Welcome to Antler House, a thoughtfully designed two-level A-frame tucked among the trees in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. Blending Scandinavian-inspired charm with modern comforts, this cozy retreat invites you to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the beauty of the Poconos.

Step inside to soaring whitewashed ceilings, warm interiors, and a stunning wall of windows that brings the outdoors in. At the heart of the living space, a Norwegian fireplace creates the perfect setting for cozy mornings, snowy afternoons, and quiet evenings by the fire. The main level also features a comfortable queen bedroom and a full bathroom.

Upstairs, the open loft offers a cozy escape of its own. Curl up with a good book, enjoy your favorite music with the Bluetooth-enabled sound system, or settle into the spacious workspace with its leather swivel chair. A retro-inspired Koala sofa effortlessly converts into a true queen-size bed, comfortably accommodating two additional guests. Antler House sleeps up to 4 guests.

- Up to 2 under 25 lbs dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
- Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you. Thank you!
- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- For the security of our guests and property, 2 exterior Ring cameras are installed — one on the garage for the driveway and one on the front porch to capture front door. No interior cameras are present.
- Parking is available for 3 in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.
- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.
- Outdoor Lighting: Landscape lighting throughout the property automatically turns on at dusk and remains illuminated for approximately 8 hours. Please note that these lights operate on a preset schedule and cannot be manually controlled or turned off by guests.
- Please Note: The loft is accessed by a steep staircase with a railing. Guests should use caution when going up and down the stairs, especially young children or those with mobility limitations.

Please note: This property requires guest registration. This HOA charges a $135 Guest Registration fee (charged at the time of booking). Failure to complete the registration process within the allotted time could result in the reservation being cancelled.

Wristband info: Your $135 registration fee includes six (6) amenity-use wristbands. You may receive additional wristbands for $10 each, up to 10 per the maximum occupancy of the home. Wristbands do not include golf or fitness center use (separate fees apply). The fitness center is $10 a day per person, and the golf course fees vary. Wristbands must be worn at all times, failure to do so and using the community amenity could result in a fine.

Guests have access to community amenities, subject to seasonal operating schedules:
• Community Pool & Lake: Opens for the season on Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend.

Please note that all community amenity opening dates are subject to change based on weather, maintenance, and community management decisions. Availability is not guaranteed during your stay.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
