The house was great for a large group and the kids really enjoyed the amenities. The weather was great so we got a lot of time outside - the backyard space is unmatched, so many options. Overall good experience and would recommend this place.

We stayed at this gorgeous Scottsdale home and it exceeded every expectation. The house itself is stunning — beautifully designed, spacious, and honestly bigger than our own place back home. Our family had room to spread out and actually relax, which is rare on a vacation. The backyard was the real highlight. Packed with fun things to do, it kept the kids entertained for hours and gave us adults a perfect spot to unwind too. We didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a Scottsdale rental that feels like a true home away from home, this is it. We’ll definitely be back.”

The house had plenty of space for everyone, and there was so much to do both at the Airbnb and nearby, which made it such an easy and fun place to spend the weekend. We had an absolutely wonderful stay celebrating my birthday with our entire family, and it couldn’t have been a better place for all 20 of us to gather together. It’s not easy to find a home that comfortably accommodates a large group, but this one had plenty of beds and space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The amenities were fantastic! The pool, basketball court, and shuffleboard kept everyone entertained, and the kids absolutely loved the playroom—it was one of their favorite parts of the trip. There was truly something for every age, which made the weekend so enjoyable. We made so many special memories here that we’ll cherish for years to come. If you’re looking for a spacious, family-friendly place for a large group or special celebration, we would definitely recommend staying here. We had such a great weekend here and made some wonderful memories with our family. The layout was perfect for a group with kids, the backyard was a huge hit and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the home could use a little more maintenance and attention to detail, especially for a home in this price range. We ran into quite a few ants around the pool and patio, some of the outdoor amenities weren’t working and parts of the home, especially the bathrooms, felt more worn in person than the listing photos led us to expect. Overall, we’re really grateful for our stay and all the memories we made here. With a little more upkeep, this could easily be a 5-star property.

Such a great house! Perfect for our group ranging in age from 3 months to 60 years old. Had something for every age and plenty of space for all of us. Parents really appreciated the fenced pool and playroom!
The property had something for everyone! The amenities were awesome and shopping was near by! When a problem arose the host was quick to respond.
This place was a great option for our big family and had space for everyone. The pool area is shaded in the afternoon which was great for the younger kids. We also loved the basketball area and putting green. The neighborhood is right off a busier commercial area which made getting to the store easy but just something to note there is vehicle noise, with a speaker and good friends it didn’t bother us a bit. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had throughout the stay. There was an AC issue in the kids room and they were on top of it trying to help us resolve it asap. We would stay here again with our family!

The airbnb has a great layout for multiple families. However, when we arrived, the trash bins were extremely full and the pool and hot tub were not clean. There was no pool net on site — one was shipped for us to use ourselves rather than sending maintenance. We paid the extra fee to heat the pool; unfortunately it stopped working one day in our stay. We observed a rat along the pool fence and a mosquito infestation inside and outside the home. We contacted the hosts about this immediately. Unfortunately pest control did not arrive until the evening before checkout, and there was no property manager on site to coordinate the visit, so we spent part of our stay managing this ourselves. Multiple issues were reported throughout the stay via message with hosts and none were fully resolved. Prior reviews note the same pool heater failure and dirty pool conditions.

This was the perfect home for a family get together. Lots to do for all ages. We had grandkids ranging in age from 4 to 14 and there was something for everyone. The pool, playroom and basketball court were big hits and the kids loved that there was so much to do. We hardly left as there as so much to do right there. I would highly recommend this home for a family gathering.
Great house for multiple families. Comfortable beds, safe neighborhood, many activities, and space to spread out. While the hosts were communicative, we found their lack of flexibility off-putting. When denied early check-in (which is reasonable), we requested that we be able to drop groceries in the fridge so they didn't spoil as we waited for check in- that request was denied. We were encouraged (multiple times) to pay to heat the pool but the hosts were vague when asked for a temperature reading on the pool to inform our decision for this additional cost. When we arrived to the home, we were disappointed to see the small size of the dated pool, which was dirty at the bottom. There's no way it costs $100/day to heat the pool. We got multiple "extra charge" warning messages ($150 if the robot was out of the pool, $50+shipping if you leave something, etc). We worried about getting charged more vs relaxing. There were also many minor issues with the house. Nice place, but over-priced.
Highly recommend! This was a family/kid paradise! Pool, hot tub, ping pong, basketball, pool table, the list goes on, cozy areas for hangouts, great kitchen, we cooked a lot and had everything we needed. Even an orange tree in the backyard for fresh squeezed OJ every morning! Perfect spot for a big family getaway!
W e stayed here with friend group of 8 adults and 7 kids. the house was perfect for what we needed. The house was well stocked and had essentials as well as toys and games for the kids. the hosts were very responsive and helpful as well. the kids and the adults all had a great time and we woukd gladly visit again!
We had a good stay overall — this is a beautiful home with a great layout for multiple families. The beds were very comfortable, and the kids loved the playroom (especially the bunk beds with the slide). The backyard is amazing—fenced pool, bball court, play structure, games, fire pit and lots of seating. There’s also a really nice park a block away that our kids loved. The biggest downside is that the backyard backs up to a very busy 4-lane road (at 40 MPH). Traffic noise is constant and loud, making it hard at times to have conversations outside. We were surprised this wasn’t mentioned in other reviews. We had a few issues on arrival with things not working, but the hosts were responsive and sent help quickly. The pool heater also stopped working early in our stay and wasn’t replaced (even though the pool guy said he could replace ASAP with owner approval), but the hosts did refund the heating fee. Unfortunately, that meant the kids couldn’t swim those days which was a bummer.
Our family had a great time staying here to celebrate a birthday. Being that it’s February, we were able to have the pool heated which was really nice & everyone enjoyed that. The rockwall, slide and foam pit were a big hit with our 8 year old. We also enjoyed all the amenities outside! Would definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

Jeff and Bridget were excellent hosts. Their property was a perfect space for 5 different families with toddlers and infants. There was plenty of space for each family and the activities and amenities available were perfect for both adults and children, we never had to leave the house! The location was perfect for nightlife and enjoying the local eateries. The neighborhood was private and quiet with plenty of parking. The pool and hot tub was heated with enough toys and floaties for numerous children and the fence around the pool was a must as it was challenging for us to find when locating a property. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space. Our kids never wanted to leave their huge play room! The hosts were extremely responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great trip. We highly recommend this property and Jeff and Bridget as excellent hosts!

