spotless, and we’re already planning our next trip back.

Great escape for friends and families. House/property includes all the essentials for a fun and relaxing getaway. Plenty of rooms, large eating area, great recreational activities including pool, hot tub, corn hole, playset and more. Highly recommend!
The host cancelled on a group of 13 people while we were on the road for two hours. The stated reason was power outage but they were no. Responsive as the receptionist said they are all out at customer communication training! I said they need it because they weren’t returning calls. I had to spend hours trying to find a replacement with 13 beds last minute!
We had a great stay overall and the house worked really well for our group. It comfortably accommodated a large group of guys and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out. Kyle and Nicole were excellent—very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. They even made sure the golf simulator was up and running when we arrived, which we appreciated. It could use a bit more fine-tuning, but it definitely added to the experience and we enjoyed having it. The house is in a wooded area, so seeing a few ants here and there wasn’t surprising and didn’t really bother us. The only downside was that the pool hadn’t been cleaned or covered, and there were a couple of dead animals in it. That said, we weren’t planning on using the pool anyway, so it didn’t impact our trip much. All things considered, the house delivered for what we needed, and we had a great time. Would recommend for groups looking for a fun, laid-back getaway.
We enjoyed our stay overall and the house does look like the photos. The host was responsive and we appreciated the adjustment to our stay. There were a few hiccups during our visit. The house needed additional cleaning when we arrived, and while it was addressed, it would have been better if it was ready from the start. Some of the amenities we were most excited about, like the golf simulator, were unfortunately not working, and the ping pong setup was incomplete at first. We also recommend future guests be aware that the road leading to the home can be difficult to access, especially in winter, and may require an SUV. This was communicated shortly before arrival, but would have been helpful to know in advance. Overall, it’s a nice property with great features, but a few adjustments would really improve the guest experience.
Kyle and Nicole were great hosts, were always responsive and helpful. The home itself was quite comfortable but some amenities didn't work as expected. The screen golf was very laggy. The movie theater projector did not have speakers, so the sound quality was bad. And there was a child's sock found in the ballpit. Nonetheless, Kyle and Nicole were great hosts. My first night there was actually a power outage in the area due to a storm, but they were very helpful in providing us updates. I would recommend booking with them!
DO NOT STAY HERE. Our group arrived to a house that was freezing and quickly discovered the heat was not working. We notified the hosts immediately through Airbnb. They acknowledged the issue and said they were “working on it,” but no repair or actual solution was ever provided during our stay. The thermostat never rose above the 50s the entire weekend despite us running the oven and purchasing multiple space heaters ourselves just to make the house somewhat tolerable. We had to sleep in coats and cluster around the heaters instead of using the beds as planned. Even more concerning, a guest review from two weeks before our stay described the exact same issue with no heat due to the system having no oil. The hosts were clearly aware of the problem but continued renting the property anyway. Renting a home without working heat in sub-freezing weather is unsafe and unacceptable.
The home was exactly as described and truly welcoming for both kids and adults. Its location is very convenient, with grocery stores and other activities close by. One thing to note is that the roads leading to the property have quite a few potholes, so it’s best to drive carefully. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The home also offers fantastic amenities. Unfortunately, we experienced some technical issues and weren’t able to use the golf simulator during our stay. That said, the house itself exceeded expectations—the photos really don’t capture how impressive it is. It felt like every door we opened revealed something new and exciting. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this home.
We really enjoyed our time at this Airbnb. The house was big and easily accommodated our group which consisted of 4 families (8 adults 13 kids). There was plenty of room for kids to enjoy the game room while adults mingled in the kitchen/living room. The host was great, easy to check in, responsive and friendly. Shawnee ski mountain is a 10 minute drive. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurant and etc about 5-7 minute drive. We look forward to coming back next year.
Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience at this property. Upon arrival, there was no heat in the main part of the home. We contacted the hosts right away, but there seemed to be confusion on their part how the home was heated. After several hours of back and forth, an HVAC technician was eventually sent to the property. We waited approximately seven hours, only to learn that the heating system had no oil, something we had already communicated earlier. By the time this was confirmed it was around midnight and no oil delivery was offered. Because of the lack of heat, we had to go out and purchase space heaters and firewood ourselves in order to try to keep the home warm. With snow expected and no reliable source of heat in the home, we ultimately felt it was unsafe to stay and made the decision to vacate. Despite the circumstances, the hosts were unwilling to take responsibility for the heating issue or reimburse to us.
The house was absolutely beautiful!!! The communication was amazing with the host and I. I recommend this house to anyone that wants to spend quality time with family or friends . Thank you for letting my family and I stay at your place, it was worth it.
Lovely setting and modern decor. We did have a few issues, but all has been resolved satisfactorily.

Our family had great time. Everything was new and clean. Spacious with enough rooms for large family. Would love to revisit during the summer when pool is available.
