Great place and Hannah was a great host. My family friends loved the backyard.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Had a group of 6 six guys come in town for a work trip and this house made it very easy. The property is awesome with the pool, hot tub, and fire pit! We grilled out a couple nights and the house had everything we needed to grill.

Our family loved the house. Clean and great for all ages.

There is so much to do at this home. From the beautiful pool to the fun Pickleball court, the backyard drive-in theater and the game room. We were never bored. Also tons of large space for a family or friend gathering ….big tables inside and out for having meals together and playing games . The kitchen was very well appointed. We were missing a wine opener, so I contacted the property manager, and she had one delivered right away. Great location. Only 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown and the Riverwalk area. My friends and I had a fantastic time at this House!!

This was an awesome spot to stay at as a large group! Plenty of room and even more activities for everyone. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

Luxury accommodations minus Luxury…..at a Luxury price Positive: The property could be luxury if the upkeep was done. Guests should arrive to accommodations already in order. We took pictures of the condition of the property. The activities outside and the representative who did try and make amends kept the rating from being lower Negative: The property was not clean when we arrived. The first night was a wash due to the condition of the property, our group could not stay for the mommy/daughter sleepover due to the roaches, mold on towels, pet hair covering the sofas, dirty floors and rugs. They, sent one cleaner at 8pm. The cleaner said the rugs couldn’t be cleaned and she did what she could with the pet hair. Which wasn’t a lot. The chairs were stained along with the rugs. I reached out again and told them conditions were better but needed work. They sent cleaners for the rugs the next day, our last night there. Guest arrived to wet rugs and fans.While they did their best to get the property in shape while we were there, for the cost, we should have been able to enjoy the property as soon as we arrived. We should not have had to ask the kids and their moms not to come until the next day. After we initially booked, I saw a review on Air BNB for the property talking about the roaches and other issues. In good faith, I reached out to to the host to ask if we would have similar issues and was told no guests since then have had those issues. I trusted, and I kept the booking, instead of looking for another property. The host offered compensation for the issues. $223.67. Less than 10% of what was paid. Keep in mind I sent pictures of the issues with the property. After I asked them did they think that was fair after losing an entire night. They countered with $335.00. After we paid $2948.44 for two nights. My last correspondence was simply if that’s what you feel is fair based on everything we experienced, the conversation ended there. This is listed as a luxury property and it could be but hearing your feedback will make it better for the next guests doesn’t exactly make up for your experience. This was for our daughters sweet 16. A moment that can not be replicated. We have traveled the world as veterans and I can’t remember being more disappointed about accommodations than this

Everything went great liked it very much had a fun relaxing time for my stay!

Hannah was a fantastic host and the house was perfect for a few family’s with kids to hang out and relax in. There is no shortage of entertainment in this house from pickleball, the pool, pool table, and arcade. After we had finished our stay we realized that our daughter’s stuffed animal was left behind. We contacted Hannah a few days later and made her aware that we had left the stuffed animal. Hannah was able to promptly having the cleaning crew find it and ship it directly to us. I would highly recommend a stay at this house to anybody.

Great place lots of amenities

Great location

We expected a clean, well-maintained home . Instead, we found an active roach infestation, a mouse in the pool, and a response that was completely inadequate. We have stayed in many Airbnbs and have always been 5 star guests-we understand things happen, but the response to this was inadequate to say the least. We arrived late & greeted by multiple large roaches inside. We’re from Texas, I understood that could happen after rain, so I messaged the host and offered to stay elsewhere for the night so the home could be professionally treated without my children staying there. Instead, we were offered some roach spray. the next morning things were worse: countless small roaches throughout the home. Clearly an infestation. Then we found a mouse in pool. The TVs turned on blaring at 3 am. My daughter’s bed broke while She slept. The host offered no solution except “let me discuss w my team”. We Left. 5 stars for the Hyatt regency Villas saving our vacation from this air bnb disaster

place was perfect for my big Family they all enjoyed the pool, basketball court, pool table and the big kitchen table we were all able to eat together at the same time giving us more memories to have highly recommend it + AC working perfectly both top n bottom of the house remained cool was an added bonus

Fantastic home for a big group! Plenty of space for everyone, tastefully decorated, thoughtful in all the entertainment activities, both inside and outside the house.

We had a blast at this place! We spent a lot of time playing pickleball and at the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is fully loaded and we gathered in the living room and the large dining table. We all were well rested in the comfy beds and the showers were lovely. We loved the game room upstairs playing ping pong and video games. The host always responded quickly to assist with any needs. We will for sure stay here again. So close to the airport and a we never had trouble getting an uber to a short ride downtown. We took so many photos outside and in the beautiful home. Love the decor!

Wonderful place to stay! Hannah was incredibly communicative both before and during our stay. House is beautiful with ample room in a beautiful neighborhood. Will return if ever in San Antonio!

Enjoyed the stay

Hannah was always very responsive and helpful, we were able to get an early check-in, which was wonderful. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for our family, to eat together, hang out and play games. We had an issue with the main floor AC unit, Hannah sent someone to check it out , they also sent over box fans to help with cooling down the main floor. Also, a minor issue with some pool towels, not being cleaned. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area were very nice, we played some basketball, some used the pool & hot tub. The backyard was nice and big, but it would be nice to have been weeded and have some more grassy areas, instead of rocks! Hannah compensated us for our issues with a partial refund, which was very nice. All in all it was a wonderful stay at a beautiful house! Close to airport, Water Street and Pearl St.

This place was great! Perfect for families and kids with all the amenities, games, space and fun decor. Comfy beds also a huge plus. Location was good for us as we booked to be close to friends, but it's in a gorgeous and peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees and just a short drive to everything to do in San Antonio.

Great house for our family easter. Loved the sport court in the back and the game room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Would book again.

We had a great stay at this house! Everything was exceptionally clean. The furniture is unique and gives the home a really cool, welcoming vibe. The beds were very comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. There was plenty to keep us entertained during our stay, and we never felt bored. On top of that, the hostess was very responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

We loved this house! So many activities and the surroundings were beautiful! One thing that should be in the description is that the largest bedroom with the 2 twin beds, doesn't have a door and you can look into the room from the second floor, so it is not private at all. I would maybe add a closet or something to act as a pantry. The kitchen is full of everything you need. Would come here again!!