This home not only met, but also exceeded our expectations. The Airbnb photos accurately showed the home but couldn’t quite capture how wonderfully spacious and laid out the property was. 15 of us (5 children under age 5 and 10 adults) stayed in this home and fit very comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans and had every tool we needed. The bathrooms had plentiful towels and many towels were also available for use in the pool. The backyard of the property offered a plethora of activities for both kids and adults and included shuffleboard, a putting green, basketball, volleyball, ping pong, a kids’ playset and ample outdoor seating with both shade and sunspots. Everyone in our group commented multiple times about what a great find this was. The hosts were attentive and available for Qs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Airbnb for a fun extended family vacation.

We had a great time and the house/property was excellent. Lots to do and everything was very clean. We were not aware that pool maintenance would be coming during our stay. Some neighbors were super friendly but unfortunately others filed complaints about us being in the cul de sac during daylight hours.
We had a great time at this property. Our group consisted of 6 adults, 4 kids, and 1 crawler. There was something for every age to enjoy at the house. We appreciated the additional fencing around the pool so that the kids could play outside safely. The property is tidy, relatively well stocked for a larger group, and there were plenty of comfortable beds and a few essentials for the baby (high chair, pack and play). One thing to be aware of if you are travelling with a crawler or someone with mobility issues is that there are steps on the main level of the house in addition to the stairway to the upper level.
The host was very responsive and accommodating. Place was great for weekend getaway with lots of activities in the backyard for kids and adults. Very spacious and plenty of beds/rooms to accommodate large party.

We are so grateful for this spacious home getaway! We were in the PHX area unexpectedly for a funeral and it ended up being the perfect anchor for our family during a difficult time. The house was incredibly kid-friendly, spacious, and comfortable — everyone felt right at home the moment we arrived. It was such a gift to have a cozy, welcoming space where our relatives could gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. The kids had an absolute blast. Everything was spotless and well thought out, and the little touches for kids made a big difference. We can’t recommend this home enough and would absolutely stay here again.

This place was awesome, we had family come from out of town for our son’s 1st birthday. It was perfect for the kiddos, they enjoyed the playroom! Love that the pool is gated, felt safe to have kids in the backyard. Plus all the other amenities keeping everyone busy.
From the moment we stepped into this amazing space, we felt right at home. Engaging with Bridget and Jeff felt like reconnecting with an old friends--their genuine kindness radiated throughout our stay. They clearly anticipated our needs, which really enhanced our overall experience. Their home provided a myriad of entertainment options for the kids-from games to creative activities that fueled their imaginations (when the pool didn't steal their attention). The multiple gathering spaces was a sanctuary for family bonding and connection, especially the outside gathering space. The home was sparkling clean, with many thoughtful items (an abundance of pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, etc.). The office nook and upstairs movie area was exceptionally helpful for us adults that needed a functional work space. Communication with our host was nothing short of proactive and thoughtful. HIGHLY recommend this place! Many thanks to our amazing hosts!
We stayed here with our family and in-laws for over a week, and it was fantastic. Our kids were never bored, and we cooked lots of meals in the beautiful kitchen. I also worked upstairs in the den, and it was great. Don’t hesitate to book this place if you have kids!

The house was great, with tons of things to do on property. Additionally, we had issues with the wifi and the host was very responsive in helping us troubleshoot and getting someone out to fix the problem. Would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Scottsdale.
This was a great place for an extended family get-away. We had three adult couples, Grandpa, and six kids ranging from 2 to 9. The kids loved the room with slide, bunk beds, and video games. We also really appreciated the pool fence and lock, as we had three toddlers along. All the outdoor amenities were heavily used by kids and adults alike. Very comfortable house, and kitchen had everything you need to cook own meals to avoid eating out, if you like. Would definitely recommend and will likely use it again on our next Scottsdale vacation!

This house has everything a group traveling with kids could need. We loved that the pool was fenced so we didn't need to worry about kids playing in the backyard. The playroom and the backyard were amazing. We also appreciated the various sleep spaces to accomate our large group with children ages 1-7. One additional note, when in doubt, heat the pool.

I have to tell you, this place was the most well-stocked game/entertainment home we've ever stayed at. We had our 9 year old with us and there was not a second he wasn't having a great time- playing basketball, Dig-Dug, Galaga, the hot tub, pool, horse shoes...It just kept getting better- even an awesome pool table for later in the evening. Highly recommend for those looking for a great time in Scottsdale- and at their AirBNB! Jeff was extremely responsive when we had a question and the place was very clean and well kept.

This place was amazing! My children had a blast in all the fun spaces they have created. The outdoor space is by far the star for both adults and children. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do whatever they fancied. The kids bedroom was so fun and beautifully designed. Bring your friends because this house is an awesome size for everyone. We had 5 adults and 2 children and room to spare.
