Condo/balcony was really nice, easy walk to Broadway. We loved our stay but I wouldn’t feel safe having the ladies walk alone at night. Uber is quick and easy if you want.
Great experience for 5 friends for a long weekend in Nashville. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed and the wrap around deck was great for lounging with a lovely view of the city. The bedroom with two beds is cute and fit us fine, if a bit tight. The concierge in the lobby was extremely kind and helpful!!! The building is new and modern in a burgeoning area. The location is an easy walk to The Gulch and not far from downtown. We also walked to WeHo, which wasn’t far but the walk between neighborhoods was light industrial so pretty quiet. Would certainly recommend!
The property was just as described! There were 4 of us and we all had our own bed which was great! The highlight of the penthouse was the very large wrap around deck. The views were great and we spent a lot of time out there, from morning coffee to night time cocktails. Thanks for the great time!

We stayed with 5 friends in this amazing appartment. Each night we enjoyed the skyline views from our beautiful terrace. The appartment is spacious, clean, modern - but the outside terrace is really what makes this one special.
The condo was very nice and had plenty of room for 3 couples. The outside balcony was awesome as well. The directions for the parking garage were a bit confusing in that it indicates the second level is free for guests. We pulled into the first garage entrance expecting to go up to the second level, but there wasn’t a second level. You actually continue a bit further up the street to a different garage entrance for the free parking. Other than that small misunderstanding everything was great!
This Airbnb was perfect for a girls’ weekend in Nashville. The unit is beautiful with high ceilings and great light. The balcony is definitely the highlight, with lots of room to hang out as a group outside. The building has nice amenities, especially the pool. We went around 4pm on a Sunday and found it less busy. The location is pretty close to Broadway, which is convenient for a weekend visit. We would definitely stay here again!
The space easily accommodates 8 people with a beautiful balcony. The building feels secure with locked entries that require scanned access.
Overall, good Airbnb. A little misleading on the bedroom configurations; only one bedroom had an ensuite bath, and the loft didn't have a door. The mattress in the second bedroom had a huge crater in the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep. The patio/deck was great. It wasn't clear that all you had to do was hold up your phone with the Door App to the lock (instead of choosing a particular lock) - that made things easier. Parking is very tight (described accurately) so if you are driving, I would factor in parking charges.
Great spot for our visit with a big group, very spacious. Downtown was a quick ride. Views from the balcony were amazing. Loved the amenities including pool and bbq.
We had a great weekend in Nashville. The proximity to downtown was great. The accommodations were fantastic and our host was awesome. She was really quick to respond to any questions I had and there were many. She was very kind and gracious. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in Nashville.

Wow! Our stay here was spectacular, and everything about the space was perfect. Plenty of room for our group of 6 celebrating our 60th birthdays. Directions for check in and check out were clear and easy to understand, Uber's showed up in less than 5 minutes anytime we didn't feel like walking places (it was HOT HOT HOT). Everything in the space was spotless and had every amenity we needed. I will definitely look to stay here again next time I am in Nashville with a small group. Thank you!
Location great Nashville too expensive for drinking alcohol on the strip. Positive: Location and the size of the apartment as well as the security Negative: The sizes of the beds are not appropriate for two people
We had a wonderful stay and Melissa communicated quickly. Location was great and we even walked from Nissan Stadium to the apartment with a few stops on Broadway, with no problems. Parking is first come first serve which was explained. Would definitely recommend.
Great place with plenty of room for 5 people. The lower balcony is huge. Close to the Gulch and Downtown. Both easily walkable. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Plenty of towels, even pool towels, pillows and blankets.
We enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, plenty of space for the four of us. The deck space was nothing short of amazing! We loved the amenities, but especially loved how walkable it was to gulch area for restaurants and shopping, and Broadway area for nightlife. Thanks for a great stay!
Great spot just outside the craziness of Broadway, but still walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Melissa was a great host as well! Reached our prior to our check-in to ensure the process went smoothly, responded back quickly to a question we had during our trip, and reached out prior to checkout to make sure we had everything we needed. Nice amenities. Good location. Definitely need to be aware of surrounding areas. A few things in the unit itself need some attention but overall positive experience. Do note that parking can be an issue. This specific unit doesn’t have a reserved spot. While there are plenty of spots in the first come first serve lot on the main level, that’s only assuming everyone else parks one car per unit in that lot. We had trouble finding parking after coming back one evening and there were no spots in the overflow lot either. Rule of one car per unit for first come first serve works only if everyone abides by that, but there’s no enforcement, so if every other unit takes 2-3 spots, there are definitely not enough spots available.
Melissa's team was extremely responsive regarding our stay. The unit was perfectly located for our dinner reservation at the Catbird Seat, just a seven minute walk away.
We were travelling as a team of 5 for work. Each of us with our own ambitions during our stay in Nashville. This unit was beautiful. The location was second to none, with walking most places a breeze. The space was more than ample allowing us to all engage with one another but also have our own space if we wanted. Melissa happily answered any questions from anyone in our group. This stay was was amazing. Thank you for the hospitality.

The Humming Host team was fantastic from start to finish! The HYVE penthouse we stayed at was absolutely gorgeous and looked even better than the pics in person! Very spacious a and plenty of room for the 4 of us ladies to get ready. We had a great view of the city. The HYVE building was very secure and required phone access to get in/out - I always felt safe. The building is next to railroad tracks so you have to walk around a slightly longer route to get to restaurants and shops in The Gulch.. but the walk is short and very do-able. The building is also next to a community shelter and the weather was nice so many folks were sunbathing/enjoying the weather on the sidewalks but they were very nice and lovely as we walked past. Would 1000% stay here again and would recommend it to any friends coming to Nash in the future. Affordable, great location right outside of downtown, walkable to many areas. Also, Ole Smokey Moonshine Distillery right down the road ;)
