Emerald Towers 0706 — Guest Reviews

Wonderful Experience! Our family enjoyed our stay at Emerald Towers 706. The condo was just as pictured. The decor was so pretty! The condo was clean and ready for use! The furniture was comfortable, but the sofa bed needs some work. When pulling out the bed, it took too men just to get it out. Once out it slept great, but the pulling out and putting back in needs some work. The only other thing that I might mention is there needs to be another large skillet added to the inventory. Other than these two things, everything else was wonderful. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. The views were incredible. We would definitely book this condo again! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Our family had a marvelous time!

Great beach Had a great time with family, in a such a beautiful location. Destin is so much fun with great restaurants within walking distances. Would come again and again.

Needed Family Time We had a wonderful time in Destin. The condo was fantastic. It was right on the beach. The condo looked just like the online pictures. Clean, lots of room, lovely balcony. We will definitely be back.

Great property the only thing is I wish they had more plastic utensils for the kids. Everything else was great.

Family Vacay 25' The property was well maintained and in a prime location. There were a few minor things that we left a note about.. overall no complaints about condo and would definitely come back!

Great Location The condo is exactly as pictured which is great because some are not. My family had plenty of space and don’t feel stacked on top of each other. The view from the condo is beautiful in the afternoon as the sun sets. It’s centrally located so either direction gets you to attractions and restaurants quickly.

Beautiful condo Best condo my family has ever stayed in within the Destin area. The windows are amazing. Will try my hardest to book this exact unit for our next trip.

What a view The pictures are very accurate. Very spacious unit with beautiful views. A few minor issues (example: dishwasher broken), but getting a hold of the property manager was easy. With the size of the unit (I.e. amount of people staying would have liked there to be more plates and silverware but to us that was small potatoes. Our whole family agreed we’d stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Girl’s Trip Awesome location, everyone very friendly and helpful, comfortable beds. Everyone said it was a great choice and we would all stay again!

Girl’s 60th bday trip The place was wonderful, right on the beach, condo was beautiful and roomy, beds were comfortable, gated community which was great, close to shops, food. We had an awesome time and everyone loved the place!

Beautiful View! The condo was just what we needed for a girls trip of 6. Perfect location right on the beach, enough seating for all of us to hang out in the living room and on the balcony. Great customer service and very clean. Highly recommend!

Best Birthday Ever! I stayed here for my birthday with my family and it could have not been perfect! The unit was spacious, renovated , modern and had everything we needed. View from the balcony was beautiful. Seeing the sunrise by the beach is everything. It was a corner unit so we had a lot of natural sunlight. My favorite unit ever!

Condo was clean and sunny.. Perfectly located. Walked to Starbucks! Easy to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Would rent it again!

This condo was not as pictured. It was not large enough for 9 people- it was not well equipped. The condo has not been updated in forever- the water pressure is terrible. The fold out bed was covered in mold- it forced me to go out and BUY a blow up bed and bedding that was clean.

Great location

The space was very accommodating for my family . Clean and accessible to things

We loved the space and location. Simple check in and convenient location. My only real issue was there was only one tiny (individual) skillet/frying pan. I made breakfast pancakes and eggs on the stove top for a family of 7, which took 2.5 hrs because there was only one small skillet. I could only make 1 pancake at a time. I would suggest the owner purchase this item for families who’d like to make breakfast or other things instead of dining out the entire vacation. Other than that one small thing. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Kids loved the pool-spectacular view accommodations good - bring everything you will need, looks like corporately owned so no beach towels , condiments etc. like in a privately owned property Overall good!

We will definitely be back in the future! Very easy check-in/check-out process. The place was very clean with the perfect amount of linens. Perfect location in Destin and right on the beach!.... and the views! Perfect outdoor patio to sit on and sip on coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.

Missing lots of kitchen stuff for cooking and needed more towels

We just left the property. Property management/host company was great! The place was clean but could use a little updates but overall I would stay again. Location was a plus and the beach was beautiful!

Beautiful views Impeccable sunrises AND sunsets Spacious layout Super Clean Perfect location!!Can’t wait to come back!!

This property was beautiful. The 3 bed 3 bath was a plus. Check in was fast & they were very nice. I would stay here again!!

