It’s a beautiful home and perfect for my friends and I to enjoy a weekend in St. Pete. The house was clean and so gorgeous! Also, Kyle and Kicole were very responsive to any questions I had and they were kind enough to let us have a later check-out.

House was amazing and close to EVERYTHING. We loved the pool area and game room, overall everything was just as advertised. The only reason we wont be giving a 5 stars was we didn’t care for the constant “noise alerts”. After being told they were getting noise notifications from us at hours during which everyone was asleep we realized they had noise monitors outside and they were being set off by the thunder storms or something unrelated to our family. They were very nice about it when telling us but just keep that in mind when booking!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much care goes into maintaining this home. Everything was spotless, beautifully organized, and exceptionally clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were some of the best we’ve ever slept on—I honestly want to know where they’re from! Every room felt welcoming, and we loved every inch of the house. The highlight for our family was definitely the pool. Our kids spent hours enjoying it, and it made our vacation even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and make great memories together. This is by far one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed in, and we will absolutely book it again the next time we’re in the St. Petersburg area. My family & I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and it was everything and more. So spacious for four people, the pool area was so enjoyable and there was so many things to do. Kyle & Nichole are so responsive and answered any questions we had!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated with a fun beach vibe, and the Florida and neon “Tan Lines” signs made great photo backdrops. The beds were very comfortable, and the full-size bunk beds gave our teenage boys plenty of room. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with towels and washcloths. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and use the grill. We spent hours enjoying the clean pool and hot tub, and the water temperature was perfect. When we had a question about the ice maker, the owners responded quickly. Checkout was simple with no long chore list, which we really appreciated. The location was convenient to several beaches and grocery stores. This home is perfect for a large family or multiple families traveling together. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay & we loved the house. Kyle & Nicole were very clear in their instructions and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. The house was a great size and was stocked with the essentials. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. We loved how the house was decorated inside too. The pool, hot tub, firepit, mini golf putting & lawn games kept us all entertained. We loved having the TV outside & were thankful for the ceiling fans in the lanai. We also really appreciated all the cute pool towels. The street & neighborhood seem to be up & coming, with some nice homes & some not so nice homes. With that said we always felt safe & had no concerns. The location was great and what drew us to the property. It was a very quick (about 7 minute) drive to Madiera Beach, Reddington Shores. There are so many things to do so close by. We also loved how quick the drive was to Downtown St Pete, it's one of our favorite places to visit. We would def come back!

We came to St Petersburg area to celebrate a 30th birthday. The house was represented accurately and met all our expectations. Kyle and Nicole were excellent hosts. The checkin and checkout processes were simple and well explained. Kyle and Nicole responded very quickly to our requests regarding checkin/checkout. They contacted us to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we needed anything. We are very thankful for all that was done to make it a great experience.

When we ran into flight delays and needed to extend our stay, they were incredibly accommodating and made the whole process stress-free. Their hospitality and communication were top notch from start to finish. We truly appreciated everything and will definitely stay here again whenever we’re back in the area. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for my bachelorette trip! The pool and hot tub were perfect additions. 14 girls fit comfortably. The location was easily drivable to downtown, restaurants, and marinas. Ubers were very easy to get for the times we went downtown or farther out. Kyle and Nicole were super responsive and so helpful. Can’t recommend a trip to St. Pete’s enough!!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party of 14 girls. It was spacious and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and backyard were clean and private. The hosts were also incredibly kind and responsive, making our stay stress free and even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend as a wonderful place to spend time with loved ones!

This place is well worth the money! Has everything needed to enjoy a day at the house or within a 20 minute car ride of the beach! We had a tremendous time with the putting green in the back and the back patio area was a night way to relax after a long day. Thank you for hosting us!

We had an awesome time at this house, great amenities in the backyard with a clean inside that fit 10 people very comfortably. Easy enough to walk to a few restaurants and grocery stores to pick up supplies. Only a short car ride away from a nice beach area with several beach bars with live music. Host was very responsive with any questions during the trip and during checkout. Our group stayed for a long weekend and it fit what we needed perfectly, would recommend staying at this house.

This home was very fun and had lots of activities. The pool is not heated but the hot tub made up for that! The home itself is very nice and the beds are all a good size and comfortable. Just a short drive to the beach.

The kids had a great time in the pool and hottub. It was very spacious for 12 of us. Friendly neighbors! Only about a 20 minute walk to Madeira Beach. Angry pepper was also one of our frequent stops (smoked food and cold beer) which was only a 10 minute walk. I don’t recommend doing laundry, our whites got stained.

Very accommodating, clean and has everything you need all in 1 spot. Even had trash bags, toilet paper, and plenty of dishes for a big group. Would definitely go back

Great week to relax and enjoy Clearwater area Positive: Great property, perfect for a large group. In a quiet area but also close drive to the beach. Negative: A few issues when we arrived. The cooker had no power but that was fixed the following day. We arrived the day before pool cleaning so the pool and spa was a bit dirty until it was cleaned.

