Plenty of room for our family and enjoy all of the wonderful amenities. Theater room and sauna were a personal favorite. And it was hard to beat the views. Great place overall!

We really enjoyed our time at Epic. We had 4 families and there was plenty room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked. Coffee bar was stocked. Plenty toiletries and dish soap. We really didn’t have to bring anything. The bedding and mattresses were super comfortable. Every family raved about them. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside amenities as much as we’d like to of due to a hurricane passing nearby but very grateful for all the inside amenities to keep everyone entertained. The power went off for a couple hours and to our surprise the house had a generator that kicked in. I let Kylie’s team know and they responded quickly. Lastly, Kylie and her team were very responsive. I asked a question and within minutes, they would respond. Would love to come back!

Three generations stayed at the house for three days. Only complaint was we didn’t spend enough time at the house. We were in town for a wedding. Beautiful view and perfect place for a big family to stay. Memories were made that will last for the rest of my life.

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for all we needed for a wonderful, long Labor Day weekend. My wife, our 12 year old son, 8 year old daughter and myself decided to plan a long weekend somewhere with some much cooler temperatures and fun adventures and we picked the perfect place! Spent lots of time hanging in the theatre room while we watched lots of football. We spent many hours playing pool, shuffleboard, playing the arcade games, playing poker, relaxing in the hot tub, watching the wildlife, enjoying the views, playing ball in the driveway, etc etc. This house HAS IT ALL! We also spent a good chunk of our Sunday afternoon hiking and exploring around Little and Big Bald mountains! This place and trip will be one we remember for a very long time! Thanks again for hosting us!

The house was amazing and the view at the house was really nice! Booked the place for a long weekend with a bunch of friends and we were never bored. Pool table, hot tub, and cornhole just the few things that got heavily utilized. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!

This house was great. We had 12 people in the house and we had plenty of space. Property was clean and the host was super responsive to all my questions. The mountain is gorgeous and we spent hours every morning enjoying the cool mountain air on the deck watching the sun come up. Absolutely breathtaking view. Highly recommend this property and we would all happily stay here again.

Great property. Plenty for the entire family to enjoy without leaving the property. A few minor issues, but all said and done it’s a great house in a great getaway mountain location. Everyone enjoyed all the amenities (hot tub, pool table, video arcades, overhead projector room, foosball, etc. ( Hard to play shuffleboard as the table is well off level). The host was extremely responsive to any immediate needs which were few.A few observations below, non of which diminished the experience:Outside of the house could use some TLC (a good pressure washing and cleaning of the entire downstairs area around the sauna and hot tub as well as the back porch steps to remove slippery mildew). The outside activity box was pretty nasty (looked like previous guests at some point left it open during poor weather and actual used it for their occasional trash). The back stair railing is quite loose and in need of repair and the front porch and lamppost lights didn’t work. The area carpets in the pool table room and the one in the downstairs master bedroom need replacing as they are very thin and wrinkle up big time when walking on them causing a trip hazard.The mini putt putt needs a drain. It fills with water during a good rain. The lighting in the house could use an upgrade.

The rental was perfect for our extended family. S’mores, deer in the yard, basketball court, hot tub, sauna, and extremely comfortable beds!! Our family totally enjoyed our visit and would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Our overall stay was fantastic! Great location with very fun amenities. We had a group of 10 people and were comfortable, but I don’t know if I’d recommend having more than 10 people. There’s enough beds but the shared spaces are fit for less people. Definitely recommend the local cafe Little Creek Cafe, the staff was so kind and the food was to die for!!! This AirBnB is a great stay for groups looking to hang out at home or who are comfortable driving up and down the hill for outings. We had a great time !

This is a great place for a large family, including kids. Every bedroom was a king bed. The space was well laid out and we had lots to do. The porch was a huge benefit. We stayed outside a lot of the time. They have a large dining table and outdoor dining table for large groups like ours. It was great to have a second kitchen with another refrigerator and freezer. The media room was great, especially since we brought some games to play on the big screen. We loved it and will definitely come again.