Absolutely Fabulous! Room for everyone! This unit was amazing in every way. We are planning to return again and again.

Loved location and the roominess of the condo. The floors should have been cleaner. The beds were comfortable. The back master bedroom sliding door and screen door would not lock. The water filter on the refrigerator was overdue for replacement.

Fabulous location!! The condo was clean but not that well stocked in the kitchen! Could have used some basics, like containers with lids and full salt and pepper shakers. The shakers were there, just empty. Location could not of been better!

Nice views The condo was clean and comfortable, but in need of a few things. The cookware was in bad shape, nonstick cookware with many scrapes, and the interior needed a fresh coat of paint, one of the windows was fogged up. It would be well worth fixing those items for the guests to have the premium experience for which they are paying.

VERY pleased with our choice! We’ve stayed at quite a few condos over the years and this was one of the best! Plenty of room, comfortable furniture, amazing views and basically included everything we needed to have a memorable vacation! The facility itself offered all the amenities you’d need including: a great pool, bbq grills, plenty of parking, security/safety and a great central location to all the action!

Wonderful condo Lots of space and very nice condo. We will definitely ask for this one again!

Beautiful Views … You could not ask for better views of the gulf. But the condo needs some up. There were missing baseboard in our room. While it was cleaned … the floors were sticky. The laundry area door fell off. The shower curtain rod constantly fell down. The unit was humid all the time. No ice in the frozen or tray for ice. Sugar ants everywhere after a few of days. For the price I would have thought you would get more than one garbage bag. Pool was very nice … no umbrellas except at the tables. They could use a lot more around the pool.

Spring getaway Beautiful view!! Loved loved this corner unit with all the glass windows! ❤️

Emerald Tower Everything was very nice and pretty. Look just like the picture. Love it. Can't wait to return.

Paradise

Destin View was spectacular. Everyone we dealt with were great. The cleanliness of the property was lacking. Urine from last group still on toliet. Locks broken on slide doors and chairs had broken legs that were just stood back up so that the next person could have gotten hirt hitting floor

Wanna go back soon Wonderful condo, lovely view, easy access to pool and beach. Bedrooms are nice, living area is very big. Convenient to wal mart, grocery stores and recreation areas. Kitchen needs a few more amenities but other than that we plan to go again.

Love the View This is an older property but has been updated with a gorgeous view! Pictures are true to what you see upon arrival. Deborah, the property manager, was so accommodating and was a pleasure to work with.

Kitchen not furnished Beautiful place. But bathroom was very used but functioned. Kitch had only a few dishes and very few eating utensils. However we enjoyed our trip. 4 star

Amazing views Everything was perfect!

Home away from home Absolutely amazing!!! Clean, spacious, amazing views, codes worked without fail, and centrally located to everything! This vacation was like home away from home! We thoroughly enjoyed not having to worry if our codes worry about our codes not working like we did last year at a different condo. There was friendly onsite staff in the office for assistance to check in or if needed. We also didn’t have to worry about keeping on armbands like other condos enforce! We were able to enjoy our time and freedom on vacation.

Great location and great view Love this place and everything is closer. Beautiful views

Emerald Towers We loved being on the beach, having a pool. Just very relaxing and enjoyable! Would most likely return and hopefully get Sam condo. LOVED OUR WEEK

Lots of maintenance required The toilet seat wasn’t on Bathtub didn’t work Ice machine didn’t work Floors were filthy upon arrival No extra garbage bags

Fantastic! Great location and beautiful view of the ocean! Nice and clean

Ocean view A great place to stay. The ocean view was fantastic!

Feedback on 706 Kitchen- drawers need repair. Coffee maker didn’t work(no response to request to replace during visit), not par with other locations with kitchen dishes, etc. Not a Cook’s Kitchen. The condo had an unpleasant smell; like dirty water used for mopping. Loved the corner unit with windows. Nice furniture and decor.

Happy Customer Perfect site with perfect view of the ocean. Clean and up to date decor!

Very pleased with condo The condo was fabulous! Beautiful decor, perfect view of the ocean! If I could make one suggestion it would be to have a couple bigger skillets to cook with!

Destin Stay Beautiful condo, great location, easy check in.

COO Great location, lots of room, great view.
