BEAUTIFUL & PERFECT! We had a wonderful family vacation in this unit! It was spotless and an AWESOME BEACH VIEW! The only issue we had was with the master bedroom tv. It definitely needs to be changed out but other than that we loved this unit and would stay here again!

Spring Vacation Get away from work and kids. It was perfect, nice quiet and relaxing.

Thanksgiving stay Wonderful location and accommodations. The only negative feedback we have is the difficulty of using the sliding glass door to the patio. It needs some adjustment to ease use.

Great place to stay We had no complaints! Great place to stay, close to everything we wanted to do! Plenty of great restaurants close! Boshamps, and The Back Porch are have to eat places!

Amazing!!! My now wife and I were getting married during our stay. And loved the location of this condo. We couldn’t have been more happy with everything the condo had inside. The room. The furniture. Everything was comfortable. It made our stay that much better. It was our home away from home in Oklahoma.

Room was clean and we ahead a beautiful view of the beach.

Master shower was missing one glass door and water drained poorly. Overall minor wear and tear on couch as expected. The location is outstanding. Communication with host was phenomenal. The responses were almost immediate. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. I would recommend this listing as it comfortably accommodated my family of 6.

Great condo!

Beautiful place to stay! We felt right at home. The view was perfect. Everything was so nice!

Very clean condo! 100% would stay here again

The host was welcoming and helpful. The mattress in the master bedroom was really worn on the left side facing the bed. Other than that and we had to leave a day early due to inclement weather approaching at home, everything was great.

If not for the view, I would be very disappointed. Condo is in need of a some attention! -My mattress was incased in heavy plastic, which made sleeping uncomfortably hot. -Refrigerator Freezer not making ice, -no instructions for TV’s (the cable was actually unhooked!). -no extra blanket (only 2 duvets), -one side of kitchen sink is falling in. The balcony is great & of course the view is outstanding!I’ve stayed at emerald towers several times & always enjoy the pool & proximity to the beautiful beach. I would not recommend this particular condo.

Good Stay Enjoyed our stay -would have been nicer if the weather had been better but never know what that might be like. Only real complaint would be the master bed - not the most comfortable and since it seemed to have been wrapped was very noisy just turning over. We did have several great sunrise and sunset pictures so happy to complement the location and nothing blocking my view. Would recommend to others.

The view of the ocean was amazing. Easy access to the beautiful beach. The condo was great. We had such a great vacation.

Suite 1202 Great clean suite. Thought a few things could be updated such as couch. But was a wonderful clean suite.

Overall price and view was worth it For the price and the view made the place totally worth it. Overall the condo was fine, maybe some small improvements would make it perfect, but the view of the ocean was 100% worth it.

Beautiful views. Probably our favorite unit we have stayed in at Emerald Towers. Had everything needed for a perfect week at the beach.

Emerald towers stay We had a great vacation in Destin. The location and access to the beach were superb. The pool was in a great location and very well maintained. Couldn't ask for better.

Great view The balcony views were amazing as well as views from master bedroom. The furnishings were updated, tastefully done .. enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back , a few things that could use some attention, the mattress was not the best for me ,

Master TV not working properly. Only thing was the TV in the master bedroom doesn’t work properly. Only catches one station “ION” and even with new batteries the sound wouldn’t adjust nor was able to turn tv off. Had to unplug from wall to turn off.. Other than that the condo was awesome!

Mostly pleased Refrigerator is old (water and ice in door doesn’t work), dishwasher is in a tight spot, ice maker needs new seal, master tub and shower need updating. (We used other remodeled shower after one time when tub wouldn’t drain.) King bed needs a mattress pad. Plastic cover makes crinkling noise. We changed to queen. Much more comfortable! Decor is very attractive. HVAC blows directly on the bed.

