We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! The rental was great! Our family of 6 adults and 6 kids between 8 and 16 had a blast. Our favorite was the pool and fishing. The water in the hot tub and master bath does leave orange suds but we are used to well water and it didn't bother us. Just a heads up for those picky people it may bother. We got to see some wild life and thats all my special needs brother wanted, he got to see a bear swimming. That was awesome of course!!!! Overall 100% satisfaction from our family. We didn't want to leave 😢 😔 😪 💔.

The location was peaceful, and the home had a lot of charm. There were a few issues that affected our experience. The water had a strong odor, which made showering and using the sinks unpleasant. There was also a leak in the downstairs bathroom. The hot tub had visible mold, so we weren’t able to use it. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was worn out, and the inside of the dishwasher was dirty, possibly due to the water quality. Overall, the cabin has a lot of potential, but addressing these maintenance issues would make the stay much more enjoyable for future guests.

Outside steps are rotten the deck by the lake is rotten and dangerous. The worst thing is the water smells like sulfur bad. It makes your skin stink after a shower. Had to go buy gallons of water to wash off with. The bed sheets were old and balled up. Not worth the price. Very over priced for 1 bedroom. Had to be careful around parking area due to it being dug up with piles of dirt in your way.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We have stayed a lot of different places for our family vacations in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge areas. This cabin looked appealing. Unfortunately, it really let us down. This was definitely "unique" but not in a pleasant manner. The driveway is in terrible condition to come down. Was not aware of the steepness of the hill when reading the description. We had been told the parking lot was having work done on it, but there was barely enough room to turn around & we had to squeeze by a large pile of gravel just to get out of the vehicle.I contacted the rental company once to mention the strong gas smell coming from hot water heater vent under the staircase,outside by the porch and about the terrible sewage smelling odor coming from showers when being used.Low water pressure, Kitchen sink stopped up, dirty jets inside indoor whirlpool tub. Inconvenient access to 2 restrooms. Washer/dryer inaccessible. The bedroom and bathroom description should also be updated to clearly notify renters.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We loved this place. There were a few hiccups but honestly what place is ever perfect….. it was super clean. Beautiful house. Lovely pool and serene pond surrounding. . The pics accuratr . The floor plan and was awesome for us, . Honestly the only issues we had were 1- the vacccum cleaner did not work. The upright and the handheld. Made it virtually impossible to keep it clean. The handheld vac lasted about 30 seconds and died. And the upright did not pick up. Had to use the hose attachment all Over the house and it took forever. Please replace the vac’s lol. 2- The indoor hot tub’s stopper needs replaced. We were able to get it to hold water one time, other than that we got tired of trying to get it work and gave up. Would have loved to have been able to use it more. 3- the Roku on the main tv didn’t work as connected. The usb on the tv kept resetting the Roku used my wall adapter for power and it worked. We didn’t even alert Eden no need we made it work. Recommend highly !

The place is beautiful- it says it sleeps 12 but we were sure glad to only have 4 of us there- the upstairs living space is small er than it looks. Everything was clean, and we enjoyed the outside hottub. Place had everything we needed, dishes and supplies wise.

We had no hot water we had to call in maintenance to fix ? Which took awhile. But it was resolved finally. Hot tub was leaking had to add water but was a nice place overall . But not worth the money.

Poor 1.)driveway was super scary, very steep and roads to get to it were very narrow and curvy. If you have car anxiety don’t book it!! 2.)The pool was not open, that was one of the main reasons we booked it. It was April when we stayed so I can understand not having it open, just wish I would have know- it wasn’t listed in the listing. 3.) beds were very old and uncomfortable. 4.) the WORST part was that the main bathroom on main level had the worst plumbing smell. The septic gases come up through the drain when you run any water or flush the toilets. It was so bad the entire house smelled like strong sulfur. Even the water In the good bathroom, smelled like sulfur. Me and husband were sick because of using the water. We had to go get bottled water to brush our teeth , even our dog wouldn’t drink the water. 5) the water pressure was TERRIBLE & little to no hot water

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! This cabin was beautiful, but it wasn’t exactly like the pictures and many things were not what we expected. The fireplace in the living room was completely disconnected, so we couldn’t use it. The door handle to the lower patio was nearly coming out of the door, so we had to retighten the screws. The listing never said that the pool was only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so be aware of that before booking. When we first arrived, the water had a little bit of a funky smell, but as we ran it more it went away for the most part. Besides all of the things listed above, the cabin was nice. The view from the patio was absolutely amazing, and the little dock to fish on was another nice plus. We spent a lot of time at the cabin, and I would say that it was worth it. The cabin is very spacious, so we didn’t feel too crowded. We cooked out a couple of nights, and the little charcoal grill worked really good. I would totally recommend this cabin!

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! expensive for the cleaning and fixing that need to be done in the cabin. the kitchen sink wasn't draining water wasnt going anywhere for more than 30 min, and one of the bathroom have mold stains, another bath sink was keeping water for couple min before draining away, but other than that is the perfect place to visit, we loved and will definitely rent it again in the future. beautiful and peaceful place. be aware if is raining or snowing you will need a 4x4 for sure the roads to get in and out of the cabin are very stretchy and with huge elevations.

Unfortunately, very difficult to get to especially in the dark which limits how long you can stay out, very steep hill coming in and out, no internet and phone service even with wifi, out of 4 showers only 1 could be used because the water for the others stunk so very bad it was impossible to use them, the downstairs was extremely colder than the rest of the cabin could not use that bedroom, cables everywhere and things that should have been plugged in were not, no light at all at the hot tub, construction noise around, decor a bit dated and worn, bleach stain on comforter downstairs, broken lamp upstairs, some Christmas decorations still up, all the “ fireplaces “ did not work, foosball table broken , the lock to get in was a little tricky. We still managed to have a decent time but could have been better. They responded about stinky water but problem persisted.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Everything was great except the plumbing in one of the bathrooms. The water had an odor. They sent someone out right away to assess the issue, but the water still had an odor. We didn’t stay long enough to see if it would clear up after running for a while. Other than that everything was great. The view was beautiful. Will stay again in the future to enjoy the nice pool.
