A very good host and nice property!

Melissa and her team were always sweet, calm and collected. Always a quick response. Nashville was an amazing city and we were so glad to have spent our stay at this place.

I chose this location for my birthday weekend because its less than 5 miles from Broadway. 12 people we had more than enough room! What we liked about the setup is that 50yr old adults did not have to climb a bunk bed but instead had double beds to choose from. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The balcony was amazing! The area is definitely an area that is being regentrified but at no time during our stay did we feel unsafe. We didn't walk the streets but we definitely were on the outside of the front of the rental talking with our friends that were in the other townhouse and we felt secure. One of the things that I loved most about the townhouse was the way that the noise was insulated and because we listened to music we weren't disturbing our neighbors. If you have difficulty with stairs this might not work for you but if your room is on the bottom level; then you're good. The area was very quiet. Parking is okay. Garage is included and street parking is available.
