The hosts were very accommodating and the space was clean. It was near the beach and we had a great time here.

We enjoyed or stay and our kids felt very comfortable the entire time. Walking distance to the beach. Exactly everything we needed.

We loved the location very peaceful at night. Water pressure in the shower is amazing haha! We will be staying again for the years to come.

Our stay was great! We didn't use the room that much but for the short time we were in the unit we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for having us! I would definitely recommend this unit for a quick get away to the beach for a small family.

This place was perfect for us! We came in for SandFest and we were able to walk a couple blocks to the beach and not hassle with driving and felt safe! I reached out about early check-in since we were driving in 7 hours & we were able to get in a little earlier upon our arrival. Our stay was quiet, cozy, and perfect for our weekend trip. I would definitely stay again!!

The unit was clean and nice. Communication with host was easy. I liked the central location to the beach and restaurants.

Nice place I would go back

Each night the neighbors on the west side have a pool that is with in 10-15ft from the bedroom wall and were partying till 3-4am in the morning. No sleep. Bathroom was nasty with dirt and dead bugs in it. The bathtub had a pipe set up in the ceiling that dripped continuously every second. The bedroom and kitchen also had dead bugs in them. The fridge had rust all over it. Very concerning my daughter left her “AirPods Max Pro” in the condominium when we left on Sunday. Once she realized it was too late to turn around to go get them. We called Apple to immediately turn on the tracking app. to see that they were still there. We noticed they’d been moved to another condominium after 24 hours. When we finally got in touch with a manager she began to help us but unfortunately the AirPods were not found. Today they still show to be at this location. We reported them stolen. I feel that this place is unsafe and maybe a problem like it was for us. People that live there look dangerous.

It’s definitely not luxury but can’t complain. It was clean, no issues at all. I wish the drip in bathtub wasn’t there but other than that everything looks like pictures.

I had a great Father’s Day weekend and this room made it easy to relax when we weren’t spending most of our time on the beach!

The place was nice. We really only used it to shower and sleep. Spending time at the beach is what we can to do.

The rental was a small unit and dated; however, it was perfect. Super clean, and it had everything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable! It was also perfectly located, I truly enjoyed my stay and will stay there again and again when I visit Port A. It’s a great space for one or two people, and for a weekend stay! Thank you for being so responsive to my questions. I truly appreciate you. I had a great time with my friends! I’ll be back soon!

Cute clean little place in a perfect location next to the beach and restaurants. Positive: Cute little property, it was exactly as described and very clean. Negative: It bothered me that we were charged an undisclosed $50 non refundable deposit. We’re very clean and have never been charged after leaving a rental property. If they wanted to charge another $50, they should have put it in the initial cost.

Great location! A little dated inside but was suited for what we needed.

Positive: It was perfect size for 2. Negative: The staff jumped our ass because I spilled coffee on me and our golf cart. He rinsed the cart off in the lot they got livid

Sand Key Vacation Rentals we're great. Communicated quickly and were very informative. The unit itself was a little outdated and maybe slightly over priced but comparable to what we saw when searching for a rental that weekend. Everything was clean and amenities were as described.
