We stay here everytime we come to Navarre and plan to come back. Positive: It’s the perfect vacation home. Negative: The tv in the master bedroom wouldn’t let us turn on the Roku box or whatever it is, the whole week we were there this time. Not sure if the remote batteries were dead or what, we tried all the remotes incase they were switched to the wrong room. It was hooked into hdmi 1 but wouldn’t work on that input. I didn’t care enough to try to plug into other inputs though. I just used my iPad to watch tv to fall asleep so not a big deal.

Loved our stay! Everything was as described! Would definitely book again! Just a short drive to the beach.

The house is great! Perfect for our family and dog. We did need help and when reaching out hostesses were responsive.

really wonderful location!! wish check in could have been earlier or more flexible. insufficient communication as to door locks and getting inside. shower head needs fixing, and TV's difficult to get started, some lightbulbs missing. closet door needs attention and really need to vacuum under the beds! otherwise everything was really so great! very pet safe! lovely back yard! really great, quiet and nice neighborhood!! there was a couple frogs and a turtle in the back yard!! lovely appliances, fixtures, bathrooms and ambiance! furnished nicely and lots of room! can't stress how wonderful it was being so close to the beach! and not far at all from Pensacola! very satisfied with everything! all in all it was a little bit expensive, but we had a great time and would be glad to use y'all again!

Pet Friendly

Great location Great place and wonderful location. The only thing was when we first got there we had to go buy toilet paper because their wasn't any in any bathroom.

The house was very nice and comfortable! The areas inside the fenced yard needs some TLC!

Excellent Excellent place to stay close enough to beach but off from the beach not to catch the constant traffic and things going on around the beach. Makes for good nights sleep!

Cozy Home The home was as pictured and was cozy! I would have liked it to be cleaner. There was sand on two of the three bed comforters, found a few dirty dishes in the cabinets, and the dishwasher had stagnant, very stinky water in the bottom. We’re all human and it’s a beach town so there’s sand everywhere of course. I’m sure we’re all guilty of missing a few spots on dishes as we put them away too. My less than 5 star review is more over the lack of any response when I communicated those things to the property management company. There was a storm during our stay and a piece of gutter fell off the house which I reported as soon as we opened the door and received an immediate response from property management. Otherwise, the house was roomy and the beds were comfortable!

Worst vrbo If you are looking for a dirty house look no further. This place said no dogs but smells of wet dog. Has dog food and dog doors. Carpets and furniture are trashed. Lights and toilets don’t work. Trash left inside in floor of rooms and driveway. Towels left in the floor definitely hasn’t been cleaned or taken care of. Asked for a refund from Scenic stays sent pictures and they haven’t gotten back to me.
