Our stay was short and the property met all the expectations. It was exactly what we needed. Plenty to do on the property and close to a lot of good restaurants. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend the location to others.

The hosts were AMAZING!! they accommodated our times of check in and check out , which was a huge help ! Always responded quickly with whatever questions or requests we had! They kept checking on us making sure we didn’t need anything during our stay, place was super clean! Big !! It’s a plus the little casita on the back I would recommend 1,000% to book with them ! Thank you Jeff & Bridget!

This place was awesome and worth every penny! Very spacious and Jeff and Bridget were very accommodating for our family reunion. We really enjoyed having access to the guest casita and enjoyed all of the amenities the place has to offer! The pool, putting green and many other games kept us entertained during our stay. Highly recommend!!

Overall, it was a spacious and pleasant environment. We attended a wedding, which meant our extended family gathered together. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy the outdoor area due to the events and the extreme heat that week , but the air conditioning inside maintained a comfortable temperature for everyone. Additionally, there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient to find necessities. Traveling to the airport or other locations in Phoenix was a breeze.

This was a beautiful property with so much to do both indoors and out. The hosts were quick to respond. Both homes had so much space to accommodate our big family. The beds were very comfortable. The spacious kitchen had what we needed for cooking. The beautiful sunsets were the cherry on the top.

Great place to go and have a good time. Everything was fantastic we enjoyed our time together with all the family. We really recommend this place for a great vacation time.

Home was beautiful, i definitely do believe they need a better cleaning team as the house had hair in a lot of places . Most of the carpets had stains and very noticeable . If carpets move a little you can see they are dirty underneath . Maybe do walk throughs once in a while to check on property as a couple things were broken and pool chairs are very old and dirty but i will say they did great at taking care of most of it right away so that's great . The house fits everyone perfect for big groups . I do believe they also need better umbrella stands are they kept falling over on us and we had to diy making them stay up with rocks or whatever we found near by . My top thing is the safety doors to the pool area because it definitely kept the little ones inside . Love the big table areas because it fits so many people !

The house was very spacious and provided a great environment for everyone to connect, whether in the open kitchen and family room or around the large outdoor patio table next to the grill. Our trip was an opportunity to bring together both local and traveling team members for team building and project coordination. The layout of the home made it easy for everyone to gather, collaborate, and spend time together. Overall, this was an excellent location, and we'll definitely be looking to bring the team back here again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay for the family vacation, kids had fun with pool and basketball court especially. Adults had a good time in the kitchen and living room with the spaciousness. Jeff and Bridget accommodated us the best they can and recommend them to anyone with their friendly manner and responsive nature.

Very responsive to communication.

I honestly don’t know where to start. The place was absolutely perfect and beautiful. It was a 20 out of 10!! the pictures honestly do it no justice even though they’re great pictures, in person it’s even more beautiful more spacious, and more welcoming than the pitchers could ever portray. I have been to a lot of nice Airbnb’s, but this by far was the best and worth every penny. Location was easy to find check-in was a breeze. Everything was clean. The host was very responsive and intuitive, also very accommodating as I had family flying in at different times, and needed to check in earlier than expected. I have absolutely zero complaints about the property or the host. It was nothing short of an amazing time! I will definitely be booking with them every time I come to Arizona.

My family & I stayed there for Mother’s Day weekend & everyone loved the home. We were all kept busy & enjoyed the experience. As for the hosts, they were giving consistent, quick responses which was great & helpful. Also, they were extremely friendly. Would love to stay at this property again!

Super fun house. Jeff and Bridget were very responsive and helpful. Kitchen very well stocked. Way more available than most Airbnbs I have stayed in. Location was great and close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend!

Great property for families! So many activities.

It was a great spot for a large group. We are a college golf team, and didn’t need to do much of anything outside of the house. We loved the mini golf and basketball. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after each round. And because of the casita I was able to keep both the men and women’s teams on the same location. 5-stars all around!

Jeff and Bridgets place was great place for our group to stay at. It was large, spacious and had a ton of activities both inside and outside. Some places say they sleep a lot of people but often you will have to cram four five or six people into one room. This place truly had a lot of sleeping rooms for couples to use which was great. The house and kitchen were well stocked with dishes, cooking pans and utensils (basically everything except another couple of tea towels might have been nice 😊) The pickleball court and volleyball court were both well done and we spent a lot of time on both. The pool and other activities were welcomed as well when we needed a break from the sun! Jeff and Bridget, along with their co hosts, Kyle and Nicole, were all quite accommodating, friendly and resolved the minor issues which arose, very quickly. Thanks for the memorable family vacation!!

