After having to switch Airbnbs in the middle of the night with kids, we were stressed, exhausted, and unsure of what to expect. UrbanStay stepped in and completely exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly responsive on very short notice, accommodating us quickly and smoothly when we needed help the most.\nFrom the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed and at home. The space was comfortable, clean, and exactly what our family needed after such a long and overwhelming night. Their communication was clear, kind, and reassuring, which made a huge difference for us as parents traveling with children.\nWe are truly grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help under such circumstances. Loved it here & would definitely recommend to family and friends. They were friendly and responsive (which I liked). Enjoyed Texas for our first time & what made it even more so - it was close to where our family lived. Loved every minute of staying there with my kids and family.

This was a great find for our large group that came to Austin for a pontoon trip. It was really close to the airport which was really convenient. The house had plenty of beds for everyone to stay. The host was very communicative in help answering any questions or issues that we had. Great find!

Inside of home was nice and fit our group of 13 comfortably. Beds were small but comfortable. It was great that the dishwasher got fixed in time for our arrival. Was disappointed by lack of privacy in yard area and overall condition/usability of the yard space. I really wanted an Airbnb with outdoor space for playing games and hanging out and a pool, but was disappointed by the condition of the cowboy pool and thought it would be more like a jacuzzi than a tub of water. I thought the location was very accessible to Austin hot spots (not walkable, but short Ubers) and hosts were responsive when we had questions. One thing to know about this AirBnb is that it’s owned by a Vacation Rental company which I noticed they have a lot of in Austin. It’s not a bad thing but just less flexibility for amenity availability without additional fees (like late check out and extra towels). Overall it was good enough for what we needed.

A great hidden gem in East Austin! Ample rooms, hosted 9 people easily! Clear instructions were provided, it was just down the street from an H-E-B. Easy drive downtown. Great backyard, everything was very organized. Way above average for an Airbnb! They went beyond & above what they needed to. Kitchen was large, many seating options available. There was enough space to have your own private area upstairs as well! We will be back again! Hosts were responsive!

The property was in a good location and nicely setup for groups. The entire stay process was very smooth.

This was a great place to stay with a group of friends! Clean and comfortable spaces. I was only disappointed that the hot tub was not working and the outdoor area needed to be cleaned a bit.

We enjoyed our stay for our company retreat! The home was even better in person and location can’t be beat

We had a great stay here for a company retreat of 6 for ACL weekend. Great location with a short uber ride to everything including the airport. Host was super cool and responsive and accommodated an early checkin. Loved the stocked Nespresso machine! Super easy and relaxing and was a nice place to call "home" for 4 days. We had a great time!

This house is well located in East Austin and a quick drive to downtown and surrounding areas. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We stayed here with 9 ladies for a 50th birthday celebration. Perfect size home for this size of group.

We had a lovely time here and it accommodated our extended family well.

Great place to stay

The place is as shown! Lots of beds for everyone to get their own comfortable stay and in a great / quiet neighborhood of East Austin.

Great communication, did have to change houses at the last moment which didn't have a pool table in it but overall was fantastic!

House is great - as advertised. Secluded from the street and has everything you need.

We had a great experience staying here. Great distance from downtown! It was clean, organized, & everyone had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hosts, very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dishwasher and they had a handyman there within 30 minutes, at most, of us messaging them. Within 10 minute uber ride of everything

This place was so cute! They left us very clear instructions to find the place and get in. They were communicative and the check out instructions were very laxxed compared to other airbnbs I've stayed at.

Beautiful place to stay!! I felt right at home, and had more than enough space for all the guests. There are so many amenities in the house that were of great use. Also, the contemporary design was great for pictures!! Lovely place, can’t say anything less than that!! Thank you UrbanStay for this amazing experience🤩🤩

The house and space were great, but the lack of communication up front about wifi not working, no notice the water and ice didn’t work on the refrigerator, lack of cutting boards and dish towels could’ve easily been avoided. These are amenities and accessories you would expect in a 4-bedroom house. All they had to do was communicate, or offer a concession for our inconveniences but neither was granted.
