Deborah was a pleasure to host ! The balcony was great. Very short, walk to the beach. Spacious living room. No icemaker or water dispenser, so you will need to bring ice and water. The pool area is small, so if you had to share it with the tenants next-door, it could get crowded. Great experience overall.

Mishay was a pleasure to host! Great stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and shops, which made everything easy and convenient. The place was clean and well-kept, and everything was as expected. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay here .Short walk to the beach which was beautiful.The pool was small but our family enjoyed it,so nice to have an outdoor shower as well.The complimentary supplies were not adequate for the length of time we were there and the size of our family.We had to buy additional laundry supplies and dish washer soap.Cofee was not provided,which would have been nice.Overall the price was decent and we had plenty of space.

Sarah was a pleasure to host! It truly was a 1 minute walk to the beach. Closer to the northern end of the island and the beach was very nice, clean, and not super busy. We walked to restaurants on Pine Street and we rented a golf cart that we could park in the garage. The house was very accommodating with dishes, pans, silverware etc. There was salt and pepper there but no other kitchen spices, which didn't bother us as we ate most meals out. Lots of good restaurants around, the Donut Experiment was great, and make sure you go to the Sandbar restaurant . It was our first time to Anna Maria Island but we loved it and when we come back, we would stay here again.

Nicholas was a pleasure! Overall, this apartment is located very close to the beach with excellent views. The space needs some TLC, however. The photographs are inaccurate (or are the photos from the adjacent apartment). Although, the place was a little better than the photos depicted. The host did not communicate the access codes to the downstairs apartment and laundry (which are different).

It was a pleasure hosting Del! Great place and location. However, the host insisted I provide my email address, stating they could not send the door code by Airbnb message or text. After referencing Airbnb policy, and requesting they send the code and all communication through the app, they insisted they could not send the code through the app. I finally gave up the evening before check in and provided my email, so I would not be stuck at check in time. Once check in time occurred, the code was indeed sent to the Airbnb message app, text and by email. When I mentioned this, they contradicted their previous messages. The only other emails I received from them were discount referrals for local services. Although the stay was great, their demand for my email, in contradiction of Airbnb policy, will have me looking elsewhere next time.
