Clean, comfortable rental in a good location on the peninsula in a quiet community.

Great location. Beautiful, relaxing, picture perfect outdoor space. Needed to dust the bedroom fan, it was very dusty. Everything else was neat and clean. Enjoyed the condo very much. Plan on coming back to stay.

Great stay in the heart of Ephraim! It's steps away from the main attractions in Ephraim and a convenient drive to anywhere else in Door County. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The loft does get a bit toasty during the day, but they have fans installed which helped a lot. The host was very responsive.

Great location in Door County! It’s centrally located, making it easy to bop around to all the areas we wanted to explore. Ephraim’s public beach was our favorite, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk from the condo. There are also plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again!

We loved staying here! It was easy to find a right in the heart of town which made it very walkable to enjoy Ephraim. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and lovely condo for enjoying the best of Door County. The condo had all the amenities and extras we needed for 2 couples to enjoy a getaway weekend. We made use of the outdoor grill, patio and fully stocked kitchen. It was a quick 2 block walk to be at the water and Wilson’s for ice cream. Sunset over the water was spectacular!

We had a great stay in Ephraim! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for everything we wanted to do in Door County. We stayed with two adults and two kids, and it was perfect for our family. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and ice cream, while the public beach and state park were just a quick drive away. It was also an easy drive to other towns like Sister Bay, but we really appreciated the quieter, more relaxed vibe in Ephraim. Overall, it was an easy and convenient home base for exploring Door County, and we’d happily stay here again!

Great location, just one block from the water and a few minutes walk to downtown. Very peaceful area! It's a simple unit but it is clean and well-kept! Host is responsive and friendly.

Home was perfect for us, and was exactly as listed. Clean, great location, and was well equipped. The only reason I gave 4 stars was a communication problem at the end of our stay, when requesting a late checkout. There was no response to my initial request the day before checkout and when I sent another message later in the afternoon, they apologized and say they were checking to see if late checkout could work. I still had not heard anything by 9am the morning of checkout and even called the phone number listed for urgent issues. They finally got back to me at 11:00 am for a late checkout at noon. Despite this communication issue, I would still stay here again, as I believe this was not typical for the host/agency.

We stayed here with our two toddlers and loved it! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the bay, wonderful restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and so much more to explore. Before our trip, I reached out to ask about a pack-and-play since we needed two but hoped to avoid bringing both. While there wasn’t one in the unit when we arrived, the Simple Life representative was incredibly responsive and quickly helped us get one, which we truly appreciated. It happened to be very hot during our stay, so the lofted bedroom didn’t get quite as much AC as the rest of the space, but the provided fans kept it comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic spot for a family getaway, and we’d happily stay again!

This is my second time staying at this location. You can’t beat it. You can walk to the water. Absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. I will definitely be coming back again.

Family meet up This place was perfect for our two families and Grandma. Had everything we needed and was close enough for activities for the day.

Great house! House was great for our group - grandma and grandpa downstairs, mom dad aunt and uncle upstairs and kids in the bunk room! The kids loved the trail in the forest in the backyard and proximity to downtown egg harbor was great