Beautiful home with all amenities exactly as listed. It was perfect for our large family—there was something for everyone, and our grandkids had a great time. We had a wonderful week making memories together. One of the highlights was the short hike from the house to the top of Big Bald Mountain, where the 360° views made for incredible sunrises and sunsets. Highly recommend!

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Our family of 10 adults and 6 children fit perfectly. The beds were comfy and there were a lot of things to do at the house. They even had a pack and play and high chair for the baby. The kitchen is fully stocked with more dishes and pans than you can use. We had a super snow storm that had us locked in for a day and a half and we had the best time enjoying each other and playing games. Sadly the outdoor areas weren’t thawed enough to enjoy until the day we left but that just means we need to come back! Kylie was super helpful anytime we had a question. Anyone looking for a family get away, this is your place!!

Stayed here with 2 families. 4 adults and 6 kids. Home was perfect size with so many activites for the kids. Was an amazing trip.

We loved our stay! We came with 4 other families to teach our kids to ski. The distance is perfect to get to Hatley! We loved the amenities the house provided and it kept the kids busy when we were there. The kitchen and living room are small for the amount of people it sleeps but we made it work! We would visit again. Great communication, very professional.

5 starsWe had a great time over New Year's 2026 with a large group. The plan was to ski at the Hatley Pointe area. This house is an easy 8-minute drive from driveway to parking lot. It was perfect for our group. Additionally it is within walking distance of the Appalachian Trail and Big Bald Summit.The house had everything we needed. That is important given that the closest grocery store is 30 minutes away.I am going to have to figure out where they bought their pillows because the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in.We will definitely be coming back to this house next year.

We were a party of 13 and stayed for 7 days. The home suited us well with plenty of room to spread out and stay together. We were adults, teens, preteens and toddlers- there was enough for everyone to do. The firepit and marshmallows was a huge hit during the day for the kiddos while the hot tub and pool table kept the adults entertained well into the evenings. We made a short trip up to the top of Bald Mountain and hiked to the bald which was incredible and just minutes from the homes location. Smart TVs in all of the bedrooms and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb and we Airbnb ALOT. By far the most comfortable beds (Kylie shoot me the brand when you get a chance, I need one). Hosts were super responsive and accommodated what they could, even doing a trash pick up early. We cooked a lot. Celebrated Christmas and two birthdays while we were there and had everything we needed. I have nothing negative to report. 5 stars!

Great home for a big group with separate spaces - beautiful view!

Wow! Our large group of 5 families (kids of all ages) had the most wonderful reunion/retreat here. So many different spaces for different groups of us to naturally gather. It snowed for 2 days, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor spaces and club amenities as much as we would have liked, but the indoors were so lovely, none of us went stir-crazy, being "trapped" inside for 2 days with all the kids! The two and a half kitchens are well stocked with excellent pots and pans and appliances. The hot tub is clean! The view from the back porch and breakfast table is incredible. The walking trails are so lovely. We were in awe of the gorgeous fall colors, then it snowed and we had a winter wonderland! The roads were all ploughed well, so we had no trouble driving in the snow. We had several questions/requests that needed a timely response. Eliott & Kylie were amazing with responding right away, cheerful and always helpful. I never felt like we were inconveniencing them. Would 100% come back again!

Great Home, enjoyed the a peaceful weekend with great views!

We rented this house for Homecoming at Mars Hill. It is always a struggle finding a house big enough for all of us. We are getting older and find we really like sleeping on great beds and this house had great beds. We loved the rooms upstairs and down and the house was decorated beautifully. We were not there long enough to enjoy all the amenities like the home theatre room and sauna. The views from the porch were spectacular every evening as the sun went down. Deer came to see us every morning. We enjoyed this house and would love to stay again next year for our homecoming. Lorelei

This was a beautiful location. The house was as expected. and fit our needs. Only concern, the Hot Tub was not functioning. Host did refund us partial payment for this inconvenience but we were disappointed it was not working at the time of our stay. Would stay again!
