Everything was great and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We had everything we needed. The Grocery stores were within walking distance of the Condo. If there are any issues the management company is very quick to respond to your needs

We have found our favorite place and it’s at The Edgewater in Gulf Shores condominium 62!! The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures indicate! The location is perfect and the beach is so close- right outside your window! You can hear the waves rolling in day and night! We have been 3 times and can’t wait to go back!!You will not be disappointed when you visit! You have to visit the Fish River Grill, Doc’s Seafood on the canal, Wolf Bay, and DeSoto’s for the best food ever!! We highly recommend Bender Realty and tell them to hook you up to The Edgewater Condo 62!!��

This is exactly the beach view everyone would want. The condo was clean, well equipped (kitchen items, beach chairs and umbrella) with comfortable beds. Elevator is fast. Boardwalk to beach access easy and secure. Pool area clean. 32 unit building is smaller than most, and this meant fewer people on the beach directly in front of the building. The beach is clean and had a long shallow area into the water. Big waves as you are on the Gulf side. Easy parking. The unit had a deadbolt thrown so we had to ask Bender to let us in. They came very quickly. If you plan to arrive after business hours,perhaps ask Bender management to ensure the bolt is not thrown as apparently the condo management often does this.

This is our preferred place to stay when we visit the Gulf coast!! It’s quiet, not crowded, convenient to our favorite eating places, and just steps away from the water!! Plus the condo is beautifully decorated!!! Wish we could stay longer each time we visit!!

Very nice condo in a great location.

We had a wonderful time. The view was amazing. Condo was very roomy an comfortable. we had an issue with door access as the unit needed batteries. When I called they immediately sent a tech to let us in an installed new batteries. That was as excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at Edgewater 62 in Gulf Shores, Al. The condo was comfortable and clean, the view was fantastic. We loved the sunroom which allowed us to sit on the balcony even on the coolest and windiest days. There were a couple of minor things we needed help with and Bender Realty was extremely quick to respond and take charge. We were very, very pleased with them! I would not hesitate to rent from Bender Realty again or to rent this particular condo.

We absolutely loved the condo. The beach view is at. We had such a good time. We met some wonderful people renting there also. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Check in was painless with no delays. Property was very clean and in order. Balcony doors were open to the beautiful ocean views when we walked into front door and very inviting. I would highly recommend Edgewater 62 for a family vacation and we will definitely be booking same property soon for next family vacation back to gulf shores Coast!!

We have stayed at the Edgewater previously. This unit, (62) was the nicest unit we have stayed in. Nicely furnished, good kitchen, general feel was homey and a place that’s maintained by the owner.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was clean and well-maintained. The sliding doors on the balcony were great on rainy days. Sunny days we would have liked to open the doors, but that shuts off the a/c. The master bedroom could use more light for reading in bed. The other bedroom needs a nightstand on each side of the bed. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We had a fantastic time!. We had never stayed at this property before, but are looking forward to staying there again. Great condo, right on the beach.

The location and amenities of the condo were just what we needed. A lot of our family was staying at a house up the beach, but we wanted a little quiet retreat at night. This worked out perfectly! The ladies in the Bender office are all SO nice, professional and helpful. Also, we had a little AC glitch when we got there, which was taken care of by a wonderful man very quickly. I definitely recommend Bender for future vacation rentals.

Spectacular views All conveniences needed for comfortable stay.

Overall, we had a great time. The only problem that we had was that most of the electrical outlets would not hold our computer and phone chargers. We did find two of them that would work and all was well.

Our sister trip was a huge success! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Beautiful condo. It served our needs wonderfully. Very clean. The condo was exactly as the pictures online. The view of the gulf is breathtaking. Would definitely rent again.

Probably won’t stay at this condo again. (1) no restroom at pool area (2) no lobby area (3) no storage for beach items (4)did not like the closed in patio (5) the apartment itself was wonderful *We appreciate the service Bender Realty provides and will continue to count on you for future bookings.
