House looks just like the pictures and owners are very kind and friendly.

Came here for a girls weekend with 8 people and we had a great time! The Airbnb was fully stocked with everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach towels to shampoo/conditioner/bodywash! The home is beautifully decorated and has a ton of things to do if you want to just stay in, but is also very driveable to AMI and its beaches. The rooms are very spacious and the whole house was very clean. One thing to note if you are booking is that there is a primary bathroom and one other bathroom, both downstairs. With a large group this could be challenging, but our group had zero issues. If returning back to this area, I would 100% book this Airbnb again. Lastly, a note about the hosts. They were friendly, easy to communicate with, and checked in at different points during our trip. When one of our girls forgot an item in the house, they remained responsive as we navigated the return of the lost item! Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay with family-kid friendly.

The host were amazing from the very beginning. Easy access to get into the property. It was designed very tastefully and one of the cleanest Airbnb‘s. I’ve ever stayed in. It was only a seven minute drive to the beach. That had free parking and easy access. I would stay at this property again. Thank you so much.

This was a house suited for men with spouses to equal the 14. As my group was attending a brotherhood church conference, the sleeping arrangements were definitely a challenge but we made it work. The spirit of the Lord was present with us. There was so many things to do at the house but the only thing really used was the pool. It was more of fellowship for us. Stayed up late playing dominoes and having great conversations. Before we walked out the door for the last time we prayed over the house and all its rooms so that the next family that stays feels as welcome as we did. I would definitely book again only this time we keep the count to seven guys. If I had one complaint it is this….. please invest in new pillows!!! They were hard as a rock and my neck is still trying to recover. Thanks again for your hospitality and look forward to renting again.

Our family stayed at this epic house over the weekend. There is so much to do we stayed entertained and enjoyed all that it had to offer. Very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The house is equipped with everything you need for a home away from home experience. Loved the fire pit we did s’mores with the kiddos. They loved that. The host is incredibly quick at responding. This house is going at the top of my list of favorites. Highly recommend.

We (two couples) stayed for about a week and had the most relaxing, fun getaway. The location was perfect — just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and peaceful, yet still convenient to shopping and beaches. The host’s communication was outstanding — very fast responses to every question we had, which made the whole experience seamless. The pool and hot tub were awesome, the mini-golf was a blast, and the outdoor grill was clean and worked great. Inside, the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and tool we could possibly need. Beds were super comfortable, pillows and linens were clean and fresh, and there were tons of towels plus plenty of games for evening fun. We were able to fully unwind, laugh a lot, and just enjoy each other’s company. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

We loved this house! *Perfect for a big family with kids!* We had a blast celebrating 3 family birthdays here. The house is impeccable, beautiful, and cozy for all ages and it is perfectly located. My husband loves to cook for the family and the kitchen is fully equipped. There’s tons of great entertainment, and our grandkids absolutely loved the pool and the backyard. The beach 🏖️ is just a few minutes away, which was fantastic. And finally, Kyle and Nicole are wonderful hosts. Very responsive and willing to help any time. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would!

This Airbnb was everything and more! I will be recommending this to everyone I know that will be in the area. The home was even better in person, they had everything fully stocked even including bikes and as many water toys you can think of. Any question I had the hosts were incredibly responsive. This was the perfect weekend getaway for my friends and family, we were all blown away! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier großer Wert darauf gelegt wird, den Gästen einen besonderen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und alles war bestens organisiert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und die Unterkunft hatte eine ganz besondere Wohlfühlatmosphäre, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und die schönen Erinnerungen, die wir hier sammeln durften. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung! ❤️✨🏡

Not a good experience. This house is set up well and beautifully decorated but is poorly managed. Upon check in, we were welcomed by two issues: 1. a large pile of trash with swarming flies blocking our access to the hot tub that took almost 24 hours to resolve, 2. The house was heated to 81 degrees downstairs and even hotter upstairs (we came in June) and the host was unable to correct the issue for 4 hours. The Nest thermostat remained locked for our stay and we had to message the host for any temp adjustments. The following day we realized the garage door was not connected to the opener so could've easily been opened by anyone outside the home and there was an undisclosed camera actively filming our kids swimming in the pool. The garage issue was fixed within hours, the undisclosed camera issue was never resolved during our stay despite Vrbo letting the host know it was against standards, so we covered the camera. Some smaller issues, but disruptive to our vacation were televisions turning on in the middle of the night, 2 different episodes of fire alarms malfunctioning and going off in the home (once at 7am before most of us were awake), several of the golf clubs were broken, only half of the hot tub jets work, games provided were missing key parts, the conditioner bottle was filled with shampoo. Many corners were cut and and effort seemed low from host to ensure home was ready for our arrival and stay.

Beautiful home to stay in with a family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would book again for sure.

We stayed in this lovely house and had a great time. The place was very clean and just a short, easy drive to the beach—Manatee Beach was beautiful with excellent amenities. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and had plenty of fun options so we hardly needed to leave. Beds were super comfortable check out was easy. Overall a fantastic stay and we would recommend it.

Great stay

As a family of 6 we absolutely loved this home! It was a great location for exploring Bradenton and heading to AMI for the beach. The house itself had everything we needed for a restful pool day followed by an outdoor movie night. Our kids did not want to leave. They loved the bunk room and it was so nice that there were a few games and books for them to enjoy. We also appreciated that this home was fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and even cute little totes with beach toys for our little ones. The kitchen was great for cooking in and they had ziplocks and foil for packing up lunches for the beach. As a mom of 4, these extras meant a lot and saved us a trip to Target. Each room was beautifully decorated and the style extends to the outdoor space as well. Perfect for staying in and hanging out - the backyard is like a mini resort. If you’re looking for a fun place to stay with girlfriends or family, we highly recommend this home! 🌴

Had a great stay! Property was as described. Hosts are communicative and care about the property. My kids loved the pool and mini golf!

This looked to be about 15 minutes away from Anna Maria Island. What we didn't realize was that with traffic it's over an hour. Pool was COLD. Since we paid an extra $100/day to heat the pool we were disappointed. I checked in with them to see if we should adjust something. They responded quickly but said everything was as it should be. The pool heater was outside our window and kept us up all night. So we looked at it again in the morning. It had codes and wasn't working right. They got someone out to fix it that day. So really appreciated that but it was cold and loud the first 2 days so sad we paid to 'heat' it those days. We had some trouble with the TV's but they responded again right away. A guest before us must have put a password on the tv's so we could only watch a couple cartoons. We eventually got that working too. The outlet for the projector wasn't working so we had to go buy extraction cords. Took time to get things set up but then had a nice time away.

Beautiful home! It was perfect for our group.

This place had everything we needed and more! Comfortably accommodated 9 people (4 adults, 4 teenagers and a 6 year old). Kitchen was fully equipped with supplies, the grill was also a great feature. Kids were never bored between pool table, corn hole swimming and hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

The home was gorgeous and beautifully appointed. Everything you would need for a short stay was provided. Kelly was easy to communicate with. The outdoor space was incredible with a lovely pool, game area, and hot tub. Our only issues were that the hot tub was not clean and ready to use upon arrival, however, Kelly had that taken care of by the next day. There was also a safety issue with the handrail to the second floor. Upon arrival it was hanging off the wall, just sitting on the stairs. We did not utilize the upstairs bedrooms, but if we needed to, that would have been a major safety hazard. That issue was not rectified during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.
