This little house is in a great location. It's just a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed walking up the beach to Pelican Brewery. The house had everything we needed, and we appreciated the dog blankets that were available to put on the couch.
We arrived after dark and there were no outdoor lights on - not really a problem, but would have been nice if a porch light had been on. We did not receive the code for the door ahead of time for some reason, and I had to call and text to receive the code. Again, not really a problem, but the communication from Arrival Getaway wasn't very friendly.
Though it was a great location, I don't think I would stay here again. There are a lot of other options in the area.
Fantastic spot in a gated community within walking distance to the beach. We especially loved the deer that visited every day. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed the Quiet location close to the beach. There were very few cars on roads in the neighborhood, instead families out walking.

The property was clean and nice. Nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the deer just hanging around.The TV did not work and WIFI was slow, weak and spotty at best. I messaged the host (Arrival Getaways) twice about it but no response.But hey, we were two blocks from the beach and it was beautiful.

We had such a wonderful time in Pacific City. The house is perfectly located just two blocks from the beach and walking distance into town. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make ourselves right at home. I would highly recommend and hope to return soon.