The house itself was nice and well-kept, but several amenities were disappointing. The games in the house felt like very cheap versions, and the mini-golf course was in poor condition. The pool was enjoyable, but the hot tub never heated above 91F. The casita lock didn’t work, and phone support wasn’t very helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, the experience didn’t match the price we paid.

Great space for our 3 families to get together for Thanksgiving. With 7 teenagers, we always need space and activities, and this house had an abundance - pickle, basketball, cornhole, ping pong, video games, and more. Jeff and Bridget were very responsive with our requests. Would definitely stay again when we're looking at the Phoenix area.

First & foremost BEAUTIFUL home. However, upon arrival the guest home had leftover trash that wasn’t taken out with a ridiculous and very potent odor. The situation was handled immediately the next day but if all my guests had arrived that first day they would not have been able to stay in that home with that smell. Pool was fairly heated (100$ a day, full duration of your stay) the vacuum unfortunately does have to stay in the pool the whole time, its kinda in the way. The fire pit unfortunately did not work, response was fairly bland with regular instructions that clearly weren’t working. Considering we attempted the fire pit on our last day they probably didn’t find the need to show up on the scene. A fan in the guest home completely broke off, could’ve been extremely dangerous if a child or someone was present. Overall i just think for the price the condition of the home should be top notch & it’s disappointing to see that it wasnt. Still a very beautiful home. Please just clean!

Large property with plenty to do. Be aware there are steps everywhere so if you have people in your party that are disabled or use a walker this place is not for you. I have addressed cleaning and maintenance issues with the property manager.

It is a great place for a family to hangout and be together. We had a great time celebrating being with family and celebrating my parents 60th Anniversary they just wanted us to be all together I will suggest putting shade over playground and parts by the pool the umbrellas they had which was 1 didn’t shade we went home since we live in the valley and brought a big umbrella being my parents are 82 they don’t swim but wanted to sit for a bit under shade . The game room was amazing my grandkids and family really bonded playing ping pong and pool and the awesome arcade games overall great stay

Was in arizona looking for property so wasnt really a vacation but this property gave the kids plenty to do to keep them entertained.

Jeff and Bridget were phenomenal hosts - they were very easy to communicate with and checked in with me throughout my stay to make sure everything was up to standard and we were enjoying our time - the Airbnb itself is stunning!! we enjoyed the outdoor oasis during our summer stay. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone and would love to come back again!

This home has great amenities. There was always something for our family to do. The home was clean and beautiful. We really liked that there was well water to drink instead of city water. The hosts were very responsive, answered all my questions and responded quickly. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Reunion Excellent accommodations for family reunion.

We stayed at this incredible property in Peoria for a work trip this week, and it exceeded every expectation. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed—from a spacious layout to amazing amenities like the gym, game room, pool, and even a bowling lane! The backyard and casita setup gave our group plenty of room to relax and spread out. Jeff and Bridgett were outstanding hosts—checking in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness and hospitality really set the tone for an enjoyable and stress-free stay. I would absolutely recommend this place for large groups, work trips, or family vacations. We’ll definitely be back!

Jeff and Bridgets place was amazing, amazing, amazing. Pictures definitely on point of how their home and yard is. We had such a great time. The grandkids had so much things to do in the yard and in the house. Everyone had their own space. Communication was great and very prompt. The casita was amazing as well. Their home had everything. Kitchen had all that you need. Restrooms was fully stocked with all the necessities. I would highly recommend staying at Jeff and Bridget's place. Definitely worth what you pay for. Great stay! My only complaint is that some of the furniture was broken. When I arrived, the grill did not have propane, but they sent someone to replace it the following day. Other than that, it looks just like the picture, and I would gladly come again.

This house is a great space for a large group, with sooo much to do in the backyard and game room. We had several families staying together and didn't have to take the kids anywhere for activities, since there was so much to do at the house. Jeff and bridget were responsive to any question or text I sent, and always so friendly. I would highly recommend!

