This property was perfect! It was well-decorated, very clean, easy to get to, and just steps from the beach. I would definitely stay at this condo again. The only cons (which weren't anything to make me not stay again) was the fact that the beach was crowded so we never could be on the front row with the beach chairs. We purchased beach chairs and an umbrella, and we weren't super impressed with the company who did these rentals but that had zero to do with the condo and its owner. The beach was also overly crowded due to it being Labor Day weekend.

Christmas Master bath needs shower head and faucet repair/replace. Second bath, replace shower head. Lots of water wasted.

Great Condo My wife and I enjoyed the accommodations and the vicinity to the beach. I wish we would have included another day.

No WIFI Very nice condo. However, the WIFI in the room never worked. Neither of us could connect our phones nor the iPad. Very frustrating. Maintenance came to look at it, but it still didn't work.

Being on the beach is alway amazing. The condo seems to have some incomplete repairs. There’s an exposed receptacle in the master bedroom, though it is behind the nightstand it still worried me having a toddler around. The WiFi was out the majority of our trip and the water pressure for showers wasn’t the greatest.

Had a great stay! The condo was just great! Perfect for our girls trip to Destin. The location was perfect and easy access to the beach. We will def. be back soon. Thank you.

Beach Week My daughter & I had a wonderful week! We enjoyed every minute. Any needs/requests we had were taken care of in a quick & efficient manner. Highly recommend!

Emerald towers I gave 4 stars on cleanliness because of some mildew in the showers in the grout. Also there were blown light bulbs in the bath. As a handicapped person, I was disappointed I was not told about the parking lot paving . It was very difficult entering and exiting the building. Overall everything was very nice and I would definitely stay here again.

Place was great. Exactly like it was pictured and described. Anytime I had a question, it was answered in a timely manner. It was our first time in Destin and we loved it.

It was an amazing stay! We loved the location and the room was clean and cold. Whole experience was great but we did accidentally have our proposal told accidentally by staff while on the phone, which ruined the surprise. The beach rental company we avoided because our 1st day we rented an umbrella and chairs but we couldn’t pick where we wanted to sit nor could we even tilt the umbrella to cover us from the sun and was told to tilt it back to its original position. Overall was fun and the proposal spoiler is something we can look back on and laugh at!

Pretty property, well maintained. Was as advertised, great view(we spent more time on the balcony than inside) great sunrise and sunset views! Beds were comfy and clean! Management was quick to answer and help us when needed.

4 star rating The only reason for the 4 star rating is because you have to make a U-turn going west. I know you can’t do anything about it, but with heavy traffic it gets difficult.

We loved this beautiful condo! We loved this condo! We would definitely stay here again. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was very well-decorated.

Perfect Location & Great Hospitality We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Destin! The location was perfect — close to everything and just steps from the beach. The unit was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Midway through our trip, the washing machine broke, and while they weren’t able to repair it during our stay, the front desk was quick to accommodate us by letting us use the laundry in another unit, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d be happy to return!

The view was amazing. The space was comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The only thing I would complain about is the dishwasher was coming out of the cabinet, not screwed in so difficult to use. We would definitely stay here again though.

Beautiful place! Former Ft. Walton resident and this did not disappoint. My brother and I came down after visiting military family in Georgia. We are already talking about planning our next trip and bringing them!

Last Minute Stay This unit was available at the last minute and we are so glad it was. Unit was clean, well furnished and had a beautiful view. King bed was comfortable, which I am pretty pick about! My only suggestion is hanging a ceiling fan in the master bedroom as we like to sleep in a cooler room.