Wonderful 3-day weekend! We had a really lovely time here, the neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The house was clean and adorably decorated. Our kiddos (ages 2,4 and 6) LOVED their own room with the bunk beds and slide! Huge hit. We loved lounging in the pool and all the floats and hot tub at night was (*chef’s kiss)! It was also super close to Publix and just a few minutes from the beach over the bridge so we weren’t in the craziness of 4th of July traffic , which we appreciated! We would highly recommend this property to family and friends and would love to stay here again!

The stay was great. Anytime I texted a question I heard back right away. Very clean house and provided extra towel for showering and the pool. Also had equipment for everything in the house.

Our stay here was wonderful! The decorations were super cute and the rooms are all spacious! It is super convenient to drive and park at Archibald Memorial Park Beach Access! Providing beach chairs, a wagon, boogey boards, floats, an umbrella, and even sandcastle toys is such a nice touch and really made our trips to the beach more enjoyable !

Was a great place to stay for our bachelorette party. We had 12 girls and only two bathrooms was difficult. Would be a perfect spot for two families. The backyard was amazing with a pool, hot tub, hang out area with an outdoor tv, fire pit and putting green. Owners were very responsive! Would stay here again.

Exceeded all of our expectations! The house was very clean and the layout was perfect and just made sense. Kitchen well stocked with everything you could possibly need- the propane grill (ready to use)was a nice surprise. Beds were very comfortable. Close to the grocery stores and waterfront restaurants as well beach access at Madeira beach! Best Airbnb we’ve stayed in BY FAR! would love to go back for another stay!

The house was amazing and exactly what we were looking for! The hosts were very responsive and the house is conveniently located to lots of restaurants and a short drive to the beach!

The pictures listed online do not do the property justice. What looks like a third bedroom bunk room is the garage. There were horrible stains all over a second bedroom and the bedding smelled like old cheese that had been sitting out for over a month in the sun. I had to re-launder all of the bedding in a mini washer and dryer. The flooring was coming up in multiple places. The outside putting green had no putters to use. I would not recommend this location, especially for the price that was paid.

My friends and I loved staying here. We got such a kick out of the epic slide, even with no kids on the trip!! The pool and hot tub were beautiful, everything was clean, and everything matched the description on the listing. Kyle and Nicole were very responsive and proactive in their communication. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels than what was supplied. Also the number of bath towels available was fewer than the amount of people permitted on the listing. Fixing these things plus a few more kitchen items (salt and pepper, more cooking utensils etc) would make this house absolutely perfect!

10 girls stayed and it was the perfect about of space for us! Ubering downtown and to the beach didn’t take long. The outdoor space was lovely to relax and enjoy a few games. Overall loved our stay!

Great place - exactly as pictured! We very much enjoyed our stay and it was easy to find with driveway parking. The kid’s space got a bit chilly, but it’s not very often at all that Florida gets so cold! Otherwise a wonderful place.

We had a great time at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids had a blast on the slide and with all the fun outdoor games provided. The hot tub was working and we definitely used it! We loved the fire pit and made smores. We will definitely be coming back!

We booked Kyle and Nicole’s house last minute after checking into another Airbnb that wasn’t up to our standards. They were very communicative hosts and got us settled in right away. Upon check-in, we immediately felt comfortable. Their house was in a safe and convenient neighborhood with friendly neighbors who welcomed us the first day. We walked to the nearby Publix from the house. The home was decorated adorably, super clean, and our kids were obsessed with the bunk beds and slide! They put a lot of attention to detail into the home, with extra touches such as a diffuser with the hair dryer, giant connect four and games for the kids, complimentary coffee, and firewood for the fire pit. The weather was a little chilly, so we couldn’t use the pool much (unheated) but it was in great condition and a fun spot to hang out with a grill, big outdoor table and chairs and TV. Beds were comfortable too! We had a couple of minor hiccups but all in all, a great place to stay! 5 stars from us.

Great place for a few days with our family!

The house was nice and clean! Unfortunately, the hot tub had an unexpected break before our trip, but the host accommodated us by purchasing us firewood and snacks. The host also refunded some money for our trip. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would rent another property from them again.

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were perfect for our group of 11. We loved the outdoor set up and kids room and we really appreciated the high chair & pack and play. There were plenty of towels and beach towels for each guest. It was a close drive to the beach and grocery stores. We appreciate the timely communication as well.

The room for kids (previously known as a garage) is amazing; all the kids chose to stay there, even though there was one more room free. We loved the backyard, with all its amenities and private feel. The pool is awesome, and it's pretty large! Beach essentials were very useful. Abigail is responsive, friendly, and very effective. We had great family time there, and the house exceeded our expectations. Well done!
