I can’t say enough about Urban Stay and the house. They were so proactive with their communication which made the check-in and check-out processes super easy. They even responded to the minor questions I had throughout the stay within minutes. And, the house was perfect for my group. Great neighborhood and very close to downtown Austin. Amazing experience!

The house itself was wonderful. Everyone got their own bed, the kitchen/dining/living area was great for group hangouts and meals and we were able to fit in a pilates class with instructor in the space. We stayed thurs-sunday the weekend that Texas was anticipating poor weather. Understandably there were some limitations due to this -bars and restaurants were closed so we weren't able to go and explore the area. our frustration was that, Thursday night after check in, we found we were unable to get the hot tub heated up and notified the host. We were told someone would be by Friday to address it. No one showed up, and when asked, instead of just informing us that the service wouldn't be provided, there was a lengthy description regarding how air temperature impacts heating of pools and hot tubs, this went on for 2 days. I understand the need to weatherize properties but we also felt that we had reasonable expectations that an effort would be made to accommodate a amenity of our stay

Everything was perfect, our group had an amazing time. This property was referred to us by a group that had previously stayed there and had a great experience too. Host was super attentive an made sure our group had an incredible stay. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a large group.

Stayed here for a Bachelor party and had a great time. plenty of room for our group of 9. Lyfts are cheap and the grocery store is near by. lots of extra towels for the showers which was great. cool backyard although it could use a bit of a leaf blower to get leaves and twigs out. I'd stay here again and the host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great time celebrating with a group of 12 and had all of the space we needed! The house is close to everything and the backyard was the perfect hangout spot. The house had everything we needed and the host was so easy to work with. We had a wonderful weekend!

We booked this home for the weekend for a family gathering and it was great. We had 14 people stay and it was more than enough space for everyone to enjoy. The backyard was a great space to gather a large group. The home was close to downtown. The host was great, helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely book again with UrbanStay.

We had a last minute/ same day cancellation and had to quickly reserve something else. UrbanStay responded quickly and we’re super friendly! We were able to accommodate and enjoyed our stay. The house is very close to a lot of things. My kids also enjoyed the pool!

Our families enjoyed our stay, spent lots of time at the pool and playing mini gulf. Great location with access to all around Austin.

Downtown Austin Oasis The house was lovely. But it needed some touch ups. The pool/hot tub was great. But hot tub was not a hot temp, lukewarmat best. Yard was nice. However it was next to a busy road. Plenty of beds, but some were in a redone closet. The house was in a decent neighborhood, and there was a park nearby. Again, some things in the house needed alittle attention. But it was a nice place to stay. We attended my son's graduation at the University of Texas Austin. So it was close by. The grocery store and gas options were very close. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family Thanksgiving This place was the absolute BEST! We hosted a family Thanksgiving and birthday for my younger sister and we have a huge family and it accomodated everyone! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home for this special occasion.We hope to look forward to doing it again in the future.We definitely recommend this to those with big families

Great Photos/Poorly Managed and Maintained The property was clean, but several things were poorly maintained and not as described. We booked this space to enjoy the hot tub and weather, but all the lights over the outdoor space were not functional. We contacted the hosts around sunset on Friday to tell them this, and we were assured that it would be fixed the following day. No one came to resolve this issue, even after contacting the host multiple times, so the backyard was pitch black by sunset around 5:45 p.m. Needless to say, we were not able to properly enjoy the yard games, hot tub, etc. As for the poor management and maintenance, the fridge regularly leaked onto the floor, the thermostats continuously reset to 74 degrees, which I can only assume was intentional, and the house has settling issues, where the back door would not close without the deadbolt. This listing states that there are eight bedrooms, but understand that this is because they converted all of the closets into sleeping areas by placing small beds, making this space much better for families with children than adults. This property is also within 50 feet of a very noisy road, so I would highly advise looking elsewhere if you are a light sleeper.

We enjoyed our stay at this fun home! The hosts were wonderful and responsive. Would recommend for anyone looking for a fun place to stay with large groups.