Still recovering Our stay was horrible we slept on mattresses that were all used up 10 years ago so it was like aleeping on springs wvery songle bed and the livingroom furniture very uncomfortable. Bathroom shower door was broke oh my the lost goes on and we are all still recovering from our horrible stay

Fun Vacation We had a great stay with wonderful views. Plenty of parking, fast elevators, friendly guests and owners. The property left plenty of towels and has basic stuff for dishes, laundry, and toiletries. Cons The carpet looked like it could definitely be cleaner. The showers had some mold growing around them. The tv did not work correctly and you couldn’t watch any Netflix or anything like that. Which isn’t a big deal but we did have bad weather a few days that it would’ve been nice. We managed to get it on a new channel and couldn’t get it on anything else. You couldn’t open the dish washer because of the stove.so it was a little hard to use. Overall we had a great time

Dump Total dump! Ice maker does not work! Is the ice maker not working a thing for your company!? This is the third and I might add the last time I rent from you Fucks!

Destin It was amazing Condo looked just like the photos Kitchen has good dishes pots and pans I was impressed

Great stay Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, courteous staff, and comfortable accommodation. The bedding was excellent and we had most of what we needed. Like others said, the carpet in both rooms needs to be removed. At the very least, put down an area rug to cover those high traffic areas that are the issue.

Great location- enjoyed our stay We loved the building mostly because it is not over crowded. It was well maintained and the staff was courteous. The room was as described and the view was gorgeous. Could’ve been better Property was nice but missed the mark in some ways. Tv signal kept going out and didn’t have WiFi to connect to personal Netflix, etc. no sponge, dishwasher det, etc and were down to just a few sheets of toilet paper by checkout.

Condo The condo was beautiful and just what we wanted!

Great views Unit is a little older and we had some issues upon check-in but they were resolved fairly quickly.

One of my favorite areas to stay Overall our trip was great, but arrived to find a broken bed in the second bedroom, a master bath clogged with hair, a broken sprayer in the kitchen and a dishwasher that would not work. The first two items were rectified quickly. The unit itself was clean, but the master bedroom carpet needs to be taken out, as it was very dirty and worn.

Outdated Very nice condo, however it needs a little updating. We enjoyed our stay very much, though.

Great place to stay This was a great place to stay for our week in Destin. Great view of the gulf, where we were able to see dolphins swim. Our room was just as it was described. Beds were very comfortable and being able to listen to the waves crashing was great. Location was great as well. We could walk to some places but driving to others was very easy. Definitely recommend staying at Emerald towers.

Updates needed Property manager was excellent. Outside was keep immaculate. I left a list of repairs and ipdates that need to be made....from cleanliness to leaking toilet. Too pricey for the quality

no wifi Great trip. Nice facilities. However, the WIFI in the room never worked. We could connect for a few minutes, then it would fail every time. And we could never re-connect. We finally gave up trying.

Great location but needs some attention This property is reasonably priced but shows signs of needing attention of the owner. If this is Scenic Stays job, it’s not working. Things like the toaster doesn’t work. It hasn’t for months according to another review. The bedroom carpets are gross and need replaced. The main tv is very nice but not hooked up to Wi-Fi. So all the smart tv things don’t work. But they have lots of cable channels. The office staff at Emerald Towers is nice and helpful when needed. Nice pool. Beautiful beach.

Pros Good location Condo was clean Nice office staff on duty. Reasonably priced Nice tennis/pickle ball courts Cons Needs owner attention!! Toaster doesn’t work. (Someone reviewed and said this back several months ago.) Main TV is a smart tv but isn’t hooked up to Wi-Fi. Carpet in bedrooms is gross. It’s shot.

Great Location This is a great location. Compared to surrounding condos, this beach isn't overall crowded. The condo was clean. Could use some updates as it's outdated. Only real complaint was the water wasn't hot. First day I thought maybe it was because we had both showers running. However, second and third night was the same for both bathrooms. Besides that it was a good stay.

Nice Location and view were great. Saw dolphins often. Sand is super white and so soft. Condo itself was nice but had a few maintainence issues... bulbs, toliet that ran, toaster that didnt work... minor but hopefully fixed soon. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen not huge but very usable. We were surprised there werent any supplies, even salt and pepper. Then found out from a local that FL laws prohibits that. Weird. We would come here again though
