Unfortunately, the host for Simple Life is an AI bot. It was like communicating with Chat GPT. NO HUMAN INTERACTION. Simple Life says they are dog friendly but spray Glyphosate (Roundup) in their garden which is highly toxic to animals and children who play outside. We had dying insects on our front porch for days in seizures...ladybugs, wasps and other pollinators. It was terrible to witness. When we reached out, it was an AI bot responding. We also contacted the host about outside garage lights that were on all night long and shining into the house keeping us up. Another AI bot responded. We had to unscrew the light bulbs ourself. The lack of human care and response was terrible. The use of poison in a dog friendly rental was alarming. We were very disappointed in our experience with Simple Life.