We had 11 people stay for a bachelorette in February. The house was as described and worked really well for us. It was in a great location for walking to bars and restaurants in East Austin. It sleeps 16 but I think anything over 13 would have been tough with only 3 bathrooms (all women). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, spices, and olive oil which was great since we cooked a few meals at the house. There was a cold snap (20-30 degrees) and the water heater froze and wasn't working. We didn't figure this out until 1am the first night. Within an hour of us messaging the host, they responded that they'd send maintenance out in the morning. Maintenance arrived at 10:30am and quickly fixed the problem. The host was communicative the whole time. The room that's in a converted garage was a bit cold and the hot tub wouldn't get to temp- but I would expect this given the weather. Thanks for being a great host!

The INSIDE of the home was beautiful. Spacious for our group of 13. However the title is misleading and false advertising. The outside of the home wasn’t up kept. Both the pool and Hot Tub were full of leaves (would recommend a pool cover or pool vacuum for future reservations) . The backyard could have also been raked & have majority of the leaves picked up. The children attempted to clean the leaves from the hot tub (which no one should have to do on vacation) . The leaf catcher was broken which made the job even harder, but after all of the work, the Heater and Lights for the hot tub wouldn’t even come on. So it wasn’t able to be utilized for our stay which is the main reason for booking here. We contacted the host for someone to come fix the problem however they said no one was available to do so. I personally would have let my guest know before is the maintenance for the backyard would be a problem before coming. You should change the name of your Home Listing.

Perfect House for Austin Bachelor Party We stayed here for an Austin bachelor party and it was great. The house was very convenient to the bars downtown and a short drive to the airport. The house was clean, spacious, had a ton of beds, perfect for a large group. The backyard was great including the pool and hot tub. The host was easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Would highly recommend for large groups visiting Austin.

Rave Stay Myself and 7 others stayed here and it was just amazing. We went to a festival and then after the festival we were able to come back here and chill in the tub and bus and just unwind. It was amazing really. It’s been hard adjusting back to reality after we left lol! Thank you for the stay it was AMAZING!

I booked this house for my sisters bachelorette weekend and it worked out great. They had plenty of room for all 16 of us. The booze was very well put together and it was in a great location. It was very close to the bars we wanted to go to was a quick cab ride. If I am ever back in Austin I would book this house again.

This was a great place to stay! Loved the coffee shops that were within walkable distance. The hosts were very responsive. The hottub was a plus as we came when it was pretty chilly.

House was good for the # of guys we had (14) in terms of beds, the yard, and proximity to bars and 6th street... Could use more furniture for lounging as there was only 1 couch.

Great place, lots of beds and lots of room. Great for socializing in the large kitchen or at the pool. UrbanStay was always very responsive and accommodating to date changes and extending check out time. Highly recommended! My only complaint was that the rooms were a bit misleading, some were literally a bed in a closet.

Overall, we had a good stay, and the host was responsive. The biggest thing to know is the room setup. While the house sleeps a large number of people, there are really only about five traditional bedrooms. Several of the additional sleeping spaces are extremely small, essentially just enough room for a twin bed and minimal space around it. There were no photos of some of these spaces in the listing, which made the layout surprising upon arrival. We chose not to use these rooms because they felt claustrophobic, and no one in our group of 8 was comfortable sleeping in them. There are only two full-length mirrors and very limited storage space. There are no closets and only 2-3 clothing racks, so most guests will likely be living out of their suitcases. FYI-The washer and dryer are located inside one of the bedrooms with two queen beds. The bus in the backyard is decorative and not intended for guest use. Check-in and checkout times appear to be closely managed, so plan accordingly.

Overall, this Airbnb was just okay. The location actually wasn’t that bad and was convenient for getting around the area, which was one of the few positives of the stay. Unfortunately, the experience itself became very concerning due to serious issues with the property. During our stay, Travis County Sheriff’s Department and code enforcement became involved because of what appeared to be major code and safety violations at the home. Having law enforcement and officials show up during a vacation was stressful and not something any guest should have to deal with. While the host communication was decent, the condition and apparent legality/safety concerns surrounding the property significantly impacted our stay and made us uncomfortable. Hopefully these issues are properly addressed before future guests stay here.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Family friendly and still a cool place to hang out. We had a great time.

Pool and hot tub were wonderful, the host was great, everything was clean and how it's portrayed in the listing-the bus is the best feature in my opinion! Definitely book this spot!