Great Condo Steps from the beach Condo was nice and clean upon arrival. Could use some updating. Some cabinets were stuck or had a hard time opening. Condo was lacking some general cooking utensils— pizza cutter and knives in silverware drawer were falling apart at the handles. Other than those minor details, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Vacation 2025 Emerald Towers was an awesome place to stay. Our view from our room was amazing! Room was exactly as described, a few minor issues (fridge was warm, couldn’t get tv’s to work) were handled and fixed right away. Will definitely be back to this beautiful location.

Comfortable Emerald Tower condo Condo was clean and true to pictures.Spacious for us 3, furniture was also clean and solid. Beds were comfortable and view was beautiful. Decent selection of items in kitchen. Television was slightly difficult to manage but I’m not tech savy either. I would recommend and visit again

Relaxing It was the perfect getaway. Perfect location and fell asleep listening to the waves every night!

Perfect stay One of the best vacation stays we have had in Destin! Loved the space in the condo and the big kitchen! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

10/10 I literally would not change a single thing about our stay at Emerald Towers. Everyone was friendly, check-in/check-out was easy, amazing view, and room was very clean.

Great condo Great condo, fabulous location. The woman at the front desk was very helpful/friendly. The only negative was there was no skillet, just a lid? So we had to buy a skillet. No pizza pan either. But all in all a Great place! Would stay again😊

Great room with amazing view This was a great room. Clean and stocked with all the necessities. There was a mysterious beeping sound the first night, but the front desk sent someone that located an old smoke alarm with a failing battery in the closet. The bed was big and comfortable, but the mattress was HOT. That was our only issue with the room. Everything else was amazing. Loved the double balcony doors, and the patio furniture was perfect for lounging and/or having a meal. The establishment itself was quiet. They have rolling carts for luggage, and grocery carts downstairs. Pool was clean and heated. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

great location/condo has issues Condo needs cleaned of mold/mildew in bathroom. Fix lights and doors. Better mattresses and pillows. Fix paint hanging off vents and all the dust. Views and location was great. Would stay at property again but not in that condo. Did not want to cook as cockroaches in the kitchen sink.

Destin - emerald towers Very enjoyable! Awesome views & the property was clean & comfortable!

Unresponsive Host Upon arrival, the condo had not been cleaned. Host could not been contacted - even through VRBO Customer Service. VRBO Customer Service could not find us another property. Having already paid, we cleaned the place ourselves & washed the linens. Host did not respond to any of the many emails, phone calls & texts for 48 hours. We were refunded the cleaning fee, but I won't stay with a Scenic Stay Property again.

Very nice Property. Awesome View. Very comfortable unit. Extremely clean. Nothing worn, broken or dirty. Fantastic view of the beach and gulf. Central location to everything in Destin. Not as crowded on the beach as some of the bigger complexes. Great beach staff. Rental chairs and umbrellas not included in room rate but available on the beach. Private umbrellas were not allowed. Would book here again.

Nice condo Nice condo..main bathroom needs upgrade but it was fine....had directions for tv remote but still could not figure it out...would stay here again..well priced..rated communication with manager as 3 to finish the review but there was no communication with the manager

Perfect getaway Overall, property was well kept. It had everything we needed. The view was amazing. And the location was perfect.

Nice condo, poor communication Communication with Scenic Stays was terrible. The condo changed from two beds to one queen bed and it took multiple attempts (calls, email, VRBO messages) before I could get an answer. I asked for a new property or at least a small discount to cover the cost of the air mattress we'd have to buy but after weeks of not hearing back, was told no, and the alternative properties were not equal to what we had booked. The condo itself was nice and we had a great time but would not use Scenic Stays again.

Great Vacation on Destin Beach! The Condo was everything we hoped for. Comfortable, clean and everything we needed for a great vacation. The property was beautiful and the management was so accommodating. The views from the balcony were outstanding. Well stocked kitchen and great condo layout. Great location on the most beautiful beach. We would defiantly go back!

Great location The property was s in a perfect spot. We did not have to travel more that three miles to get to our destination. The condo looked out onto the beach and was such a beautiful site. The master on-suite needs an upgrade, however it was workable.