House Everything about this property was amazing! Super helpful host, clean, easy check in

The house is huge, as is the casita. In case anyone in your group has mobility issues, you should be aware that there are stairs to navigate. Everything was clean and in working order. We appreciated plenty of towels as well as the big dining table for meals and games. There are also plenty of plates, glassware and silverware. However, if you have a big group and want to cook meals, the kitchen equipment is inadequate. Jeff and Bridget were nice enough to send us a pasta pot upon request, but you would be wise to bring your own large pots, pans, and bowls. Since the house sleeps so many guests, I didn’t expect this to be an issue at all. The outdoor area was fun but some of the sports equipment was a little dilapidated. We also got good use of the pool table. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay This house was perfect for our two night stay for a baseball tournament. The beds were great and the amenities were everything we needed.

I loved being able to house my business retreat at one location for multiple people. The on site activities where just what the group needed for our quick 10-15 min breaks in-between our work meetings. Everyone had enough space and activities to fit the personalities.

I really liked this Airbnb. I stayed at just if I had to give them tips to improve the place. I would make it where it wasn’t like a DIY kitchen. It was done the right way kinda like put together the right way and also I would say get better pillows And fakes the lights on the back porch cause they’re really really dim and also. Mattresses were kinda uncomfortable. And it was very very cold in the house maybe some more blankets, also I don’t know if it was the bedding or if it was the tide they use in their washer because they are cartridges or if it was the water in the hot tub, but we started to break out a lot like on our legs and just our whole skin started a breakout me and my mom, my niece, my nephew, and my sister, I don’t know what it could be. I just wanted to let you know other than that your guys place was amazing and it’s definitely a vacation spot if anybody’s looking for a vacation.

This place is spectacular for a large family get together. Lots of towels for pool and hot tub, wonderful huge back yard with so many things to do! It’s a very peaceful get away and nice and private. Quite location, but close to all the places we needed. We had our annual buisness meeting here, and it worked nicely for that. Highly recommend !!!

The place was fantastic - particularly for the kids (toddlers and infant). There was lots for them and the adults to do outside and lots of space inside. Would stay again!

This home is stunning! Such a lovely place to spend our Christmas vacation with the family. We loved all the fun stuff to do right there in the backyard, it was awesome for the kids and adults too! Also very much appreciated the responsive hosts, it was a great experience all around! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Unlimited fun for all! Our family from three other states met here for our grandsons first birthday. They live in Phoenix area. Our large family of 17 adults (3 in their 80s) and 7 children and 3 babies stayed comfortably in this place. We had fun playing pickleball, mini golf, horse shoes and shuffle board. Jacuzzi at night let the parents wind down and have uninterrupted conversation while the kids were downstairs playing games, ping pong and building trains. The casita was spacious and private. As far as entertainment, this has everything. It was a retreat. Lots of time for our family to hang out together and catch up. Don't need to go spend money anywhere else. Stores are nearby. Plenty of parking. Will do this again.

The house was beautiful and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Beautifully decorated not overwhelming. Security door knobs were absolutely perfect. My 7 yr old son couldn’t get outside without me knowing:) gave me peace of mind. We went to AZ for a family birthday and decided to stay here instead of a hotel. We will definitely come back to this place in the future. The hosts went quick to respond. Great for big families. Backyard had sand volleyball courts, basketball/pickle ball courts, bowling lane/pool/ small playground for kids. Really don’t have to leave except to get food. :)

We just had the most incredible stay at this Peoria property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. The home is massive, beautifully designed, and jam-packed with amenities. Every single detail has been thought of—from the fully equipped kitchen to the game room that kept our group entertained for hours. The outdoor area is absolutely next-level! We spent our days lounging by the private pool and even trying our hand at mini-golf. The backyard is a true resort-style oasis, with tons of seating, a playground for the kids, and a hot tub to unwind at night. The separate casita was perfect for our extended family, giving everyone the space they needed while still being together. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood close to shops and restaurants, but honestly we didn’t even want to leave the property! This home is the ultimate getaway for large groups or families, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here, we loved it. This home has everything inside and out to keep the kids entertained. When it was too hot to swim or play outside, the kids had the game room inside that kept them busy. It’s a beautiful and spacious home with lots of bathrooms. There are a couple of stairs for those who find it a problem, but not worry because there is a room with a bathroom where no stairs are needed. There is a shopping center 5mins away, which was a huge plus. Hannah was such a great host, she always responded quickly whenever we had any questions before, during and after we booked.
