Downtown Nashville Penthouse|Huge Skyline Balcony — Guest Reviews

It was as described. The cool deck and deck furniture were clean and well kept. Bathrooms were spotless. Lots of pillows. The pool was nice. It is near the rail line so it gets loud at times. It was secure. Front desk staff were kind. Location to downtown was easy. We were four couples and it accommodated us perfectly.

The apartment itself is just like the photos. Amazing balcony, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Luke and his team were very responsive. The downside is that it is near train tracks and freight trains run throughout the night and is extremely loud if you are a light sleeper. The whole building is for short stay rentals which can get loud and chaotic with big groups staying here. The location is close enough to Broadway for a cheap uber or longer walk if you have it in you. Overall a better option that multiple hotel rooms

Great option close to everything my family and I had a great time

Place was very beautiful, views were amazing. 10-15 Minute walk to the downtown area. Had an amazing food/drink spot across the road (Fogg Street). Very spacious and tons to do in the area. Would definitely recommend this place to family’s, friends and more. Our group had such an amazing time. Will be back again!

We loved staying at Luke’s place for our family of 6. Loved the patio and the scenery. The place was very nice! Would definitely recommend his place.

Great location

Very spacious and comfortable. Easy to get to everywhere downtown

We stayed for the CMA fest. It was a beautiful condo. It was also very secure in every aspect. There is a train track right behind the pool but you wouldn’t know that from staying in the condo. We also spent a lot of time on the beautiful patio and still didn’t hear the train. The facility from top to bottom is 10/10.

Absolutely incredible stay! We were in Nashville for a symposium at Bridgestone Arena, and this place truly made the trip unforgettable. There were five of us, and the space was perfect,plenty of room, beautifully designed, and everything felt high-end and comfortable. The highlight was hands down the patio. The penthouse views are stunning, especially at night. We had dinner outside one evening and could hear live country music drifting over from Broadway—it was such a cool, authentic Nashville experience you just can’t replicate. The location is ideal—super convenient to Bridgestone Arena and everything downtown, but still felt private and relaxed. Luke was an amazing host—very attentive and made everything seamless from start to finish. The place was spotless and exactly as described. The app for access was also very easy to download and use, which made getting in and out of the building super convenient for our group. Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone look

We had a wonderful stay! My family and I absolutely loved everything about it. The view of the city was stunning and truly made the experience better for us with kids and older parents who can’t walk around for too long. It was just a few minutes outside of the main downtown area. The condo itself was comfortable, spotless and exactly as described. We appreciate how accommodating the host was in helping provide a playpen for our little one made a huge difference and showed great attention to detail and care. We also felt very secure and safe in the building throughout our stay, which gave us real peace of mind. It ended up being the perfect place for our family to spend Easter together, and we made some great memories there. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Pie Town Penthouse! The location was perfect—just a short and convenient trip to downtown Nashville, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. The unit itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The hosts were also fantastic, with clear and timely communication throughout our stay. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience—we’d definitely recommend staying here!

I love this place so much!! The patio made me want to cancel all my plans and just sit and enjoy the view! This is an amazing stay with lots of room! I would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Great space and super clean!

The townhouse was a great experience for our group of friends. The description was a little off on one of the bedrooms but the pictures of the bathrooms and other spaces were spot on. The deck was the highlight for the trip. The weather was beautiful and the safety and location was walkable to several areas. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay! Had everything we needed. Spent a day poolside and used the outdoor grill for burgers. Was so great waking up to the view of the Batman building ever morning from the primary. A short walk to The Gulch for lunch, a block from Ole Smokey’s for a Moonshine tasting and then on to Broadway. Also has a cool Axe throwing venue right next door. The building was super secure and plenty of people onsite if there were any needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Luke’s place was perfect for our trip. Everyone had a great time and the view from the balcony is nothing short of amazing.

We chose Luke’s for our intimate corporate retreat and location for its proximity to downtown things to do. Although we came in just after the major ice storm we were unable to enjoy the outdoor spaces and walk ability to all the points of interest downtown. They were flexible, accommodating and responsive. We felt very cozy and home away from home. If the opportunity presents itself we would happily stay again.

Great condo. The terrace and views were AMAZING! The neighborhood was a bit too sketchy for us ladies. However we did walk to the Gulch and the Country Music Hall of Fame during the late morning. That was ok. The building itself was nice and very safe! The gym was great —I walked the treadmill and did some free weights so that worked out for me.

Nashville Gem Excellent property - neighborhood is walkable to Broadway. Be advised there are many homeless folksin the area but we had no issues.
