Review of the house- 100/10. GORGEOUS view. Pictures do not accurately display how beautiful it is. Kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need to cook. Super comfy bed. Fireplace was great to use since it got very cold. Would definitely stay here again, didn’t want to leave!! Review of the Wolf Laurel Community- 5/10. We entered through the “back gate” and had trouble being let in. We did not know there was a specific gate to use. Security was sassy and difficult to get ahold of. Other entrance was 40 miles around the mountain. Guests do not have access to the restaurant unless you pay the $150 fee which is silly to me to pay a fee to pay more for food. Grocery shop and just make your own food at the house and you’re set. Get out and hike Big Bald, parking area is just a little ways up from the house. Definitely worth it!! 360 views at the top.

We had an amazing stay! The home was perfect, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was great, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was spectacular! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always responded to any questions we had almost immediately. Her excellent communication made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Mars Hill area and would love to stay here again in the future. let me start with pictures don't do it justice. This is one of the best cabins I have stayed in at this price point. I go to the mountains frequently and I was amazed by this place. It had the big giant cabin feel in a smaller footprint. You feel like your in a mansion. It felt like a really nice old cabin but has any modern convince you could want. It has probably the best view I have ever had in the mountains at a cabin. I will definitely be staying here again. It is pretty private almost at the top of the mountain. It's about a 4 min. drive past the cabin to a parking area where you can hike in about 1/2 mile to the Appalachian trail and about 1 mile to the peak of big bald mountain on the Appalachian trail. Truly a one of kind place. If you want the mountains to be in the wilderness and not a amusement park and tourist trap like pigeon forge this is the place for you 100%.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, the views are simply spectacular, and everything was spotless—we couldn't have asked for a cleaner place. You can tell the hosts paid attention to every detail, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. We truly appreciated all the thought and care that went into the home. We'd love to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with breathtaking views. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
