Beautifully designed condo in an unbeatable Sayulita location. The furniture and decor are stylish, thoughtful, and make the space feel both comfortable and upscale. The property itself is excellent. Unfortunately, the management experience did not match the quality of the condo. Communication felt almost entirely handled by AI. When I reported that the WiFi was not working and asked for a solution, I kept receiving the same automated response instead of real help. This was never solved by the way. It was also very awkward to check in and find absolutely No toilet paper anywhere in the condo, including both bathrooms. Because of the poor communication, we had to wait about 18 hours before someone finally brought some. The condo deserves praise, but hospitality requires responsive and human communication. I honestly cannot understand how the company managing this property earned Superhost status
