Just 3 minutes to Bell's Bend Park or Beaman Park. Bring your bike or canoe and enjoy the countryside and the beautiful Cumberland River.

“We rented Michael's place for a family weekend at Vanderbilt. I wanted something quiet, peaceful, and relaxing for catching up with family, but not too far from the university. This turned out to be a great option. We were able to relax, enjoy the quiet outside the city, yet be to Vanderbilt within 15 mins. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized. It's a beautiful space, with lots of thoughtful extras (items in the kitchen that made cooking easy, toiletries, even the Sand and Fog home fragrance was a nice touch). We were comfortable and relaxed every time we were in the home. The only downside was the weather, with a major heatwave we did not get to enjoy the outside spaces as much as we would have liked, but I am thinking we have found our go to Airbnb for when we return to Nashville. If you are looking for something quiet, peaceful, yet a short drive from the city, do not pass on this rental.”

“It was exactly like the pictures I think its a plus each bedroom had its own bathroom. The area was very peaceful, beautiful, and private!! About 20 mins from everything and overall would stay again!!”
