The room and the entire property were very clean and presentable. The family had a very relaxing weekend and could not have asked for more.

This condo was perfect for our spring break getaway with our 16 and 12 year old. It was nice and clean - the view of the beach was perfect. It was in the middle of everything, so it didn’t take long to get anywhere we wanted to go. We have already talked about coming back here in the near future.

A disappointing day, but management saved the stay! I hate to only give an overall of 2 stars because Scenic Stays were the real MVPs here. This unit is quite inaccurately described in previous reviews. There was mildew (maybe mold? Unconfirmed) all over the ceilings of this unit. Upon arrival, it looked clean at first glance although very old and needing some obvious repairs (holes in walls and repair tape on a light switch, my 8year old even noted the duct tape on the refrigerator handle). With further time, we started noticing the musty smell and allergy symptoms occurring. An amazing team member with Scenic Stays relocated us and was incredibly accommodating even through the night, so really 10 stars goes to their customer service. This unit in particular should never have been rented out, though. It needs some major work.

Just Do It! Stop looking for a beautiful place on the beach at Destin! You have found it! When we were looking for a place to celebrate our 40th anniversary, we knew we wanted to be beach front in Destin. Our requirements were:1) directly on the beach (no side views, etc.) - check!2) a two-sided direct view of the Gulf - check!3) easy access to the beach - check!4) walk-in shower in master (no curtain) - check!5) beautiful - check!This unit checked all our boxes and totally exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful and completely updated in every room! Best part is that it fit our budget!! You will not regret getting this and 'living large' for a few days. Just do it!

Girls getaway Location was great and property was clean. The front bedroom could use a curtain to block lights from the hallway above elevator and the beach chairs and umbrella rentals were pricey.

Disappointed in Destin Positive: View was beautiful (minus all the chairs and umbrellas lined up) Negative: Floors were dirty! Bottoms of my feet were black yuk! This unit would be nice but there are simple issues that need fixed.

This place is great! Just as described. Easy to check in and check out. Just as described. Loved that it felt just like home. Looking forward to booking this place in the future for another family vacation.

The gate code we were given was incorrect, so we had a bit of trouble getting in initially. The drain in the master bathroom was clogged and drained very slowly. It would have been nice to have an extra trash bag, we were only given two for the kitchen trash can. Also would have been helpful to have more than 2 dishwashing pods as we ate in 2 meals every day with 5 people. Other than that, we loved the location, the view and the room, it was all awesome!!

The place was nice, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything went smoothly.

Our condo was perfectly clean and we had a great view of the beach and ocean. We will stay here again in the future if it’s available. We highly recommend Emerald Towers and this condo!

Our condo rental was exactly as described in the vrbo listing. It was extremely clean with the exception of the family room carpet that could use some attention. The condo host, and onsite staff were great. Our beach view was amazing. On site parking was fantastic, gated, and had plenty of space. The attached overhead unloading area was extremely useful from time to time as the weather changed back and forth during our stay. The beach access was great, and the pool was great.

We enjoyed this condo overall. It was clean and comfortable for our family. We did have an issue on the first day but it was handled right away. The maintenance man was extremely nice and super helpful. The beds were comfortable, but the master bed squeaks extremely bad with any slight movement and needs to be addressed. I would recommend staying here and will hopefully be back in the future!

Highly recommend! Kitchen has everything you need if you get tried of eating out! Views from balcony are great! Unit all around was amazing and very clean.

Great View! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Just a couple of things you should know. There isn’t a concierge’s desk. And there was some construction going on early in the morning. We do appreciate the information you provide to make check in and check out a breeze!

Great view if the ocean and beach from the balcony. You do have to rent chairs and umbrellas during peak season which can be expensive.

Great place! Appreciate this condo being newly renovated. Much nicer than other units we have stayed in within the same building. Would book this one again!

Good room

Missing a few essentials I really wish that there could just be basics such as salt and pepper, coffee filters since it has an odd type of filter, just small things that you wouldn’t normally think to bring on an airplane..

Condo Cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. Also very well stocked with all essentials. Will definitely book again in the future.

This property was beautifully renovated and the view from the balcony was everything we could've hoped for. The beach was literally steps away. It was perfection.

Loved the balcony with a beautiful ocean view right off the living room. The condo was very comfortable and I loved the decor. The management was quick to reply and provide what we needed, such as more towels and TP. The dryer made an awful noise, however. The sent a maintenance man rather quickly. He was very nice and helpful, but despite his best efforts, the dryer continued to be noisy. Even with that, I give the place 5 stars.

Great condo! The condo was very clean and in a great location. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. The only issue we had was the washer and dryer would not work. We contacted the front office, and she tried to get someone out. Unfortunately they weren’t able to come and fix it before our stay ended. That was frustrating, because I am one to do laundry on vacation. They were very accommodating bringing us extra towels though. Overall, we had a great trip and would stay in this unit again.

Perfect location, needs a few fixes tho Perfect location! Couldn't unlock door to patio from master bedroom, beds could be updated, no beach towels. All manageable tho

Love our time at Emerald Towers Amazing location right on the beach. The perfect getaway. This unit was very clean, a bit older, but appropriately priced. Love Emerald Towers.

Easy in and out, Perfect view. The door to this stay is just off the elevator, with a back balcony view of the parking area. It is very easy to get to without having to go in and out of a lot of doors. Walk in and across the room is a balcony with an amazing view of the beach... who needs to rent an umbrella with this view? The balcony is very private. This is what you go to the ocean to enjoy. Just remember to bring your own coffee and coffee maker filters. No worries beyond that.
